This paper examines the values of various library functions according to users' points of view. To execute this study, the several 'circumstance', related variables and 'condition' variables that lead to factors or functions of academic libraries were measured. Analysis was carried out in three stages. In the first, factor analysis was used on the three multi variable dimensions to ensure that the groups of variables loaded significantly and uniquely on the respective dimensions. The second phase of analysis involved the use of binary logistic regression analysis to complete research models. In the third phase, t-test was used to identify significant differences in the independent variables for additional explanation of the models. Books, competition & effectiveness and fee verses free (fee-free hereafter) are the three main factors that distinguish not only the purpose of using an academic library but also the degree of influence on knowledge, information and library facilities for the users. In addition, the fee-free factor related to digital library facilities was also uncovered.

The Green Wall system, developed in Austria early 1960, is one of segmental concrete crib type earth retaining wall. Green wall is constructed as procedures that lay the front stretchers, rear stretchers and headers then making a rigid body through harden filled soil of interior cell. Green wall has pro-environmental advantages that able to grow grass in front space of stretchers and decrease cutting ground. In Europe, Green wall used without other reinforcement method. However, green wall used with other reinforcement method like a soil nailing because of environmental problem. This study was performed to introduce the design case by 'Two-Body Translation mechanism' to be able to consider distribution of earth pressure in the soil nailing when designing the green wall using soil nailing system. Also, this study attempts to evaluate the earth pressure change when advanced soil nailing system is constructed using $FLAC^{2D}$ ver. 3.30 program and 'Two-Body Translation mechanism'.

This paper detailed the content and methods of the instructional activities of teacher-librarians in Korea. Using Kuhlthau's levels of education model as a theoretical framework, the study analyzed its data on the direct instructional activities the Korean teacher-librarians reported. The participants included four researchers in school libraries as well as the high school teacher-librarians in Seoul. Written survey were conducted for researchers and teacher-librarians respectively. The results show that there exists a gap between the theoretical emphasis on instructional activities of teacher-librarians and the practice of teacher -librarians in schools, and that the level of instructional activities has not yet advanced fully to the high levels of instructional activities. Future efforts should be made on developing legal as well as educational systems to support advancing the instructional levels of teacher-librarians. Integrating information literacy curricula into the national-level curriculum for public education could be a good example.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information for the early enforcement and extension of the improvement project of management scale of private forest land by understanding the characteristics of forest owners, who have an influence on the participation of the project as one of the private forest management vitalization plans. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire survey targeting 373 forest owners was conducted and analyzed by Binary-Logistic Regression. The variables for binary-logistic regression included gender, age, academic ability, occupation, income, residence, purpose of forest ownership, and status of cooperative membership. As a result of the analysis, 267 forest owners (71.6%) of total 373 forest owners have the intention to participate in the scaling project for private forest management. The rest of forest owners (106 forest owners, 28.4%) would not be willing to participate in the project. As a result of binary-logistic regression, the most important variables, which have an impact on the participation of private forest management scale improvement project, are age, job and forest own purpose.

Korean entrepreneurship education is strongly driven by government policies. Government ask to university to enhance entrepreneurship training in university. Our study focus on the effects of entrepreneurship training such as entrepreneurship education and students' business incubation club activity. What is important for the entrepreneurship education and club, this paper suggests an comparative importance of entrepreneurship education to incubation club activity. As the result, Entrepreneurship education raises intentions to be entrepreneur generally. Incubation club activity has similar effects too but it is not clear based on regression results. Between training(education and club) experience and non-experience group, there are different to plan entrepreneurial intention and to receive entrepreneurial circumstances.

The aim of this study is to provide the stress-strain behavior of hardening geological materials such as rock or concrete on three dimensional spaces by using Desai model based on plastic theory. To validate proposed model, truly triaxial tests with high pressure under variety of stress paths in which three principal stresses were controlled independently using concrete materials were performed. The main results are summerized as follows: 1. Various stress paths for hardening materials used are satisfactorily explained by performing the truly triaxial test with high pressure. This is very important to investigate constitutive equations for materials like rock or concrete. 2. Since the proposed yield function is continuous, it avoids the singularity point at the intersection of two function in the previous models, thus, reducing the difficulties for computer implementation. 3. Analytic predictions for yielding behavior on $J_1-{\sqrt{J_{2D}}}$ octahedral and triaxial plane, as well as volumetric strain and stress-strain behavior agree well with experimental results.

The purpose of this study was to analysis of influence between of private health insurance and length of stay with cervical and lumbar simple sprain patients at Ubiquitous medical environment. They were diagnosed as having sprain of cervical and lumbar spine without neurological symptoms in hospitals and clinics from July 1, 2010 to February 29, 2012. This study was t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results were when the number of private health insurance was input as an independent variable, the subjects had one or two accidental insurances(${\beta}$=2.731, P=0.013), length of stay in beds was longer than they had no accidental insurance and when they had more than three ones(${\beta}$=4.991, P=0.000), length of stay was significantly longer. This study has a meaning in that it is domestic practical study which identified relationships between entry of private health insurance and length of stay.

This study examined the relationships among smartphone addiction, parenting attitudes and resilience to identify the relevant factors affecting smartphone addiction. Data were collected from a total of 220 middle school students responding to questionnaires in G city and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson coefficient correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed that the parenting attitude and resilience were negatively correlated with smartphone addiction. The significant factors affecting smartphone addiction were gender, the time of smartphone usage, parenting attitudes, and resilience. These variables explained 21.9% of smartphone addiction and the highest factor was the parenting attitudes, followed by gender, time of smartphone usage, and resilience. This study indicated that it is important to develop a program to ensure adolescents positively perceive parenting attitudes and increase their resilience to decrease the incidence of smartphone addiction.

Recently, there has been considerable talk about urban regeneration support centers that are currently promoting urban regeneration projects. The reason is that the role and authority are unclear, and the experience of each local government center is not accumulated, resulting in many trial and error and side effects. This study analyzed the current state of operations of urban regeneration support centers in Chungcheongbuk-do to find desirable ways to operate them in the future. The main findings are as follows. First, the role and division between metropolitan and basic centers and field centers of urban regeneration support centers in Chungcheongbuk-do are unclear. Second, the limitations of the center's operation methods, operational autonomy, and independence are not secured. Third, as a participant in urban regeneration, it has relatively low authority and status compared to administration. Fourth, the lack of professional manpower related to urban regeneration and the instability of staff employment were derived as overall problems.

This study analyzed the accomplishment of the outsourcing production policy which forces broadcasting companies to schedule and broadcast more than a certain proportion of outsourcing production programs. According to the results from the examination of whether or not the policy increased the diversity of broadcasting programs, it is positive that a rise in the number of production companies resulting from the implementation of the outsourcing production policy increased the diversity of broadcasting program makers, but programs supplied were limited to certain genres, failing to be diverse. According to the results from the examination of whether or not the competitiveness of broadcasting and video contents increased, production conditions had not improved due to the controversy over the ownership of the right of production between terrestrial broadcasting companies and outsourcing production companies. In addition, though there was the positive effect of increasing export of broadcasting programs, the exports were limited to certain genres.
