국제무역지수의 증가로 인한 해상운송 및 항만개발수요의 증가는 국제해사기구(IMO)를 중심으로 선박기인 대기오염, 특히 온실가스 배출규제의 강화를 초래하였다. 이러한 국제환경규제에 대응하고 선박 및 항만기인 환경오염 저감을 통한 자국민의 후생증진을 위하여 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 Green Port 정책의 시행이 점점 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 2010년 녹색성장기본법을 재정하고 국가 Green Port 구축 종합계획을 수립하여 각 항만별 그린포트 구축계획의 수립 및 이행을 촉구하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 동북아시아 오일허브 항만을 지향하는 울산항의 지속가능한 친환경 항만운영을 위한 울산항의 Green Port 정책방안의 수립에 있다. 이를 위해 울산항의 친환경 항만정책의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고, 해외 해양선진국의 그린포트구축 사례분석과 전문가 자문 및 설문조사를 통하여 울산항 그린포트 구축방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 방안에 대하여 전문가 AHP 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 울산항에 도입해야 할 그린포트 구축방안에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 울산항의 특성에 맞는 지속적인 그린포트 정책의 시행을 위한 여려 정책대안을 제시하였다.

항만간 허브항 경쟁이 극심해 지고 있는 오늘날, 컨테이너 선사는 M&A 및 전략적 제휴로 컨테이너터미널 운영사와의 가격 협상력의 우월적 지위를 갖게 되어 컨테이너터미널 운영사간 선사 및 화물유치를 경쟁을 더욱 부추기고 있다. 그러나 수요측면에서 컨테이너물동량 증가율 둔화로 컨테이너터미널에서 처리해야 할 물동량은 한정되어 있는 반면, 공급 측면에서 항만터미널의 지속적인 건설은 항만간 또는 터미널간 물량 유치경쟁을 과열시키고 있다. 특히 부산항은 신항 개장이후 북항과 신항간 물동량 유치경쟁으로 인하여 항만하역시장의 교란을 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산항 컨테이너 항만하역시장의 구조적 특성분석과 설문조사 방법론을 통하여 향후 부산항 항만하역시장의 안정화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 시장구조 분석결과 부산항은 한정된 처리물량과 신항의 개장으로 인한 공급과잉, 그리고 정부의 지역항만개발정책에 따른 컨테이너화물의 분산처리로 지속적인 부산항의 비중 감소로 선석당 처리물량이 감소하고 있다. 이에 따라 선사의 우월적 지위를 이용한 하역료 인하요구로 터미널운영사간에 서비스경쟁이 아닌 비협력적인 가격경쟁으로 재정수지가 악화되고 있고, 또한 '10년 외국적선사의 처리물량이 60%를 차지하고 있어 국부유출이 심각한 실정이다. 따라서 하역시장 안정화 방안으로 항만시설 수요 및 공급의 불균형을 조정하기 위하여 항만풀링공동기금관리를 통한 재정수지를 확보할 수 있는 항만풀링제도를 제안하며, 이 제도의 운영을 위하여 한시적으로 컨테이너터미널 운영사별 처리물량 상한제를 도입하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다.

This study gives prospects and tasks for the development of Korean herb industries and suggests as follows; There are some preconditions to be considered for the applications of functional traits of herbs and the effect of the profits when herb garden are promoted in Korea later. To activate Korean herb industries, the development of Korean unique herbs and aromatherapies should be settled down with training of specialists to reconcile the health, the beauty and interiors using herbs with human everyday lift in Korea and the effects of economic benefits should be reconsidered with the activation of processing industries by developing the competitive goods from natural plants outside. To continue the development of Korean herb industries, some businesses should be executed step by step like the expansion of recognition far herbs, the promotion of the bases for the herb industry development and the increase of earnings with using herbs while the industrial-educational cooperation system are built and the settlement of the herb industries should be promoted with systematic devices for those systems preceded.

