Reading is a typical representative knowledge and information activities. It is a put of the presents man and by itself Read-learning is the cognitive and social activities of the creating platonic world. However, in the education training of students become a visible problems of read-learning too many. To solve the problems have to pull off a systematical plan in read activities. This aims to purpose the model of the union reading contents management as the method for the read activity based on the problems analysis of read-learning activity. It is reading contents management as the model knowledge cresting processes.

일본 정부는 지난 2002년 8월 2일 각료회의에서 ‘어린이 독서활동 추진에 관한 기본 계획’을 결정하였다. 이 기본 계획은 어린이가 자주적으로 독서활동을 할 수 있도록 그 환경을 정비한다는 관점에서, 2001년 12월에 의원입법되어 공포.시행된 ‘어린이 독서활동 추진에 관한 법률’의 규정에 따라, 정부가 수립하지 않으면 안 되게 된 것이다. 이 계획을 2002년부터 2006년까지 5년에 걸친 시책의 기본 방향과 구체적인 방안을 제시한 것으로, 그 개요는 다음과 같다. 1. 가정, 지역사회, 학교를 통하여 어린이가 독서와 친해질 수 있는 기회 제공 가정교육에 관한 학습기회를 통하여 부모에게 독서의 중요성을 이해시킨다. 도서관에서의 어린이 독서활동을 추진하여 민간단체 활동을 지원한다. 학교에서의 학습활동을 통하여 독서습관을 확립하고 독서활동을 추진한다. 2. 도서자료 정비 등 제반 조건의 정비 및 충실화 도서관과 공민관 도서실 등 지역사회의 독서환경을 정비한다. 도서관 자료를 정비하고 정보화를 추진하며 사서 연수를 충실화한다. 학교도서관의 도서정비 5개년 계획, 정보화 추진, 사서교사 발령을 촉진한다. 3. 학교, 도서관및 관계기관, 민간단체의 연계.협력체제 추진 4. 사회 분위기 조성을 위한 보급.계발 어린이 독서의 날(4월 23일)을 중심으로 전국적으로 홍보한다. 홈페이지 개설로 관련정보를 광범위하게 제공한다. 일본 문부과학성은 이 기본계획에 기초하여 관계부처 등과 긴밀히 협조하여 어린이 독서활동 추진에 관한 시책을 더욱 충실히 하기로 하였다. -편집자주

독서 교육은 종래의 종이책 위주의 독서에서 종이책과 인터넷의 멀티미디어를 병행한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 재량활동 시간에 독서관련 활동을 선택하는 학급이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 또한, 각 분야에서 이와 관련된 웹을 활용한 독서지도프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있다. 위인전이나 동화, 영어이야기 등의 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러가지 활동들이 제공되고 있지만 초등학생을 위한 동시를 즐길 수 있는 내용들은 많이 부족한 실정이다. 종래의 동시지도는 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 사고하고 연상함으로써 동시를 학습(국어과 교육과정을 분석하여 재량활동에 사용)할 수 있도록 웹을 기반으로 하는 동시학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Currently, Reading instruction has a problem that it's separating subject matter and emphasizing only an activities after reading. This study designed a web-based reading instruction system in which teachers, students and teacher librarians can actively participate to help students to develop the integrated reading ability. Existing reading system have been analyzed to find requirement of web-based reading instruction system. Supposed reading instruction system composed of 6 menus, reading guidance ,reading level diagnosis, book selection, reading strategy, reading presentation, reading discussion.

The purpose of this study is to structure the system of reading strategy contents and seek a subject linkage method through using it. In order to establish the contents of reading strategy, the 2015 Korean High School Revised National Curriculum's contents system and advanced research were looked at. From that curricula, text areas(the types and fields, meaning structure) and cognitive strategy(reading methods and skills) are deduced and categorized. In addition to reading techniques reorganized by referring to worksheets of advanced researches, the system of reading strategy contents was made. As the result of applying it to the learning activities of "he Integrated Society" and "he Integrated Science" a subject linkage to learn the learning contents proposed providing a variety of reading materials related to the subject and running extended reading programs.

