GML proposed to offer interoperability of geography information is specifying various dynamic object schema for application in the wireless environment. These GML dynamic object schema supports the expression of moving objects that the position and shape change consecutively over time, so practical use of GML is increased in location-based service that provides various application services based on location information of moving objects. In particular, the conventional query languages about GML have been studied with priority given to the integration of geographic information, the support of spatial operations, and etc. However, it lacks the support for moving objects queries. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the moving objects query language that supports moving objects queries for GML documents by extension of XQuery that is standard in query language. Also, data model, algebra operation and various moving objects operators for the proposed query language are designed, and we apply the proposed query language to tornado government organization system to show that the proposed query language can be used effectively in various location-based service.

Many more use e-mail purely on a personal basis and the pool of e-mail users is growing daily. Also, the amount of mails, which are transmitted in electronic commerce, is getting more and more. Because of its convenience, a mass of spam mails is flooding everyday. And yet automated techniques for learning to filter e-mail have yet to significantly affect the e-mail market. This paper suggests Web Mail Filtering Agent for Personalized Classification, which automatically manages mails adjusting to the user. It is based on web mail, which can be logged in any time, any place and has no limitation in any system. In case new mails are received, it first makes some personal rules in use of the result of observation ; and based on the personal rules, it automatically classifies the mails into categories according to the contents of mails and saves the classified mails in the relevant folders or deletes the unnecessary mails and spam mails. And, we applied Bayesian Algorithm using Dynamic Threshold for our system's accuracy.

Currently workflows in business processes and distributed computing environments have provided service automation by connecting many tasks with rules and/or orderings. The services in ubiquitous computing environments have to automatically provide users with adaptive services according to dynamically changing contort information, which is obtained from both the users and their environment. To adapt these workflows to ubiquitous computing, we must specify the situation information on the transition conditions. In this paper, we propose uWDL, Ubiquitous Workflow Description Language, based on Web Services to use the situation information on the transition constraints of workflow's services. uWDL can select adaptive services according to contexts, profiles, and events information, which are situation information. Furthermore, we verified the execution of a scenario document described with uWDL using the parser and the context handler for uWDL. The scenario developers can use the uWDL scenario editor for a design of scenarios, and they can easily specify the transition condition of the services according the situation information of ubiquitous environments using the uWDL.

In this paper, we propose a new handwriting verification method using pattern analysis in off-line environments. The proposed method first segments character regions in a document and extracts effective features from the segmented regions. It then estimates the similarity between the extracted non-linear features and reference ones by using dynamic time warping and principal component analysis. Our handwriting verification method extracts handwriting features effectively and enables the verification of handwriting with various lengths of features as well as ones of short patterns. The experimental results show that our method outperforms others in terms as accuracy. We expect that the proposed method will automate the manual handwriting verification tasks and provide much objectivity on handwriting identification.

This paper suggests the expansion methods of semantic dictionary, taking Korean semantic features account. These methods will be used to extract a practical topic word in the automatic summarization. The first is the method which is constructed the synonym dictionary for improving the performance of semantic-marker analysis. The second is the method which is extracted the probabilistic information from the subcategorization dictionary for resolving the syntactic and semantic ambiguity. The third is the method which is predicted the subcategorization patterns of the unregistered predicate, for the resolution of an affix-derived predicate.

Recently, with a rapid industry development, the recognition of environmental pollution is being increased. And the technique of pollution-prevention is also being studied. In the past, management direction for environmental pollution was limited only to concentration reduction and technique for treatment. But ,in these day, its direction is moved to a high level study such as a management and estimation of pollution material. In this study we establish a conception about EIS(Environmental Information System) building and present its building method. And we present a method for a database building, searching, analysis and printing. Also we produced the landuse map processing LANDSAT TM image. Using DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) between Excel and ArcView on PC platform, we are enable to write and/or update a Report - waste discharge facility approval management leader - and to recover weakness about the report management of exsiting GSIS program.

As the EDI message is the commercial electronic document having legal binding forces, it is necessary to use the method of digital signature for the message integrity and identification between trading partners. This research proposes a new digital multisignature scheme suitable for transmission to multi-destination of the EDI message. The proposed scheme is based on Fiat-Shamir signature scheme and can perform the message authentication suitable for the EDI message. It can verify the message forged by a hash function attack from intruder or intruder. It also can perform the digital signature using smaller hash value than that of Fiat-Shamir signature scheme. When the EDI message is transmitted to multi-destination, all designated receivers can perform the digital signature faster and safer.

One of the major issues in big data processing is extracting keywords from internet and using them to process the necessary information. Most of the proposed keyword extraction algorithms extract keywords using search function of a large portal site. In addition, these methods extract keywords based on already posted or created documents or fixed contents. In this paper, we propose a KAES(Keyword Advertisement Extraction System) system that helps the potential shopping keyword marketing to extract issue keywords and related keywords based on dynamic instant messages such as various issues, interests, comments posted on SNS. The KAES system makes a list of specific accounts to extract keywords and related keywords that have most frequency in the SNS.

Although a type of Web-based education has increased continuously, it has provided an environment that students use textbooks which are forms of homepage, make a note of lecture on Web browser, save the contents of note and use them again. Therefore, this thesis proposes a web note, MyNote, that students draw lines and write notes about the lecture using VML and DHTML on Web. Here, the contents of the note are saved in database with a form of text-based VML made dynamically using ASP. The document used with teaching material is downloaded from Web server to Web client and the content of VML is done from database. Using MyNote, students have their own libraries on Web. The content of note Is saved and printed on Web, and learners can relearn because they can review the content.

소프트웨어 개발자로부터 독립된 소프트웨어 시험자가 수행하는 소프트웨어 시험은 소프트웨어의 안전성 향상을 위해 필요하다. 컴퓨터기반의 디지틀시스템으로 설계되는 일체형원자로 MMIS에 적용하기 위한 소프트웨어 시험 계획을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 시험 계획을 소프트웨어시험 조직 구성, 시험 문서, 시험 절차, 시험 방법을 중심으로 제시한다. 소프트웨어 시험 방법은 원시코드 정적분석과 동적시험을 구분하여 기술한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 소프트웨어 시험 계획은 원자력 규제기관에서 요구하는 소프트웨어 시험 요구사항을 만족한다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 소프트웨어 시험 계획을 일체형원자로 MMIS 소프트웨어 개발 시 적용하여 소프트웨어 고장율 데이터를 수집할 예정이다.
