소상공인의 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)은 실질적 성과가 있는가?

  • 최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 디지털 전환의 발달이 활발하다. 특히나 이런 디지털 전환의 영향은 대기업에게만 주는 것이 아닌 소상공인들에게도 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 소상공인들을 대상으로 한 디지털 전환에 대한 연구는 적은 편이었기에 본 연구에서는 디지털 전환으로 인한 소상공인의 실질적인 성과가 있는가를 살펴보았다. 연구 방법으로는 보다 디지털 전환을 겪으며 소상공인들이 느꼈을 의사결정과 갈등의 현상을 파악하기 위하여 사례연구로 진행하였다. 연구 대상자로는 국내 대표 플랫폼인 N사에 디지털 전환 시스템인 스마트 스토어 개설과 라이브 커머스 등을 이용해 보고 싶었던 소상공인 여섯 팀을 섭외하여 진행하였다. 소상공인 디지털 전환을보다 면밀히 과정 기록 및 도움을 주기 위하여 경기도에 위치한 G학교 경영학 학부생들과의 협업으로 진행되었다. 연구는 총 12주 정도 소요되었고 프로그램이 끝난 후 각 소상공인 대표들과의 심층면담을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 소상공인들 스토어의 매출 및 고객 유입수가 모두 현저히 증가한 것으로 보여줌으로서 실질적인 성과가 있음을 보였다. 면담에서는 소상공인들이 디지털 전환은 새로운 고객 유입 및 홍보와 언제든 고객을 맞이할 수 있는 환경을 위해서는 선택이 아닌 필수라고 언급하여 정성적인 성과로 증명하였다.

  • The emergence of the mobile commerce market as a new megatrend, mobile shopping is becoming an important distribution channel in the domestic online shopping market. The purpose of this study is to classify shopping values perceived by mobile social commerce users into a utilitarian value and a hedonic value explained and to empirically examine the effects of social commerce characteristics on the purchase intention and shopping values in mobile social commerce. conclusion, this implies that site providers and sellers need to try to supply cheaper and more economical products than those offline and provide the most effective and optimum information and service so sellers and consumers can exchange messages with each other and create meanings.

  • Fundamental problems of e-commerce are exaggerated advertising of products, lack of trust in products or suppliers, and false reviews. As a solution, I have merged the concept of trust service embedded in social network service(SNS) with commercial domain to develop a new type of service called "Reliable SNS Commerce Service". The contents developed in this paper are as follows: first, online community functions for users to provide services; second, commerce functions; and third, functions for linking SNS and commerce. Through the reliability information presented in this paper, the seller provides more reliable and objective purchase information to the buyer about the sales items, thereby contributing to the sales by increasing the probability of the actual purchase. The buyer can purchase the higher-quality products with confidence. The service providers can gain the reputation as a reliable site for purchasing members. In conclusion, this paper provides a positive effect to all the participants, which will contribute to the development of a new commerce market and activation of electronic commerce.

  • This study deals with the factors influencing acceptance of social media-based smart commerce service through personal innovativeness by quantitative empirical research method. Researchers have viewed that personal innovativeness affects the aesthetic criteria, hedonic value, economic value, and subjective norms, which are subdivided elements of emotion and characteristics. The hypothesis is that the emotional and characteristics variables affect the variables such as purchase intention and word of mouth intention of the TAM and the post acceptance model (PAM). The research model proposed in this study is a integrated model of proven models in previous studies, and it is expected that there will be a theoretical and practical contribution of research. The researchers hope that this study will make a significant contribution to the industry and policy in dealing with the acceptance of smart commerce services emerging in the area of e-commerce and social media marketing.

The Effects of Consumer Characteristics on the Acceptance of Mobile Commerce (소비자 특성이 모바일 커머스 수용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducts empirical tests on the effects of system characteristics and consumer characteristics on the acceptance of mobile commerce based on extended Technology Acceptance Model. The result from the survey of smartphone users in Seoul and Gyunggi shows that perceived usefulness, ease of use, benefits, and quality of information are positively associated with the acceptance of mobile commerce, and perceived risk is negatively associated with the acceptance of mobile commerce. Furthermore, there exists a difference in the effect of system characteristics on the acceptance of mobile commerce based on divided personal characteristics groups. The study contributes to the industries in that firms can create new applications and build strategies based on the results. Furthermore, the results can be used to find factors that determine the acceptance and use of newly introduced technology base products.

