Chua's circuit is a simple electronic network which exhibits a variety of bifurcation and attractors. The circuit consists of two capacitors, an inductor, a linear resistor, and a nonlinear resistor. In this paper, a transmitter and a receiver using two identical Chua's circuits are proposed and synchronizations and secure communication of a lossy equivalent transmission are investigated. Since the synchronization of the lossy equivalent transmission system is impossible by coupled synchronization, theory having both the drive-response and the coupled synchronization is proposed. The proposed method is synthesizing the desired information with the chaos circuit by adding the information signal to the chaos signal in the lossy equivalent transmission system.

This study investigated the effects employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational feedback on organizational commitment and the moderating role organizational feedback on the relationship between employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment in the workplace. Data were collected from 287 employees in the manufacturing firms. Results indicated that employee's intrinsic motivation had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Results also indicated that organizational feedback moderated the relationship between employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment. Especially, The positive (+) relationship between employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment was strengthened when organizational feedback was high than it was low. Implications for practice and directions for future research are discussed.

본 논문에서는 비동기식 상위수준합성기 제작의 일환으로 효율적인 비동기식 제어부의 자동생성에 관한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 목적시스템의 사양으로써 주어진 제어데이터흐름그래프로부터 일련의 체계적인 변환과정을 통하여, 제어부를 구성할 제어회로들에 대응하는 계층적으로 분할된 비동기식 유한상태기들의 집합을 유도한다. 유도된 비동기식 유한상태기들은 현존하는 비동기식 제어회로 합성기를 통하여 해저드 없는 비동기식 제어회로들로 합성되며, 이들은 상호간에 4단계 핸드셰이킹에 기반한 신호교환을 통하여 동작하면서 전체 시스템을 제어하는 계층적으로 분할된 비동기식 제어부를 구성한다. 획득한 제어부는 계층.분산적이며, 면적, 성능 및 합성시간의 측면에서 기존방식을 통하여 생성한 제어부에 비해 우월하다.

In this study. 'extended science investigation' was conceptualized as a comprehensive science investigation contrasted with exercise of process and skill component and cookbook style experiment. The extended investigations should be pursued for giving opportunity of more authentic science activities in school science. And one of important educational objectives in students' science investigations is to achieve motivation for investigation which drives and triggers further investigations. It can be discerned as positive and negative by its direction and also as internal and external by its cause. The purpose of this study was to describe change of students' motivation for investigation while they were performing the extended science investigations. The subject was 128 7th grader attending coeducational school in Seoul. Questionnaires and students' reports were analysed complementarily to describe students' motivation for investigation. The number of students who showed positive motivation for investigation did not increase in the developed extended investigations than in the directive investigations in textbook, but the cause of positive motivation for investigation has changed largely from task-exclusive factors to task-inclusive factors. In case of negative motivation for investigation, regardless of the kind of investigation task, task-inclusive factors were recognized as the main causes. Among those whose motivation changed during successive extended investigations, the students who showed change from negative to positive were more than the reverse. And the number of positive intrinsic motivation for investigation was increased at the second half of the extended science investigations. So it can be said that there was a desirable change of motivation for investigation at the second half the extended science investigations.

This paper investigates the relationships among family-friendly culture, intrinsic motivation, team-member exchange(TMX), and creativity in ICT(information & communication technology) company. Also the study investigates the moderator effect of TMX and the mediator effect of intrinsic motivation in the relationships between family-friendly culture and creativity. A structural equation modeling(SEM) was employed to test the hypotheses. Using survey data collected from 229 R&D department and support personnel in ICT company. The main finding of this study was as follows: First, a family-friendly culture had a negative effect on employee creativity. Second, intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on employee creativity. Third, a family-friendly culture had a positive effect on intrinsic motivation. Fourth, intrinsic motivation mediated effect on the relationship between a family-friendly culture and employee creativity. Fifth, the positive relationships between a family-friendly culture and intrinsic motivation were stronger when TMX was high rather than low. In particular, this review concludes with implications for future research, limitations of this study, and practical application.

This study examines the moderating role of organizational justice in the relationships between intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction, job involvement. The findings are as follows: First Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on the Job satisfaction and Job involvement. Second, The findings also indicate that distributive justice and procedural justice has a moderating relationship between the personality intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction, job involvement.

This study was attained to examine the relationship between the videogame players' motivation and loyalty, and to investigate the mediator effect of flow. We conducted a survey based on former researches and verified outcomes through empirical analysis. The results proposed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation have positive influence on game loyalty, and flow has the mediating effect of this relationship. Additionally, extrinsic motivation has less impact on game loyalty and flow than intrinsic motivation does. The inherent value of game players from this paper will promote the development of VR(virtual reality) games or serious games.

In this experiment I have made FM-DS/SS system replacing 170.120 MHz by utilizing FM transmitter and receiver. In the transmitter, the result shows that the modulated FM-DS/SS signal is a typical $(sin \chi/\chi)^2$ spectrum by using the clock(1.329 MHz) of PN divided from FM carrier. In the receiver, SO(Synchronous Oscillator) was applied to despread. Like figure 1, 2, and 4 when I applied SO, which consists of sliding correlator, to synchronous a favorable properties could be obtained in the receiver of FM-DS/SS system. In this paper, I used SO in order to take synchronous in the construction of FM-DS/SS system, and to support it I presented the result of the experiment on synchronous curve and properties of OS.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 학습자들의 학습 성향을 조사하고 그들의 평소 학습 성향이 어떤 평가로 이어지는지에 대해 관찰한다. 또한 학습 성향과 이전 평가 결과가 다음 학기 프로그래밍 수업에 어느 정도 동기 부여가 되는지를 분석하여 학습자들의 성향과 능력에 맞는 방법으로 학습 동기를 부여할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 한다.

이 논문에서는 경 부하 레귤레이션 역량을 키우기 위한 새로운 동기정류기 제어 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 동기정류기의 턴-온 시간을 늘려줌으로써 동기정류기에 음의 방향으로 전류를 흘려주는 방식을 사용한다. 동기정류기의 턴온 시간에 따른 전압이득의 변화를 확인하여 경 부하 레귤레이션 특징을 분석한다. 이를 통하여 추가적인 소자 없이 경 부하시의 레귤레이션 문제를 해결한다.
