Soo-Yeoun Kim & Ji-Eun Kim 2016. A Study on ESP Skating English Education Based on Job Analysis. This study aims to provide skating ESP(English for Specific Purposes) education model for skating instructors in Korea. For this purpose, a total of twenty-seven professional skating instructors were surveyed according to a questionnaire, which asked about their English skills and perspective of the importance of English study and English skating class. The main results are as follows: most skating instructors' confidence in their English is low; majority of them answered that English study is needed for skating instructors; a majority of them want English teaching that focused on speaking and teaching activities. After that, skating instructors' jobs were analyzed using the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum Method). A DACUM committee extracted the duties and tasks which require English education and conducted a survey that targeted skating instructors. When interpreting the study on ESP Skating English Education based on job analysis, it was evident that the English language would be essential for enabling effective communication with judges during national sports competitions, information exchange with foreign skaters, and for technical skating instructions. This paper introduces the design, casting, and sound evaluation results of the Great Bell of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. The Olympic Bell was manufactured to announce the opening of the successful Winter Olympics in the world with a grand sound. The bell was designed to the dynamic shape to give a grand and harmonious sound in consideration of the global sports festival. In this study, the performance of the beat making the sound magnificent and the harmony of the bell sound were quantitatively evaluated using acoustical factors. Beat maps were investigated to understand the directivity of the beating sound. The purpose of the research is to present the production technique of a traditional Korean bell that has a dynamic shape and a grand and harmonious sound.

본 논문은 현재 개발 중에 있는 외국인 관광객을 위한 다국어 통번역 시스템을 기술하는 것을 목표로 한다. 다국어 통번역 시스템에서 개발 중에 있는 언어는 한국어, 일본어, 중국어, 영어, 스페인어, 불어, 독일어, 러시아어이다. 이렇게 개발된 다국어 통번역 시스템은 2018년 평창 동계 올림픽 때 다국어 통번역 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 현재의 다국어 통번역 시스템의 성능은 번역만 보았을 때, 영한 87.63%, 한영 88.21%, 중한 85.38%, 한중 77.94%, 일한 89.00%, 한일 86.69%, 스한 76.90%, 한스 77.46%, 불한 76.28%, 한불 79.78%이다.

인천공항은 2001년 개항이후, 비약적으로 발전하고 있으며, 2018년 약 6500만 명의 여객을 수용하는 등 초대형 메가허브공항으로 도약 중이다. 2018년 인천공항은 제2여객터미널을 개장하며, 인천공항에 대한 언론과 대중의 관심을 증폭시켰고, 평창동계올림픽 개최와 남북정상회담을 통해 대한민국 중추공항으로서의 이미지를 각인시켰다. 인천국제공항공사는 인천공항의 건설 및 관리, 운영, 주변지역개발, 부대사업 및 기타 국가위탁사업을 하는 국토교통부 산하 공공기관으로 2018년 입국장 면세점 도입, 정규직 전환 등의 이슈를 생성하였다. 본 논문에서는 뉴스, SNS 수집, 저장, 처리, 분석플랫폼인 ITAP를 이용하여 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사 관련된 뉴스, SNS 내용을 플랫폼별로 분석하였고, 월별 버즈량과 주요키워드를 플랫폼별로 추출하여 2018년 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사의 주요 이슈를 제시한다.

2003년 이후 겨울철마다 반복적으로 발생하는 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI)로 대한민국 오리산업이 공격을 받고 있는 사이, 보다 근본적인 AI 대책이 필요하다는 데 전문가들의 의견이 모아졌다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부는 2017년 평창동계올림픽을 앞두고 오리사육제한을 AI 방역정책의 핵심으로 밀며 6년째 정례화하고 있다. 이 가운데 오리업계의 시설현대화를 위한 주장에 힘을 실어주는 사람이 있다. 이정삼 농림축산식품부 축산정책과장은 보다 현실적인 방법으로 오리업계에 조언을 하며 정부의 정책과 오리업계의 요구의 절충안을 마련, 오리업계에서는 일명 '말이 통하는 사람'으로 불리고 있다. 무조건적인 규제보다는 업계의 의견을 존중하는 그의 모습에 많은 오리업계 종사자들은 그를 합리적인 사람이라고 생각한다. 이정삼 과장이 생각하는 AI 방역정책과 오리업계에 바라는 점을 들어봤다.

