영업 관리 시스템이 발달함에 따라 모바일 단말기를 이용하여 영업비용 절감, 고객 접점 및 영업 활동 강화에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 기존의 영업 관리 시스템은 영업사원이 기업에게 하나의 단말기를 제공받아 영업 활동을 하며 관리자가 이를 모니터링 할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 시스템이다. 이를 통해 관리자는 영업사원의 업무 활동을 시스템을 통해 관리할 수 있다. 그렇지만 최근 다양한 모바일 기기가 등장함에도 불구하고 기존의 시스템은 다양한 디바이스를 지원할 수 없고 맵 기반의 지오로케이션을 통한 활동 분석의 부족함이 있다. 또한 관리자가 영업 사원의 업무 활동에 따른 예상 위치와 통계 정보를 알 수 없다는 한계가 있다. 본 시스템에서는 반응형 웹과 지오로케이션을 적용하여 다양한 디바이스 환경에서도 서비스를 제공하며, 영업 사원의 이동 경로를 정확하게 파악할 수 있다. 또한, 과거의 업무 시간과 이동 시간 데이터를 이용하여 영업 사원의 미래 위치를 예상하고 업무량에 대한 통계 기능을 추가하여 시스템의 편리성을 높인다.

최근 문제가 되고 있는 전력 문제를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 건물 에너지 관리 시스템이 주목받고 있다. 건물 에너지 관리 시스템은 관리자가 건물의 전력 소비량을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 전력 소비량에 대한 모니터링 기능을 제공하는 시스템이다. 기존의 건물 에너지 관리 시스템은 과거, 현재, 미래의 전력 소비량을 통계 자료로 제공하고, 이를 토대로 전력 과부하 발생을 방지하였다. 그렇지만 기존의 시스템에 반응형 웹 디자인을 적용한 사례를 찾아보기 힘들며 온도 변화에 따른 전력 소비량을 고려하지 않기 때문에 정확한 부하 예측을 하기 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 건물 에너지 관리 시스템은 반응형 웹 디자인을 적용하여 여러 모바일 기기로도 편리하고 효율적으로 건물을 관리할 수 있게 하였다. 또한, 건물에서 유지되어야 할 목표 온도, 건물 전력 소비량에 대한 과거 데이터와 기상청에서 제공하는 데이터를 통하여 부하 예측을 하고, 다양한 전력 소비량 통계 자료를 제공한다. 이를 통해 관리자는 효율적인 건물 에너지 관리를 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Korean medicine treatment of cervical vertigo. Three patients were diagnosed as cervical vertigo with correlating symptoms of imbalance and dizziness with neck pain. The diagnosis of cervical vertigo is also dependent on excluding other vestibular disorders on the basis of history, examination, and vestibular function tests. They were treated by acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound at acupoints and sympathetic ganglion chain of their cervical and upper thoracic region. The evaluation of clinical outcome was done by numeric rating scale (NRS), dizziness handicap inventory (DHI) and neck disability index (NDI), EuroQol-five dimensions questionnaire (EQ-5D) index. After the treatment, the value of their NRS, NDI, DHI was significantly decreased and their EQ-5D index was significantly increased. The traditional Korean medicine treatment at cervical and upper thoracic region could be an effective way to treat cervical vertigo.

This case report introduced the use of herbal medicine to treat a sternum fracture. A 46-year-old female patient with a sternum fracture from a traffic accident suffered from anterior chest wall pain. She was treated with herbal medicine. The patient's progress was evaluated using a numerical rating scale (NRS), and the frequency of tingling in the chest wall was also tracked. After treatment, both the NRS of chest pain and frequency of tingling decreased. The results of this study suggest that herbal medicine can effectively decrease pain and discomfort in patients suffering from a sternum fracture. However, further studies are needed to obtain stronger evidence for its efficacy.

The objective of this study was to assess the effectiveness of GB12 (Wangu) acupoint for dizziness. This study retrospectively analyzed the electronic medical records of 12 hospitalized patients complaining of dizziness were treated 5 times a week with a combined Korean medicine treatment including Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture on bilateral GB12 (Wangu) acupoint, and dizziness was evaluated by using a numerical rating scale (NRS). As a result of medical record analysis, NRS of 12 patients was significantly decreased after treatment (p<0.001), and no adverse events were reported in all 12 cases. We suggest that the treatment of GB12 (Wangu) could be effective in patients with dizziness, and to obtain exact evidence of effectiveness, further studies are needed.