The Effects of Perceived Justice of Service Recovery Efforts on the Customer Relationship Performance in Mobile Social Commerce (모바일 소셜 커머스에서 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성이 대고객 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the effects of perceived justice of service recovery efforts on the customer relationship performance in mobile social commerce. To this end, we classified cognitive-affective trusts and post-recovery satisfaction into the customer relationship performance. This research employs a field survey of customers who experienced service failures in mobile social commerce and a covariance structural model analysis in order to test hypotheses of our research model. The findings present that all justices of service recovery efforts positively affect the cognitive trust, whereas the only procedural justice significantly influences the affective trust. In addition, the results show that cognitive-affective trusts have a positive effect on the post-recovery satisfaction. Our results suggest practical implications that are used to help managers maintain and improve relations with the customers who experienced service failures and to increase the post-recovery satisfaction.

  • 최근 정보기술, 정보통신기술등의 발달로 기존의 상거래 방식과는 많이 다른 방식의 거래가 이루어지고 있다. Electronic Commerce의 활성화는 가상상점(Electronic Shopping Mall), 전자지불체계 (Electronic Payment System), Web EDI 등 인터넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 경제활동을 다양하게 하였다. 이러한 EC의 한 패러다임으로 이동 상거래 방식이 등장하게 되었다. 이것이 개방 네트워크와 공중망을 통하여 이용자의 위치, 시간과 관계없이 텍스트, 음성, 화상의 디지털 데이터를 이용하여 기업 또는 개인의 상거래 활동을 정의하는 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce) 방식 중의 하나인 모빌커머스(Mobile Commerce)이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모빌커머스가 기존의 인터넷 비즈니스의 한 방향으로서 유, 무선 통신망을 이용한 자유스런 정보의 전달을 통한해 어떤 상거래를 구축하는 것이 성공할 수 있는 것인가 이해하고자 전자상거래에서의 모빌커머스 역할에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

Korean V-Commerce 2.0 Content and MCN Connected Strategy (국내 V커머스 2.0 콘텐츠와 MCN 연계 전략)

  • 'Video Commerce' has grown significantly, and is in the era of so-called V-commerce 2.0. Based on this background, this study focused on the link and the possibility of creating synergy between V-commerce 2.0 content and MCN, and examined the linkage strategy considering its characteristics. In conclusion, first, V-Commerce has evolved into the age of 2.0, centered on the characteristics of content that are oriented towards fun and sympathy, beyond the 1.0 era. Second, V-commerce 2.0 content has the characteristic of replacing the sharing and recommendation based on the nature of SNS networks as promotion and purchase enhancement. Therefore, competitiveness as 'content' is relatively important before 'commerce'. Third, V-commerce 2.0 and MCN industry have a strong connection with each other in terms of securing core competitiveness and creating a new profit model. In order to create the synergy between V-Commerce 2.0 and MCN, we proposed the use of big data to reinforce V-Commerce 2.0 customized content competitiveness, building of storytelling marketing and branding, and enhancement of live performance and interactive communication.

A Study on the effects of Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction to use in Chinese Social Commerce (중국 소셜커머스 정보품질에 대한 이용자 만족에 관한 연구)

  • Consumer satisfaction is decided by how to provide some information for consumer. Therefore the information qualities such as product and service are very important to retain consumers who have continuously purchasing state of mind. This research confirm the effectiveness of consumer satisfaction in means of information quality that social commerce provides. According to the result of analysis, all aspects of information quality(product information quality, service information quality and social information quality) except price information quality were found to be significantly related to the customer satisfaction. In conclusion, to understand China consumers who purchase through social commerce, this research study the method of how to improve the satisfaction of social commerce in means of information quality.

Effects of determinants of purchasing accommodation products on purchase intention -social commerce and home shopping- (숙박상품 구매자의 구매결정요인이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -소셜커머스와 홈쇼핑의 비교분석-)

  • This study attempted to find out whether there is a difference between social commerce and TV home shopping in the relationship between the purchasing decision factors and the purchasing intention of accommodation product buyers. A survey was conducted for 20 days from March 7 to March 26, 2022, and 205 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the purchasing determinants were divided into four factors: reliability, playability, convenience, and economy. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the purchase determinants influenced the purchase intention in the order of playability, reliability, economy, and convenience, while social commerce had the greatest influence on playfulness and home shopping. Social commerce is considered to be important in terms of persuasion based on the product information provided, and consideration of how lively and enjoyable home shopping creates broadcasting videos.