일선현장에서 사용되는 웹기반독서교육시스템은 웹의 다양한 장점을 토대로 학습자들의 흥미와 상호작용을 이끌기 위해 주력하였다. 그러나 실제로 학교 현장에서 독서활동이 주로 종이책을 중심으로 온라인 상에서 이루어졌기 때문에 웹기반독서교육시스템은 아동들의 독서활동과 직접적으로 관련시키기가 어려워 주로 독후활동 중심으로 활용되어왔다. 또한 온라인 독서를 할 수 있는 전자도서는 그 자체가 특정 포맷을 토대로 별도의 다운로드를 통해 책을 읽도록 되어 있어 독서 활동으로만 끝나는 경우가 많아 독후활동이 제대로 되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 독서 교육 시스템을 전자도서와 연계하여 아동이 컴퓨터로 책을 읽음과 동시에 독후활동도 병행할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

지식 정보화 시대의 도래에 따라 독서 교육은 인터넷과 멀티미디어를 활용한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 그에 대한 연구도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 웹을 활용한 독서지도 프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있지만 장르 별로 세분화되어 있지 못하다. 동화나 위인전 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러 가지 활동들이 제공되고 있다. 그러나 동시분야는 웹 상에서 감상 활동에 알맞은 활동들이 제시되지 못하고 있고, 동시 감상 학습은 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 상상, 연상 등으로 동시를 감상할 수 있도록 웹 기반 동시 감상 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 전 학년 동시를 데이터베이스화하였다. 둘째, 동시 감상과 학습활동을 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동으로 제시하고, 활동이 끝나면 동시 낭독을 녹음할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동 등 동시감상 결과가 수행평가 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 아동들이 동시 짓기 활동에서 쉽게 시상이 떠오르게 다양한 자료를 제시하였다.

학교 도서실은 단지 자료를 축적해 놓은 자료실로서의 역할만을 목적으로 이용하는 곳이 아니라, 학습활동, 독서활동 자료 및 정보제공, 그리고 레크리에이션의 장으로서의 기능을 가지고 있다. 즉 학교의 도서실은 일반 공공도서실과는 다른 학교의 교육목표 달성을 위한 가장 기본적인 교육공간으로 자아학습의 장이다. 지식정보화시대를 맞이하여 자기주도적인 학생중심의 학습을 위한 독서활동과 다양한 자료의 활용이 없이는 불가능하며 학교 도서실을 이용하지 않고서는 그 효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 단지 장서수와 컴퓨터 등의 물리적인 수치가 더 이상 지표가 되어서는 안 되고 학생들의 정서함양 및 인격소양에 도움이 되는 독서공간을 통한 청소년기의 마음의 안정을 제공해 줄 수 있는 진정한 자아학습의 장으로 거듭나야 할 것이다. 본 고에서는 문화관광부의 문화로 아름답고 행복한 학교만들기 사업 가운데 선정된 도서공간의 재구축 사례에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop teaching-learning method for reading guidance librarians in Korean Library and Information Science. Even though it was an increase of needs for reading guidance librarians in libraries, reading education courses provided by LIS in Korea lacked. Also, most reading education courses of LIS stressed knowledge-oriented education than the practice of reading program design or reading experience. So this study developed the teaching-learning method of the self-directed learning for the activities of post-reading portfolio, management of reading program for motivation, and the team-projected learning for the design of reading program.

The primary purpose of this study is to analyze the learning activities of "the Reading a Book per Semester" with the goal of finding ways to collaborate with the school library. "the Reading a Book per Semester" is a program that requires students to read during the timetable-designated "Korean" class instead of encouraging students to read outside of class, as has been the case thus far. The program was designed by 3 parts: reading, sharing, and formulating. However, an analysis of 11 Korean textbooks and 22 approaches to the program showed that the model has shifted to . Under this new model, schools could expand each step in the following ways: utilize the school libraries more as the book search space during the selection process; include writing a reading diary in the reading process; and further encourage students to read outside of the classrooms in the formulating step. If these amendments were to be applied, they would strengthen the educational purpose of the school libraries within schools.
