The purpose of this study is to examine empirically the cultural problem and working attitude in the Korean vessel of combined foreign crews, Currently, the restrictions on the employment of the foreign crews are being eased in the Korean shipping industry and many problems such as misunderstanding and dissonance in working have been occurred consequently, However, specific and empirical studies regarding different culture between Korean and foreign crews working together in the vessel have not yet carried out, So this study is meaningful as exploratory research about cultural homogeneity, onboard working tolerance and organization commitment for combined foreign crews and the result of this study contributes to management of crew and vessel organization.

The purpose of this study is to present the effect of differences in individual coping and organizational homogeneity culture on information security compliance from an exploratory perspective. The study divided groups into individual coping (task-oriented, emotion-oriented) and organizational homogeneity culture (homogeneity, heterogeneity), confirms the difference in information security for each group through cross-design and presents a multiple mediation model between information security factors. As a result of the study, in the coping dimension, the average of the security compliance factors was higher in the emotion-oriented than the task-oriented, and in the homogeneity culture dimension, the average of the security compliance factors was higher in the homogeneity than the heterogeneity. Additionally, social influence and involvement had a multiple mediation effect on the relationship between information security awareness and compliance intention. The implications of this study were to confirm the difference in the effect of individual decision-making styles on security compliance according to the organizational culture differences. The results suggest the necessity of applying a customized information security compliance model for each organization and individual characteristics.

This paper examines the affinities and cultural cognates between Slavs and Indo-Aryans from a perspective of Slavic mythology, comparative linguistics, and comparative cultural studies, etc. Of Proto-Indo-European Language Family, Slavic group belongs to the Satem Language group like Indo-Iranian(>Indo-Aryan, Iranian, Nuristani) group. For this reason, there turned out to be many linguistic evidences and cognates that Slavic and Indo-Aryan languages can share in common. Apart from biological DNA analysis that Indo-Aryans are close to Slavs in DNA types, there should be the three factors to support that Slavs and Aryans had contacted a long time before and that moreover, they still have a variety of cognates in languages and cultures, especially, in mythology, too. First, this study takes an exemplary of mythological comparisons with Slavic and Indo-Aryan gods' names, their origins, and their symbols. Secondly, linguistic analysis to compare the two languages is the best way to prove the connections between Slavic and Aryan cultural cognates. Lastly, this research investigates many cultural cognates of living culture and cults, which still remain without being extinct both in Slavs and in Indo-Aryans.

고구려 백제 신라 삼국은 같은 문화적 기반 위에 성립됐지만 각기 다른 민족 구성과 풍토에서 불교를 수용한 결과 동질성과 함께 지역적 특성을 그대로 나타낸다. 고구려는 힘으로 충만된 양감과 자유분방함, 백제는 세련되며 온화하고 정적인 분위기, 신라는 자유분방하고 치졸한 양식이 각각 특색으로 드러나 있다.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine empirically the effect of foreign crew's cultural and organizational characteristics on their self-efficacy and organization commitment. Currently, the restrictions on the employment of the foreign crews are being eased in the Korean shipping industry and many problems are occurring consequently. However, specific and empirical studies on the relevancy of cultural characteristics to the crew's self-efficacy and organizational commitment on board the vessels with combined crews have not yet been carried out. To solve these problems, we examined how the cultural characteristics such as acculturation and accommodation of different culture related to the improvement of cultural homogeneity of vessels with combined crews influence on the self-efficacy, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the foreign crews through SEM analysis. According to the results, hypothesis 1 and 2 were all supported with statistical significance. To conclude, this study suggests that foreign crew's cultural homogeneity and their self-efficacy should be firstly enhanced in order to improve organizational commitment on the vessel with combined crews. Furthermore, a study on self-efficacy of crew organization is urgently needed to enhance the effectiveness of an organization in a vessel with combined crews that has special environment. The result of this study will contribute a lot to the organization management of a vessel with combined crews.

Given that the current Idol fandom has been enormously affected by the development of digital technology such as the Internet, mobile or social media, this study explored how generational fandom culture has been shifted depending on the fandom's use of differential online platforms and services, i.e., online community vs. social network services. The survey results indicate that 3^rd generation fandom showed significantly greater intimacy, greater attachment/worship, greater similarity toward Idol stars as well as greater fandom loyalty and greater fandom identity than 1^st and 2^nd generation fandom. Similarly, compared to online community centered fandom, social network centered fandom showed greater intimacy, greater attachment/worship, greater similarity as well as greater fandom loyalty and identity than community-centered fandom.
