Lighting Improvement for Propriety Management of Security Installations (보안설비의 적정관리를 위한 조명개선)

  • Lighting improvements are needed for adequate operation of security installations according to the turn of scientific policing instead of human policing. The basic principles of security lighting is to provide sufficient lighting over a specific area so that anyone moving in or around can be seen easily. Also, in security lighting, illuminance and uniformity are to be considered for clearing of CCTV screen through the lighting improvement. To achieve such goals, each pole is to be considered of the height and the space of luminaries as well as the wattage and the type of lamps. In this paper, the lighting designs show the adequate operations of fence security systems through the actual measurement of illuminance by mock-up and the illuminance analyses for obtaining proper illuminance and uniformity value to keep brightness of CCTV screen able to confirm objects considering characteristics of CCTV monitor by simulations.

  • The study for developments and economics about the energies from the global warming is very active. For the effective saving and the spanning of the life extension about the 19% rates for the illumination system spending power about the whole electric energies, we proposed the new type of the current control method using a mixing system of the frequency modulation together with the pulse width modulation for the half-bridge power instrument. And we proved the excellence and the stability for our suggested system and analyzed the characteristics.

  • A study to assess and show applications of the reliability compliance result of the new technology product of the lighting unit designed for end-to-end(or continuous row mounting) mounting has resented in this paper, we have taken the internal wiring included through-wire and other reliability compliance test result of the KTL(Korea Testing Laboratory), KETI(Korea Electric Testing Institute) and KESCO(Korea Electrical Safety Corporation). All of the these reliability compliance test results for the lighting unit designed for end-to-end mounting, named Lite-Way, are able to exactly be given more engineering and construction additional applications.

  • This paper gives a basic data of fluorescent lamp equiprrents for calculating of receiving capacity. The fluorescent lamp equiprrent has non-linear cl1arocteristics of the active and the reactive power variation. Therefore we need real measurerrents. We tested and rreasured active and reactive power of fluorescent lamp equiprrents which use 4O[W] lamps and various ballasts. The potential variation range is A.C. 200~240[V].240[V].

  • An LED sensor luminaire for visual function improvement necessitates the control algorithm for light level adjustment and the appropriate lens design. The control algorithm adapts to surround lighting condition, and thus has the advantages of energy saving and glare reduction. The multi-cell lens design improves color temperature uniformity and spatial light distribution of the luminaire. Experimental and simulated results show that this approach contributes noticeably to energy saving and color temperature uniformity of the LED sensor luminaire.

  • 고휘도 LED(light emitting diode) 빨강(R), 녹색(G), 파랑(B), 호박색(A), 백색(W) 등의 중요한 광학특성인 광속(luminous flux), 효율(luminous efficacy), 피크 파장(peak wavelength), 가중치 평균 파장(weighted average wavelength), 반치폭 (full width at ha1f maximum), 색도좌표(chromaticity coordinate), 주 파장(dominant wavelength), 자극순도 (excitation purity) 와 휘도순도(colorimetric purity)에 대해서 비교검토하였다. 시험결과로 제시된 LED의 기본적인 특성 데이터는 추후, 새로운 조명용 LED 램프나 등기구(luminaire)를 개발 및 특성연구에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

  • 공항내 설치된 보안등의 운용실태를 조사하고 인적경비에 맞춘 보안등 설계에서 첨단의 CCTV 카메라 및 주변기기를 이용한 과학화된 경비체제에 맞는 안정된 보안등 설계가 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 과학화된 보안시스템에 맞는 조명 설계을 위하여 단방향 투사용 LED 램프를 이용한 등기구와 2.5m 높이의 폴로 현장에 이동 배치하여 적용하였으며, 기존 시설된 고압나트륨과 시범 설치원 LED 광원의 조도 및 눈부심을 비교하여 최상의 CCTV 감시 화면의 특성파악 및 정확한 물체를 식별 할 수 있는 조도을 유지하여 안정된 보안등의 조명설비를 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 지능형 도로의 라인조명의 제어 기능을 수행하기 위한 구동 및 조광회로 설계와 유지관리 시스템의 기초 연구로서 기본적으로 중앙관제센터에서 무선과 유선의 원격제어를 통하여 조명기구의 개별 전원 제어 또는 단전, 부분 점멸동작을 수행 하고 램프의 불량 상태를 확인할 수 있는 기능을 포함한다. 부가적으로 조명등의 절전과 효율적인 관리를 위하여 차량의 유무에 따라 조도와 점멸 제어 기능을 추가 하였다. 또한 원격제어에 따른 중계 제어 장치를 등기구와 병열 구성 하여 통신선과 전원선 만으로 Line 형태의 램프에 전력 및 통신 제어를 가능케 하는 시스템을 개발하였다.
