The aim of this study was to identify the awareness of the animal registration system, as well as to determine if there is a difference according to the types of pet attachment of consumers raising companion dogs. For this purpose, 250 data were collected by conducting an online survey and analyzed the data using SPSS 24.0. As a result of the study, pet attachment was identified as a companion attachment and emotional attachment. According to the form of attachment to dogs, the consumer types were categorized into three groups: type of simple cohabitation(25.6%), type of close companion(30.4%), and type of strong bond(44.0%). It was found that there are statistically significant differences in the relationship between the recognition and registration of the animal registration system for each consumer type. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the perception and preference of the animal registration system depending on the type of consumer. This study has significance in that it suggests the effective direction of developing the consumer-oriented animal registration system.

최초의 암호화폐인 비트코인과 동시에 등장한 블록체인 기술은 시대를 지나며 발전을 거듭하여 현재는 많은 사람들의 관심을 이끄는 기술이 되었다. 블록체인은 내용을 손쉽게 변경할 수 없는 특징을 지니며 그에 따라 강한 신뢰도를 지니게 된다. 이러한 특징으로 인해 블록체인은 암호화폐 뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야에서 사용되기 시작했다. 우리는 본 특징을 활용하여 블록체인 기반의 애완동물 등록제를 제안한다. 현재 애완동물 산업은 규모가 상당히 거대하며 애완동물은 주인에게 강한 책임이 주어진다. 국내에서는 동물등록제를 통해 동물을 관리하지만 다른 법령과 상충되는 부분 때문에 의미가 퇴색하며 실효성에 이의가 제기되고 있다. 블록체인을 활용한 동물등록제는 부분적으로 공개된 환경에서 정보를 공유하며 분양 등의 사유로 주인이 변경되었을 경우 이를 손쉽게 추적할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. 따라서 현재 동물등록제의 단점을 크게 해소할 수 있을 것으로 예상되며 다양한 장점을 지니기에 제안하는 바이다.

반려동물에 대한 인식변화와 고령화, 저출산 문제로 반려동물을 키우는 사람이 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 하지만 반려동물을 유기하는 경우도 많아져 정부에서는 반려동물 등록제를 시행하여 동물 유기를 예방하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 동물 등록 절차의 번거로움과 부작용 우려로 인해 많은 사람이 등록을 하고 있지 않는 실태이다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 이미지 분석을 활용한 동물 외형분석 기술을 제안한다. 제안하는 기술은 동물 이미지에서 특징점 추출을 위해 CNN과 구글에서 제공하는 딥러닝 프레임워크인 텐서플로우(TensorFlow)를 활용하며 동물의 외형을 분석해 동물의 고유한 외형 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이를 통해 각 개체를 특정할 수 있어 현재 시행되고 있는 동물 등록방법을 대체하여 동물 유기문제 해결에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

For systematic pet management, the pet registration system has established. It makes the owner of the pet is given greater responsibility through the pet registration system but it also provided with welfare. One of the advantages of the pet registration system is that prepare system what return to owner quickly and safety through information inquiry when the pets are lost. But there are some conflict with the law in the information inquiry, so it occurs interfere the system. In this paper, we propose using the Smart Contract to finding the missing animal effectively. Proposed method discloses only the partially information. Thus it will be eliminated conflict parts, and increases the information accessibility to increase the number of people who can inquiry information. In addition, keeping the RFID inquired feature for compatible with the existing system. The smart contract querying enables quickly and precision access to information. Lastly, compare the proposed method with existing method to see the improvement.

반려견·반려묘 등 반려동물이 사람인구 대비 1/5인 수준인 1000만 개체로 급증하고, 이에 따른 팻산업이 6조원 규모로 급성장하는 추세와 함께 RFIP칩 신체내부이식하는 형태의 동물등록제 실시에 대한 부정적인 시각과 거부감으로 인하여 최근 들어 반려동물의 비문(일명 코지문)·홍채 등 바이오인식기술을 이용한 개체식별기술에 대한 니즈가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 2019년 부터 반려동물에 대한 바이오인식기술을 접목한 개체식별기술을 활용하는 동물등록제 적용을 위하여 동물보호법 개정작업이 활발히 진행될 것으로 전망되며, 반려동물의 유사한 품종에 대한 개체식별 필요성에 따라 팻보험 사기예방·유기견 예방·디지털 동물병원 헬스케어서비스·팻레저·팻복지 등의 다양한 팻산업 응용분야에서 바이오인식기술을 이용한 반려동물 개체식별의 필요성은 날로 증대될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 텔레바이오인식기반의 반려동물 개체식별기술에 대한 연구필요성과 함께 TTA PG505 등 국내표준화 추진현황과 ITU-T SG17 등 국제표준화 추진현황을 살펴보고자 한다.

In this paper, We propose a method for identifying objects by setting inscriptions and landmarks of dogs. The phenomenon of abandoning dogs is on the rise, and the number of abandoned individuals is also rapidly increasing. These abandoned dogs are becoming wild animals, causing a lot of damage to people's daily life, causing serious problems. As a solution to this problem, the animal registration system is being implemented, but there is a phenomenon that some dog owners avoid the registration method that inserts a chip, so the complete registration system is not settled. When registering a dog, removing the avoidance of dog owners will help establish the companion animal registration system. In this paper, we present a technique to identify objects by setting inscriptions and landmarks of dogs so that dog owners can register their dogs in a friendly way to eliminate this avoidance phenomenon.

기존의 반려동물 정보를 등록하는 정부시스템은 반려동물 등록제를 통하여 등록된 정보들만으로는 반려동물의 전반적인 이력내용을 파악하기 어렵고 유기동물의 경우는 더욱 그렇다. 그로인해 재유기, 재파양, 중복치료 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위해 하이퍼레저 패브릭 블록체인을 활용하여 정보들을 얻기 위해 들어가는 비용, 시간을 줄이고 반려동물 이력 정보를 효율적으로 교류할 수 있는 시스템을 제시한다.
