웹 프로젝트는 다양한 언어와 기술들이 결합되어 매우 복잡하고, 개발 및 유지보수의 생산성이 낮은 분야이다. 특히, 화면의 디자인과 프로그램 코드가 혼재되어 있다는 것이 공동개발과 이해를 가장 어렵게 한다. 웹 기반 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스 디자이너가 먼저 화면 레이아웃을 설계한 후 그 화면의 레이아웃 소스를 가지고 다시 프로그램 로드 개발자가 코딩을 하여 프로젝트를 완성한다. 유지 보수를 하는 경우에도 이와 비슷한 형태로 작업이 진행된다. 이러한 웹 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 방법은 JSP의 태그 라이브러리와 같은 다양한 형태로 제안되었으나 실제로 적용하는데 여러 가지 문제점이 있으며, 기존치 C/S 기반의 소프트웨어 개발에 비해 생산성 측면에서도 매우 좋지 않다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 운영되는 정보 시스템의 개발 과정에서 발생하는 디자인(사용자 인터페이스)과 프로그램을 분리하기 위한 방법론들의 문제점들을 제시하고 효율적인 분리 방법론이 갖추어야할 조건들을 제시하였다.

Based on the service design processes, we examined the market conditions and the criteria to be considered in selecting materials and selected CFRP CNT materials in the development of bicycle design. This material was used to develop frame design among the bicycle parts. The bicycle frame, designed with CFRP CNT material through vibration attenuation testing, tensile strength testing, and stiffness test results before prototype production, shows better results than the bicycle frame manufactured with conventional CNT materials in terms of function.

This study suggests the output of the fingerprint doorlock design development through the structured methodology of concept selection in the process of design development, after characterizing the doorlock product itself. All of the early phases of product development are very important on eventual product success. Concept selection is the process of evaluating concepts with respect to customer needs and other criteria, comparing the relative strength and weaknesses of the concepts, and selecting one or more concepts for further investigation or development. To obtain the ideal concept o( new product, this work used a two-stage concept selection methodology which consist of concept screening and concept scoring. As a result, this study represents the fixed design rendering for mass production.

This study aims to emphasize the need for the in-depth experience and understanding of desire as to the User Interface Design through the introduction of the methodology which was developed by mixing quantitative utilization analysis and qualitative utilization analysis and to propose the active use of that. The methodology of this study is significant in that it tries to identify the latent experience and desire of user and reflect them in the User Interface Design through the repetition of 3 staged circular process and exploratory process related to the investigation category of people, prototype and product.

중소중견기업의 취약한 정보 경쟁력 속에 개인화 서비스는 실질적인 기업가치 창출과 빅데이터의 효율적 지원이라는 측면에서 큰 의의가 있으며, 이에 본 연구에서는 특정 사실에 대하여 추상적이며 창의적으로 문제를 해결하고 제안하는 디자인 연구 방법론(Design Thinking Method)을 적용하여 방대한 정보자원을 중소기업에게 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 개인화 서비스 방안에 대하여 KISTI 정보자원을 사례로 제시하고자 한다.

Smart-textronics technology which enables functional textiles has recently been applied in various fields such as smart clothes, smart home and smart health care, and a variety of smart-textronics products have been developed. In this context, the smart-textronics product development process is proposed based on the systematic participatory design method in this paper. The proposed method consists of two phases: in-depth interviews and analyzing. In the phase of in-depth interviews, participants are asked to create journey maps that include activities, pain points and emotional status and to generate solution ideas with sketches and simple prototypes. In the analyzing phase, design researchers investigate the participants' journey maps, and create personas by identifying critical characteristics with the behavior pattern analysis. Then, each persona's needs are linked with value elements of the E3 value framework. Finally, pre-survey was conducted to identify smart-textronics market and a smart sofa design is proceeded as the case study to show the applicability of the proposed method.

Service design refers to an activity to design a user's service experience and a design area for professionally executing it. In order to design services from the people's point of view away from the supplier-oriented policy decisions in the past, the recent public participation business model using the service design methodology is increasing. In particular, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security formed the 'National Design Team' in 2014 to design services from the perspective of the public throughout the policy process. The public participatory policy model is being operated in which the public as policy consumers, service designers and public officials as suppliers participate in the overall policy process to develop and develop public services through service design techniques. This study is meaningful in that it presented the developmental direction of the actual project site through the case of the National Design Team sign improvement project with the goal of establishing a regional revitalization strategy using the service design methodology. However, as this study is about the current project, verification of the application of future project sites and user satisfaction evaluation have not been conducted. When the project is completed in the future, it is necessary to conduct a project satisfaction survey targeting consumers.

현재의 웹은 신문, 잡지, 책 등의 온라인 출판뿐 아니라, 전자상거래, 금융, 가상 공동체, 마케팅, 광고 둥의 다양한 분야에서 실생활과 밀접하고, 기업에서도 웹 사이트가 제품 홍보 뿐 아니라 제품의 판매, 마케팅 등 매출에 막대한 영향을 미치는 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 웹 사이트의 규모가 커지고 복잡해져감에 따라서 소수의 웹 디자이너들이 웹 사이트를 개발했던 것에서 개발에 필요한 인력과 그 역할을 나누게 되었고, 다른 제품처럼 납기를 위한 일정 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 그동안 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 일련의 과정들에 대한 정형화되고 표준화된 작업 방법을 별로 적용하지는 않았다. 소프트웨어 공학을 그대로 웹 사이트 개발에 적용할 수는 없지만, 점차 웹 사이트가 소프트웨어 처럼 되어 가고 있고, 현재 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 필요한 표준 개발 방법론이나 프로젝트 관리 둥을 소프트웨어 공학에서 적용시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 더 나은 생산성과 품질을 얻기 위해 기획, 설계, 개발, 그래픽 디자인, 정보 설계, 컨텐츠, 테스트, 유지보수 등의 일련의 과정들을 프로세스화 하고, 구조적으로 접근하는 방법을 소프트웨어 공학의 표준 개발 방법론이나 프로젝트 관리, 품질관리 등에 관한 연구와, 실제로 이러한 방법론을 적용한 웹 서버을 구축하였다.
