Development of Plastic Plate Under Ground (지하실 바닥용 플라스틱 배수판 개발)

  • 본 연구는 지하의 바닥층에 배수로를 확보하기 위한 배수판에 관한 것으로, 특히 배수판에 형성된 인터록킹 돌기가 다른 배수판에 형성된 인터록킹 소켓에 안착되면서 배수판 간의 연결부위가 상호 미로형의 인터록킹 구조를 이루어 배수판의 하측으로 시멘트 몰타르가 유입됨을 배제하여 원활한 배수로를 확보함은 물론 상기 인터록킹 소켓 및 인터록킹 돌기는 요철형의 견고한 구조로 이루어져 뒤틀림, 변형 등의 하자발생이 없어 공사의 품질을 높일 수 있도록 하는 지하바닥용 배수판에 관한 것이다. 개발한 배수판은 상부면에 격자형으로 콘크리트 타설홈이 형성된 다수의 지지포스트가 하측으로 돌출 형성된 배수판과; 상기 배수판의 둘레면 가운데 인접하는 양면에 일체로 형성되고 상부에 안착요홈이 형성된 인터록킹 소켓과; 상기 인터록킹 소켓과 대응하는 양면에 일체로 형성되고, 다른 배수판에 형성된 인터록킹 소켓에 안착되면서 미로형의 인터록킹 연결구조를 이루는 인터록킹 돌기의 유기적인 결합구성으로 이루어진다.

Development of Epidermal Idioblasts in the Reproductive Structures of Lycopersicon esculentum (토마토 (Lycopersicon esculentum) 표피조직의 이형세포 분화 발달)

  • Plants of Lycopersicon esculentum, containing various organic compounds, are known to develop idioblasts in their epidermis. Lycopersicon esculentum have long been investigated in many areas, but structural aspects of the epidermis of various organs have not been carried out in detail. Thus, the present study attempted to reveal the patterns of idioblast development, particularly those of the reproductive organs, in L. esculentum epidermis using scanning electron microscopy. The present study mainly focused on patterns of the stomata and trichome types. Two types of stomata were developed in the flowers and fruits: anomocytic stomata (stomata type I) were distributed normally throughout the epidermis, whereas actinocytic raised stomata (stomata type II) were found variously in different epidermal tissues. For the trichomes, both glandular and non-glandular types were developed in the epidermis. The former included peltate glandular trichomes having four head cells (trichome type I) and capitate multicellular glandular trichomes (trichome type II). The latter included non-glandular short trichomes (trichome type III) and considerably elongated trichomes with basal rosette cells (trichome type IV). In paticular, the raised stomata were well-developed in the peduncles and the peltate glandular trichomes were prominent in the sepal and ovary epidermis. Transmission electron microscopy on the ontogeny and ultrastructural differentiation of these idioblasts, associated with the current result, will aid us in better understanding of the structure and functional relationship in the epidermal differentriation of Lycopersicon esculentum.

An Evaluation of Design Factors with Sidewalk Cafes for Street Revitalization (가로 활성화를 위한 가로변 노천카페의 유형별 설계요소 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to categorize the types of sidewalk cafes, and to evaluate design factors with types of sidewalk cafes for street revitalization. Consequently, it may suggest efficient and systemic policies for the guidelines of sidewalk cafes. To ensure this end, the types of sidewalk cafes were categorized from the street relationship perspective by site investigation. A literature review and importance analysis were used to select the evaluation criteria, and the data were analyzed by statistic methods such as descriptive analysis and factor analysis. As a result, five main factors of the evaluation criteria were contracted: accessibility, aesthetics, identity, environmental, culturedness. Cumulative factor loading of these five factors was 68.731%, which was quite high. And the evaluation using the Likert scale was performed by 4 experts. Types of sidewalk cafes were categorized into 5 types: protruding, gating, blending stereoscopic, elevation angle, and sign provision from the street relationship perspective. On the evaluation by type, aesthetics and culturedness were the worst evaluated in the protruding type and the gating type, culturedness was the worst in the blending stereoscopic type, accessibility, aesthetics, culturedness were the worst in the elevation angle type, and accessibility, identity, culturedness were the worst in the sign provision type. On the evaluation by the indicators, culturedness was the worst evaluated, and on the evaluation by criteria, 'safety for impaired persons', 'interest of programs', 'openness of entrance' were the worst. It is recommended that a survey of importance-performance analysis focused on users be conducted.

  • In these days, open signboard system is controlled by administrative policy and law, but there is no consideration for different types of building. As such, this study aims to propose planning criteria for streetside commercial buildings, such as elevation and mass design of buildings, layout of signboard attached to the building elevation with consideration for streetscape. In mass planning for streetside commercial buildings, the building type with front open space keeps lower open signboard density than the building type directly leading to the street. It is desirable that open signboard of lower floor part is attached by a horizontal type, open signboard of low medium floor part by a projected vertical type, open signboard of high medium floor part and roof part with a minumum attachment of open signboard. As for elevation planning relative to open signboard, it is desirable that an irregular wall type is more useful than a regular wall type to control open signboard. And in all cases, horizontal element facade has a handicap to control the quantity of signboard. If the building has a corner, the piloti should be used in the corner of lower story for smooth circulation of pedestrians and emphasizing the transparency of elevation. Specially, in the case of a round corner, the corner should be emphasized by the composition of high transparent mass.