2003년 12월 10일 H5N1형 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI)가 국내에서 처음 발생한 이후 여러가지 유형의 AI바이러스 발생이 거의 매년 주기적으로 반복되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 특히 지난해 10월 17일 경북 예천군에서 발생한 AI는 국내에서 14차례 발생하며 전년도 대비 전국적으로 빠른 확산추세와 많은 발생 건수를 보였다. 특히 야생조류 분변 등 HPAI 검출건수가 전년 대비 두 배 가까이 늘어나면서 AI 발생위험률이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 이 가운데 오리에서의 AI 발생비율이 높아 오리가 AI 발생의 주범처럼 지목되고 있다. 특히 전국 오리 농가 수가 닭 대비 10배 가량 적은 점을 감안하면 매우 높은 수준이다. 실제로 2003년 12월부터 지난해까지 발생한 1,258건의 AI에서 오리는 651건으로 반이 넘는 수치다. 수치상의 이런 이유들로 오리는 AI의 주범으로 낙인찍혔다. 2017년 평창동계올림픽을 대비해 시범적으로 운영된 오리사육제한은 이제 법제화되면서 매년 정례화되고 있다. 외양간을 고치지 않고 소 자체를 없애 버려 소를 도둑맞을 상황조차 만들지 않는 지금의 AI 제도 과연 최선일까. 비록 소는 잃었지만 이제라도 외양간을 고쳐 다시는 소를 잃지 않을 상황을 만들어야 하지 않을까. 보다 근본적인 대책으로 제시되고 있는 외양간 고치기 프로젝트, '오리 축사시설 현대화'사업을 자세히 들여다보고 발전적 AI 대책을 고민해 본다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sport sponsorship on the advertising effectiveness by distinguishing products of high sponsorship products from low sponsorship products. For this study, 450 samples who directly spectated their game were selected using convenience sampling method, finally 426 data were used except data which didn't respond or trustlessly responded. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data was analyzed through PASW 19.0 version frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis paired sample t-test analysis was performed. All tests were performed using a .05 significance level. The results are as follows. First, This is the Result of T-test between brand effectiveness and gender. There is a non difference between male and female. Second, The results showed that there was statistically significant difference between the low perception perceived quality and low perceived sponsor familiarity according to current level of Education. Thirdly, This is the Result of T-test between low involvement perceptual quality, low sponsor friendly image and high involvement perceptual quality, high sponsor friendly image. There is a difference.

Design is already an integral part of our lives and is in many different forms. Creating a variety of designs has made it more important to establish the value of the design, and maintaining consistency through correct use and distribution of the developed design as important as development. The 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympics, which were held at the groval level, played an important role in creating and operating diverse contents to promote Korea to the world. He created emblems with the motif of " Hangul, " which can reflect Korean characteristics, and a mascot that reveals the identity of the competition. The generated contents were created as design guides for the convenience of users (sponsors, media, relevant agencies, etc.) and managed through the Design Distribution System (DDS). The researcher wants to determine the effectiveness and value of the design distribution and management system based on the results obtained by operating the DDS of POCOG.

OBJECTIVES : The objective of this study is to estimate the appropriate storage required for deicing materials in Gangwon-do for successful snow removal operations during the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games. The final estimates of the deicing chemicals can be used by public agencies to aid decision making. METHODS : First, the database that exists in the road snow-removal management system (RSMS) of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, South Korea was used to determine historical characteristics of snow removal experiences in Gangwon-do. The database includes historical information, including regional and road weather data and number of snow-removal works. Second, both the maximum and the actual amount of storages used for deicing materials in the past three years were analyzed. Lastly, the final estimates of the deicing materials were evaluated using an additional equation. It considers frequency of salt spray application, total administrative road length estimated by road agencies, and number of days required for snow removal works in Gangwon-do. Consequently, the results show that significant differences were not observed between the final estimates and the maximum amount used during the past three years. RESULTS : The final estimates of the deicing materials are almost similar to the maximum amount used during the past three years in Gangwon-do. CONCLUSIONS : The study shows that the estimates of deicing chemicals can be useful when decision making is required for the snow-removal policy.
