This study aimed to analyze the effects of nursing students' learning motivation, learning attitude and academic self-efficacy on their application of reflective journal with teaching feedback. For this retrospective comparative study data from 190 undergraduate students in the health assessment skills course from 2018 to 2019. The collected data were analyzed by chi-square test, independent t-test, Ancova. After writing reflection journal with teaching feedback showed significant difference in learning motivation(t=2.10, p=.037) and learning attitude (t= 4.54, p=.034) compared to writing reflection journal without teaching feedback. However, no significant difference was found between reflection journal with teaching feedback and reflection journal without teaching feedback. These results suggest writing reflection with teaching feedback is an effective strategy for improving learning motivation and learning attitude.

In this paper, we explored the possibility that JiSuYongYukDo and JiSuGuiMunDo which were posed by Suk-Jung Choi can be used for storytelling. Firstly, from the solutions of JiSuYongYukDo and JiSuGuiMunDo which were offered by Suk-Jung Choi, students can inquire out finding four characteristics such as: He chose expected values as magic numbers, used pairs of two complementary numbers, there are independent four pairs of numbers which do not affect other pairs, and the array which exchange every two complementary numbers in certain solution is also solution. Secondly, in case of JiSuYongYukDo students can inquire out finding six numbers that satisfy certain condition instead of finding solutions, and in case of JiSuGuiMunDo students can inquire out finding eleven numbers that satisfy certain conditions instead of finding solutions. And through this strategy, they know that Suk-Jung Choi style solutions can be obtained variously in one's own way without undergoing many trials and errors.

Objectives: We evaluated the level of psychosocial stresses and fatigue symptoms among clerical public officers and its related factors.Methods: The self-administered questionaires were performed, during the period between Dec. 5th, 2005 Metropolitan City. The survey items included subjects' socio-demographic and job-related characteristics, health-related behavior, degree of job demand, job autonomy, social support in work, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, sense of self-esteem, psychosocial distress and degree of fatigue.

The depression and anxiety are the most popular mental disorders and not easy to distinguish because of their lots of similarities in the diagnostic criteria, related theories, and clinical symptoms. In this article, we developed the affect scale for distinguishable diagnosis, utilized the relationships between the Positive and Negative affect, and the depression and anxiety. We made up the seed scale of the items which selected by partial correlation, and set the scoring up by multiple regression method. The Multi-dimentional affect scale is reliable and working similarly as the scales used before, but less correlated to each other. We conclude that the affect scale achieved the diagnosis for distinguish between depression and anxiety. Our suggestions for the further study are to redeem the cultural differences, modify by the elaborate methods, and validate by the actual clinical data.

Despite of a huge amount of GIS data were distributed in the private sectors, they were gradually decayed due to lack of the legal preparation or civilian data distribution channels. In order to solve these problems this study was mainly focused on the civilian GIS data distribution and demonstrated a proposed direction through the requested questionnaire and analysis of the civilian enterprises and public sectors for the favorable civilian GIS distribution flow. The implementation of the civilian GIS data distribution center(provisional name) was proposed fir the civilian GIS distribution flow because of the fact that civilian sectors were seriously requested to build and to operate the civilian GIS distribution organization through the result of the requested questionnaire. The requested questionnaire items were selected as the civilian enterprises distribution, data implementation and management, low and regulations, NGIS distribution network business, and civilian GIS distribution renter build to activate and to participate civilian GIS distribution. Therefore, three implementation models and three implementation operation were proposed to guide a roll of the civilian GIS data distribution center and the distribution boundaries.

This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence, severity or impact of symptoms in hemodialysis patients and its relationship with self efficacy and family support to identify factors influencing their symptoms. A cross-sectional design was used and the subjects were 243 patients undergoing hemodialysis at local units. The patients were Dialysis Symptom Index (DSI), a questionnaire about the presence and severity of symptoms. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson coefficient correlation and multiple regression. There were significant differences in the total score of symptoms according to age and duration of hemodialysis. Symptoms score had significant negative correlations with family support (r=-.35, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=-.16, p=.006). Family support explained 16.0% of the variance in symptoms score. Hemodialysis patients experience many distressing symptoms, which have negative effects on quality of their life. Promoting family support can help to reduce and control distressing symptoms in hemodialysis patients.

This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.

We obtained medical test data of 150 male from National Health Insurance Corporation, that included physique, blood chemistry, and lifestyle. ${\chi}^2-test$ and logistic regression, and multiple regression were done to verify how CAD risks and/or lifestyle are different between obese and non-obese person. SPSS(version 18) was used for statistical procedures and p-value of .05 was regarded as good through. ${\chi}^2-test$ showed the frequency of hypertension, htperglycemia, hyperlipidemia were higher in obese person than in non-obese This result told us that lifestyle modification could be a key to prevent cardiovascular disease by controlling and managing body composition, especially abdominal obesity.

This paper strives to examine the acquisition process in public libraries. It specifically attempts to survey the budget allocation, duties and organizational structures of acquisition departments in public libraries, and the overall process of book selection and acquisition. Data was drawn from a survey of 545 public libraries in the country. Specific statistics were gathered through literature and interviews to be analyzed, even though they were not very detailed in nature. In looking at the actual acquisition process, a thorough comparison on the backgrounds, outlines and characteristics of current projects and an analysis on the specifics of each project was also conducted.

Pulmonary sequestration and congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation are two infrequent congenital pulmonary diseases and the combination of these two entities is rare. We had experienced a 3 week old male patient with a pulmonary mass, who had been sufyerring from tachypnea and chest wall retraction after birth. The pulmonary mass was suspected as a congenital cystic adenomat id malformation by chest CT. And therefore, we performed urgent operation via standard thoracotomy incision. Upon a thoracotomy, there was an extrapleural mass with anomalous blood supply near the posterior diaphragm and multiple cystic lesions in right lower lobe. The two anomalous arteries arising from the thoracic aorta and one vein draining into the azygos vein were ligated. and then the extrapleural mass was removed and a right lower lobectomy was performed. Final histologic diagnosis was congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation associated with extralobar pulmonary sequestration. The patient was discharged without any problem.
