디지털변전소는 IEC 61850 기반 상위운영장치와 IED(Intelligent Electric Device)로 구성된 변전자동화시스템이 적용된 변전소를 의미한다. 한전은 2013 년 이후로 신설되는 154kV 변전소를 디지털변전소로 구축하고 있으며, 기설변전소도 디지털화를 통해 디지털변전소로 변모하고 있다. 이렇게 변전소에 IEC 61850 기반의 변전자동화시스템이 확대 도입됨에 따라 통신 설정과 성능을 검증하는 시험이 반드시 필요하다. 이에 전력연구원은 세계 최고수준의 IEC 61850 기반 디지털변전 시험기술을 확보하였으며, 본 보고서를 통해 연구원이 보유하고 있는 시험기술과 현장에 적용한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

해양사고는 매년 증가 추세이고 충돌사고 비율은 낮지만, 발생 시 대규모 피해로 있다. 특히, 3톤 미만 소형어선의 경우 바다네비게이션 서비스 등의 지능형해상교통서비스 관련 법규에서 제외되어 해양디지털화 및 해양사고의 사각지대에 놓여있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 3톤 미만의 소형선박의 환경에서 제공가능하도록 충돌예방에 기여할 수 있는 선박안전 충돌경보 이동형 단말장치 개발을 위하여 시제품을 개발하고, 소형선박 환경에서의 WAVE 기반 통신영역 실증 테스트를 수행함으로써 WAVE 통신기반 단말장치 활용 가능성을 확인하고 개선방안을 도출하였다.

도시철도시스템은 각 역간, 또는 역과 관제실간 많은 양의 데이터 전송을 통해 운용 및 관리되어진다. 역간 또는 관제실과의 인터페이스 정보는 도시철도 시스템의 효율적인 운용을 위한 정보들 뿐만아니라 열차의 안전운행에 필수적인 열차제어 정보들도 포함되어진다. 이러한 도시철도시스템의 운용에 필수적인 디지털 전송시스템의 운용현황과 전송기술의 발전방향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 도시철도 전송시스템의 발전방향을 분석한다.

The Internet was designed for machines, not humans, and hence, nobody owns a digital identity. Instead, a digital identity is rented from a website and an application. This lack of unique and secure digital identities has resulted in confusion in the online/cyber world. Digital identities pose one of the oldest and most difficult problems with regard to the Internet. There is still no way to use digital credentials to prove, own, and control an online identity, namely a self-sovereign identity, in the same manner we do in the offline world, particularly without a trusted third party. This article discusses the current open standards for digital identities, proposes solutions pertaining to digital identities in the future, and introduces the concept of a blockchain-based self-sovereign digital identity without the need of trusted third parties.

MX-S2X(선박중심직접통신)은 선박을 중심으로 한 D2D 통신을 통해 육상·선박·시설의 유기적 연결을 제공함으로써, 해양 분야의 4차 산업혁명에서 해상 통신 기술 인프라로서의 핵심 역할이 가능할 것으로 기대 된다. '초고속해상무선통신망 무설설비 다각화 및 통신연계 기술개발 '의 1단계 3차년도에서는 2차년도에 제작한 MX-S2X 1차 시제품에 대한 기능을 보완하고 ISM 대역의 소출력 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 DSSS을 적용하여 2차 시제품을 구현/제작하고 실제 해상환경에서 성능을 검증한다. 본 논문에서는 MX-S2X 2차 시제품에 대한 1, 2차 실해역 시험결과 및 향후 계획에 대해 공유한다.

This study aims to propose a plan to restructure libraries as a complex space for education and culture for 19 public libraries belonging to the Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education. For the purpose of this, case surveys and user surveys of complex facilities of domestic and foreign public institutions were conducted. Based on the findings, a space restructuring strategy was suggested by dividing the library space into the following ways: a space to learn (a comprehensive data room, a theme data inquiry room, a future classroom, a blended learning center, a STEAM training room, and an online lecture learning room), a space to express (a foyer, a maker room, a digital media creation room and an online lecture production room), a space to share (a club room, a group study room, a well-being complex culture space, a convenient living space, rest area, and a browsing area), and a space to enjoy (a performance-thought playground, infant and child archives, a digital virtual experience room, a specialized alcove room, and an outdoor reading room). In addition, a restructuring model of public libraries belonging to the Office of Education was proposed, such as a leading model, a basic model, a joint model, and a minimum model, in consideration of the size of the building, the size of the library, and the level of service and space.