Mucinous Eccrine carcinoma (MEC) is a rare malignant tumor related to the eccrine sweat gland and is commonly located on the face, especially around the eyelids and scalp. Most of these tumors are diagnosed at age 40's to 60's and exhibit a wide variety of patterns in addition to the general appearance previously reported. MEC is difficult to diagnose clinically, but can be diagnosed by accompanying biopsy. We present the case of a 75-year-old man who complained of a gradually growing Left lower lid tumor of duration one year. Initially, the tumor was mistaken for an epidermal cyst and treated by surgical resection. However, biopsy findings resulted in a diagnosis of Mucinous Eccrine carcinoma. Therefore, we performed wide excision and flap reconstruction surgery. In a one year follow-up examination, the patient achieved successful functional and aesthetic results without regional or distant metastasis and recurrence.

Object : Traditional Korean Medicine Diagnostic Support System(TKMDSS) is the diagnostic prescribing system based on ontology developed by Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. We monitored and assessed its usefulness and searched for improvements. Methods : We collected 10 cases of stroke inpatients of Dongguk University Ilsan Oriental Hospital. They were diagnosed by primary care physician and another researcher who monitored using "TKMDSS" respectively. We compared the process and results of two diagnosis. Results : The diagnostic concordance rate between primary care physician and researcher were pretty high. Most of the problems were caused by expressions on symptoms inappropriate use of terminology. The severity of symptoms and vague symptoms which is hard to be diagnosed should be reflected and measured in this system. Conclusions : The problems were about terminology and definition. The terminology should be defined accurately and in-depth detail so that anyone can get the right information. If the problems were modified, "TKMMSS" could be utilized as supportive measures for oriental medicine doctors and students.

우리 사회에서 개인이 복용하고 있는 약물의 종류와 수가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 약물의 사용이 증가하면서 때로는 치명적일 수 있는 약물 오남용 또한 빈번히 발생하고 있으며 특히 노년층과 같이 약품을 정확하게 구별할 수 없는 사람들은 더욱더 그 위험에 노출되어있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 간단한 사진을 찍는 행위를 거치면 약물의 정보를 제공하고, 복용법을 알 수 있는 모바일 애플리케이션에 관하여 기술한다. 이를 구현하기 위하여 세밀한 시각적 분류 (Fine-Grained Visual Categorization, FGVC) 기법과 광학 문자 인식 (Optical Character Recognition, OCR) 기법을 결합한 인공지능 모델을 사용하였으며, React Native 를 사용하여 운영체제에 종속되지 않도록 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 이 애플리케이션은 노년층에 친화된 UI/UX 로 디자인되었으며, 약물의 정보 제공 이외에도 개인 약물 관리, 주변 약국 길 찾기 등의 편의 기능을 통해 노년층에 삶의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

데이터 3 법을 필두로, 기업은 개인정보가 포함된 데이터를 활용하기 위해 비식별 처리가 필요하게 되었다. 기존 방식은, 비정형 텍스트 데이터에서 정규표현식을 통한 개인정보 식별은 데이터의 다양성에 의해 한계가 명확하며, 기존의 Named Entity Recognition(NER) 태스크로 해결하기에는 언어의 중의적 표현과 2 인 대화에서 나타나는 개인정보가 누구의 것인지 판단하지 못한다는 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 우리는 기존의 한계점을 극복하고 개선하기 위해 BERT 언어 모델에 화자 정보를 학습시키고, 하나의 어절에 2 개의 tag 를 labeling 하는 방법을 제안하여 정확한 개인정보 식별을 시도하였다.

This case study reports the clinical effect of Korean medicine treatment on vascular disease of spinal cord. A 58-year-old female patient was diagnosed as vascular disease of spinal cord and treated with combined Korean medicine treatment such as acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, herbal medication, and physical therapy for 16 days. The patient was assessed for International Standard for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (ISNCSCI), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and Numeral Rating Scale (NRS). After treatment, total scores of ISNCSCI, BBS, and NRS were numerically improved. Also symptoms of neurogenic bladder were improved. This study suggests that Korean medicine treatment could be effective treatment for vascular disease of spinal cord.
