This study was to examine the educational satisfaction of students majoring in music education and provided suggestions to the college of education, Korea. First of all, 152 students majoring in music education in university, Korea, were surveyed. Second, the SPSS 22 for Windows program was used to conduct technical statistical analysis: independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, and cross-analysis. The result was that there were significant differences in the educational satisfaction, depending on the gender, school year, career-hopping professions, and individual efforts of students. College of Education has a huge impact on society as an institution that trains pre-service teachers who will teach future students. Therefore, based on the results of the study, I hope that the college of education will serve as fundamental institutes for the training of pre-service teachers.

This study was conducted to investigate the radiation protection, awareness, and attitude of radiological technologists in the mammography room due to the low energy use of breast imaging. Data collection was performed by 222 independent radiological technologists in the breast and breast clinic of six hospitals except Jeju Island. The independent sample t-test and oneway variance analysis were performed. As a result, it was found that the lower the number of men(p<0.05), the age of 30s(p<0.05), the marriage(p<0.05), the work experience of more than 10 years(p<0.05), the working hours of 8 hours(p<0.01), the less the impact of radiation(p<0.01), the more important it was to radiation defense. appear. This is thought to be influenced by the work specificity and work environment of the mammography room, and it will be used as a basic data to raise awareness and act on the exposure through analysis with other factors.

This study was conducted to identify factors that affect the life satisfaction of college students. The subjects of this study were 191 students from three universities located in one area, and the data collection used self-reported questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study showed that significant factors affecting the life satisfaction of the subjects were self-esteem and school life satisfaction, and the explanatory power according to the influence factors was 42.3%. The research results suggest that improving college students' self-esteem and school life satisfaction can help them improve their life satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to consider self-esteem and school life satisfaction when developing educational programs to improve the life satisfaction of college students in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of muscle imbalance on motion of back squat. The isokinetic muscle strength of the 8 subjects was recorded for the knee flexion/extension by the cybex 770 dynamometer. Each subject performed 3 back squats with the long barbell with an intensity of 25% body weight(BW), 50%BW, 100%BW, 125%BW. During the back squat through the recorded kinematic data the subjects' maximum flexion and extension knee angle, center of mass displacement and V-COP were calculated for evaluation of the stability of the movement. For the statistical analysis independent t-test was used. Knee flexion angle and COM displacement are dominated by the reciprocal muscle ratio. V-COP factor was dominated by bilateral extension deficit. Based on the results we can know that as the intensity of the squat increased to a level control was difficult because the muscles' imbalance influenced the movement.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze special teachers' perception on virtual reality based intervention program.(VRIP) for students with disabilities. The survey participants consisted of 364 special teachers who were working in special class or special school. Questionnaires with unfaithful responses were excluded, and a total of 324 questionnaires were analyzed. Data analysis was carried out through independent t-test and ANOVA. According to the results of study, Male special teachers' acceptance intention towards VRIP were higher than female special teachers. Special teachers with educational career within 10 years had more positive awareness than special teachers with educational career above 15 years. Special teachers in middle and high school teachers were higher than special teachers in kindergarten. In the aspects on another factors, special teachers with educational career within 10 years more positive awareness than special teachers with educational career above 15 years. Special teachers in middle and high school teachers were higher than special teachers in kindergarten.

The purpose of this study is to explore how the Expert Power of archivists has influence on the job engagement and job satisfaction of record management personnel. The data were collected by survey with 103 record management personnel of office of education in Gwangju from September 2017 to October 2017. To analyze the research data, this study adopted several statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, independent sample T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Results revealed that professionalism and influence tactics among professionalism, influence tactics, influence requirement be to the archivists Expert Power factors affect the job engagement and job satisfaction of record management personnel. Based on the results of the research, this study suggested the extension of educational training about record management and communication with record mangement personnel.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of records management cyber education that is opened and operated by the National Archives of Korea, as well as to improve the quality of cyber education program. Cyber education consisted of an introductory course, an intensive course, and a liberal arts course. As the major factors for learning satisfaction, "validity of content structure, interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, active learning attitude, ease of use environment, and level of organizational support" were set. An online survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction according to the curriculum of each course. The survey was conducted to 107 institutions with specialized records management personnel, and additional in-depth interviews were also conducted. The survey analysis consisted of factor analysis, independent sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the factors influencing learning satisfaction were found in the order of interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, and validity of content structure.

This study was execute to find out the influence of strengths knowledge and nursing professionalism on career identity in nursing students. Data were collected from nursing students attending in the nursing departments in G and M cities from July to September 2021. Among the collected data, 198 data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and controlled regression analysis. As a result of data analysis, strengths knowledge(β=.473, p<.001) and nursing professionalism(β=.167, p<.01) reported to have effect on career identity. The study model accounted for 48.2% of career identity. These findings suggest that program to improve strengths knowledge and nursing professionalism should be developed and operated to promote career identity of nursing students in the nursing education field.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of Air Force human resources (Civilian defense manpower, Officer, Noncommissioned officer, Solder) for the radiation perception. The subjects were 259 men and women who visited at the Aerospace Medical Center. As for the method, a survey study was conducted using a questionnaire with a total of 14 questions about radiation perception (risk, benefit, management). For statistical analysis, an independent sample T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to compare the average of confirm a significant difference among groups. The correlations between variables were tested with Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients. As a result, in the air force human resources, perception of radiation risk of females had a significantly higher awareness than male. Radiation benefits had a significantly higher awareness among married people, military officers, officers, and non-commissioned officers. Radiation control was significantly higher in men, married men, and those with more than 16 years of military experience.

This study aimed to examine factors associated with health-related quality of life among female cancer survivors based on COVID-19 infection experience. A sample of 137 female cancer survivors was recruited from November 2022 to January 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression ways using SPSS 25.0 program. As a result, age (𝛽=.20, p<.05), depressive mood (𝛽=-.29, p<.01) and anxiety (𝛽=-.39, p<.001), and social support (𝛽=.35, p<.001) were associated with health-related quality of life in the group having experience with COVID-19 infection (F=26.932, p<.001). On the contrary, the non-experienced COVID-19 infection group showed age (𝛽=.22, p<.001), anxiety (𝛽=-.54, p<.001), and prevention behaviors for COVID-19 infection (𝛽=.25, p<.001) were significant factors(F=64.937, p<.001). Tailed intervention is needed to improve health-related quality of life in female cancer survivors as a high-risk group for COVID-19, considering associated factors.