Experimental Study on the Near Wake Behind a Circular Cylinder with Helical Surface Protrusions (나선형의 표면돌출물이 부착된 원주의 근접후류에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • Surface protrusions have been attached on a cylinder surface to reduce the flow-induced structural vibration by controlling the wake flow. Wind tunnel tests on the near wake of a circular cylinder with surface protrusions were carried out to investigate the flow characteristics of the controlled wake. Three experimental models were used in this experiment; one plain cylinder of diameter D and two cylinders wrapped helically by three small wires of diameter d=0.075D with pitches of 5D and 10D, respectively. Free stream velocity was ranged to have Reynolds number from 5000 to 50,000. Streamwise and vertical velocity components of the wake were measured by a hot-wire anemometry. The spanwise velocity component measured by a one-component fiber optic LDV revealed that time-averaged wake field has a nearly two-dimensional structure. It was found that the surface protrusions elongate the vortex formation region, which decrease the vortex shedding frequency. The suppression of vortices caused by the surface protrusions increases the velocity deficit in the center of wake region.

  • Recently, optical pickup actuators have been designed to have structures that extruded lens to decrease their height, because they are used in very thin drive for notebook computers. However, because of discordant and undesirable of forces that are supposed to happen in this design feature, subsidiary resonance such as rolling and pitching mode exert bad influence on actuator. In this paper, we presented force constituents to clarify the cause of subsidiary resonance and proposed new finite element analysis method to calculate force precisely, and performed frequency response analysis to evaluate characteristics of actuators. As a result, we could find out design parameters to diminish the influence of subsidiary resonance. Sample actuators designed with appropriate parameters were fabricated and put to practical tests. Comparing analysis with experimental results, we verified the accuracy of the analysis and the effectiveness of the method presented.

  • 본 연구는 가상현실에서 햅틱 장치(Haptic Device)를 이용한 제품의 사용성 평가의 타당성을 평가하기 위한 것으로, 가상환경에서 구축된 냉장고의 도어를 대상으로 12명의 피실험자가 사용성을 평가한 실험결과를 제시하고자 한다. 피실험자들은 세 가지의 다른 손잡이 유형과 두 가지의 도어의 여닫는 힘 조건에 따른 5가지의 다른 도어를 사용하고 각각에 대한 주관적인 평가를 하였다. 주관적 평가에서 피실험자들은 수직돌출형과 수직함몰형의 손잡이를 수평함몰형 보다 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 도어 여닫이 힘이 약한 경우를 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 피실험자들은 가상환경에서의 제품의 사용이 실제 구매에 약간의 영향을 줄 것으로 평가했으나 실제 제품과의 차이가 많아 이에 대한 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 햅틱 장치를 이용한 가상현실이 제품설계 및 개발 과정에서 프로토타입 개발 도구로 이용될 가능성을 보인 것이라 할 수 있다.

  • 우리나라의 산지하천은 경사가 급하고 유로연장이 짧아 집중호우 시에는 토사의 유출속도가 매우 빠르다. 따라서 산지하천에 주로 사방댐을 시공하여 유출토사를 억지하는데 중점을 두어왔으나, 계류생태계의 연속성을 차단한다는 문제점이 제기되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 산지하천에 분포하는 하상기반암의 돌출이 토사의 이동 및 체류에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이를 응용하여 현지에 시공된 마찰형 댐 구간의 하상변동 모니터링 결과에 기초하여 계류생태계의 연속성을 유지하고 토사유출을 조절할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다.

  • A morphological and positional classification was undertaken in the transcranial and transorbital views of 174 traceable films which had been selected from those of 274 patients and previous tracing was performed. For the positional analysis, the author adopted the method which is not influenced by TMJ remodelling, and for the morphological classification, made progress the general method by adding indefinite type to four basic types. The aims of this sutudy consists in performing positional and morphological analysis of condylar head and in its morphological and positional variation in symptomatic patients.   • The presence of an unbalanced mass is originated the common source of vibration in machines with rotating rotor. In this study, the unbalanced rigid rotor mounted on an overhang shaft is balanced using the static balancing procedure, and the compensation mass is estimated by the phase angle method and four run method. Also, the reduction of vibration level before and after balancing is examined. In the experimental results, it is shown that the vibration due to the unbalanced mass is decreased by eliminating the effect of the unbalance. Above all, the four run method is proved more effective on the ability of vibration reduction, in small unbalanced mass, the phase angle method.
