The purpose of this study is to build new management strategy of special libraries in the field of science and technologies. Though information service of digital libraries were developed very much due to IT technologies, management condition of special libraries is getting more worse. Immediate cause of this problem is absence of management strategies which were veiled by IT panacea. In order to overcome this problem, this study looks into the internal and external environment change which are surrounded by special libraries. And also examined procedures and method of environment analysis which is needed to build management strategies. As the result of research, this study analyze internal and external environment by SWOT analysis method, and finally propose new management strategies.

The purpose of this paper is to establish the policy for the abroad promotion of small-medium and venture businesses. The core strategy is enhancing the total sales trough the low management cost and low advertisement cost. The Partnership Management by the Export Cooperation Organisation is a model which is maximize the outputs and profits at the same time minimize the fixed costs, advertisement costs etc. The effect of synergy from the grand exhibition and partnership management will be a critical momentum to the national business that concrete and diversify the export.

최근, 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경 속에서 업무 효율성 극대화가 비즈니스를 수행하는데 필요로 한다고 인식하고, 이를 위한 해결책이 조직원간 정보공유를 활성화하기 위한 지식경영 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영 시스템의 근간이 되는 디지털 문서들은 복사 및 전달이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어 질 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라, 기업은 업무 효율성을 높이면서 동시에 기밀정보의 유출을 방지하기 위한 정보보안 정책을 세우고 있는 실정이다. 대부분 기업들의 초창기 정보화 과정에서는 네트웍 보안에 치중하여 대다수의 기업 내부 정보 유출 사레가 내부자의 소행이라는 것이 밝혀지면서 업무의 효율성이라는 측면과 기업 내부 정보 보안을 위한 보안 기술을 채택하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 누출차단과 식별을 위한 다큐먼트 보안을 디자인함으로써, 디지털 정보보안 체계 확립과 더불어, 디지털 정보자산을 안정적으로 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 발생할 수 도 있는 디지털 정보자산의 불법유출을 사전에 차단함으로써 기업/기관의 노하우 및 정보자산을 안정적인 보호로 피해를 방지할 수 있게 되었다.

In this research, customized management performance index for small and medium enterprises in solar energy area was developed. To acquire management performance index, first Delphi technique is applied and secondly, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) used to give weight to each main index and then final management performance index was achieved. By developing management performance index, top management could manage their company more efficiently.

Due to the fast development of information technology, a variety of edutainment software has been used in the field of business education. One of them is business simulation game that the business game domain and the information technology is definitely associated. A lot of business simulation game have been developed and used for many courses of colleges and corporate training in USA and EU. However, education program based on business simulation game has not been activated in Korea. This paper examined the education effect of business simulation game. It was found that managers who were educated and trained with business simulation game were very satisfied with a business simulation game. Based on the statistical results, the method of business education using business simulation game was also suggested.

Numerous products have been created in a digital format in the era of digitization. At an early stage, such products were provided in the format of individual digital file, requiring the individuals to own products by downloading them on the personal devices. With the development of Internet network, people began to consume digital goods in a new mode called 'streaming.' Streaming is a service provided through access-based consumption mode based on Internet network. Rather than downloading each file, individuals can utilize such product and services by connecting the network to their own devices. Access-based digital goods are distinguished from traditional ownership-based digital goods such as downloaded contents, in that permanent ownership is not allowed. Taken this into account, this study attempts to investigate how individuals' perception toward digital goods, the psychological ownership, differs according to the consumption mode. The results show that individuals feel less psychological ownership toward access-based digital goods than ownership-based digital goods. Our study provides several avenues to both theory and practice.

근래 지구온난화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 장기 코로나19의 전염으로 사회적 비대면 필요성이 증대되면서 온라인을 통한 건강관리 및 의료 진단·처방 등 디지털 헬스케어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어로 기존 병원 진료의 온라인 원격 진료/처방이 지속 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 빅데이터를 모아 개인 건강과 질병 상태 정보를 취합하여 건강 관리 및 치료를 하는 디지털 치료제 개발이 급속 진행되고 있으며 관련 벤처 창업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 헬스케어, 디지털 치료제 산업의 활성화는 각 개인의 신체 상태를 상시 측정하고 이 정보를 관련 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스, 특히 스마트워치의 보급 증대에 힘입은 바가 크다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워치의 기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어의 수용성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확장된 통합기술수용모델을 적용하여 분석하고, 혁신 사례로 스마트워치를 활용한 디지털 수면 치료제 벤처 개발 현황을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치의 개인혁신성, 효용가치, 사용편의 등 ICT 변인들에 대한 기술발전의 매개 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 ICT 변인들과 기술발전 매개변수는 디지털 헬스케에 스마트워치 수용의도에 대부분 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 단 기술발전은 개인혁신성에는 크게 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 혁신기술의 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치 수용의도 영향 평가 결과는 스마트워치 각종 서비스 상품기획과 마케팅에 유효하게 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 추후 세분화 연구를 통하여 더욱 소비자 특화된 제품과 서비스를 창출하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.