The production of larger of ships is a survival strategy for global shipping companies to pursue the economics of scale. According to this strategy, to respond to this situation, many containers are loading/unloading simultaneously in the hub port. Additionally, the container terminals are promoting the introduction of automation to expand the terminal facilities and increase efficiency/productivity of the container yards. European ports have introduced automation to address rising labor costs and shortages of labor. Recently, the construction of fully automated container terminals is increasing in the United States and China to resolve problems such as the slow growth of the global economy, the emergence of large ships, air pollution, and safety accidents. Domestic ports are at an early stage compared to the world's advanced container terminals, and countermeasures are being prepared to respond to the changing ports. However, research on the recognition difference analysis that examines the opinions of stakeholders is insufficient. As a result of analyzing the recognition among the groups, it was found that container terminal operators reduced labor costs, improved shipping services for shipping companies, prevented safety accidents for port union labor, and increased service for port authority and government agencies. Thus, to closely examine the perception among the groups, one-way ANOVA was performed, and then the implications were deduced as the basic data for the smooth introduction of automation.

After being kept in bonded areas and bonded logistics warehouses, the level of information sharing and progress confirmation on the process until the cargo is released is insufficient, resulting in disputes and legal disputes related to unauthorized and illegal delivery of cargo. This study attempted to present the introduction of standard electronic documents as a way to solve problems such as delivery practices raised in the delivery of existing imported cargo and legal disputes related to unauthorized illegal delivery among import-related entities. The service provider who manages the bonded warehouse/logistics center in the hinterland of Busan New Port and the shipper service user who use the service were classified into two groups, and a survey was conducted to analyze the difference in perception between the two groups. As a result of the analysis, both groups judged that the introduction of standard electronic documents was necessary, and showed high expected effects in preventing and reducing erroneous shipments and preventing and improving unauthorized and illegal shipments. Discussions between related organizations, related parties, and subjects are needed first to introduce standard electronic documents of the entry and warehouse management system, and the actual participation of related entities such as service providers and service users will play a very important role in establishing the system.

Late-Koryeo people networks were constructed from four different history books that were written by various historic aspects in the period from king Kongmin to the final king of the Koryeo, Kongyang. All networks constructed in this study show scale free network properties as if most social networks do. Tajo-sillok preface is one of subjectively written history book that described personal history of the Lee Seong-gye and his ancestors. It is confirmed that the book is one of the most biased-written history books through network study. Jeong Do-jeon known as a Chosun dynasty projector is not greatly contributed for founding of a Chosun dynasty in network study and various historical documents as well. In this network study, we provide objective historical information in the historical situations of the late-Koryeo and during establishment procedure of Chosun dynasty. Hub nodes in network is denoted highly linked nodes, called degree. Stress centrality is a unit to measure positional importancy in the network. If we employ two factors, degree and stress centrality to determine hub node, it represents high connectivity and importancy as well. As comparing values of the degree and stress centrality, we elucidate more objective historical facts from late-Koryeo situations in this study. If we further develop and employ a new algorithm that is considered both degree and stress centrality, it is a very useful tool for determining hub node.

Incheon port attained two million TEU of container throughput between 2013 and 2014 as a third port in domestic container throughput. It opened a new port in Song-do, Incheon in June 2015 to prepare for the continuing increase in container throughput.Therefore, it has provided the platform for being the major container port domestically and internationally. As the role of the new port increases, the role and direction of the Incheon port liner service network attracts attention. This study analyzes the centrality of the Incheon port liner service network by using SNA (Social Network Analysis), which was introduced in the maritime economics area recently, focusing on the Incheon port liner service network. We recognize the degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality of each port and its effect on the Incheon port liner service network. The study showed that for Incheon port, the centrality of the Busan port in Korea, and the Hong Kong port, is high outside the country. This helps us determine that the hub of the Incheon port is neither Shanghai nor Singapore, which ranks first and second, respectively, on container throughput. It is also helps us to know that eastern China's ports have not played a role of the hub of the Incheon port until now because of the relatively low centrality of eastern China's ports.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and problems of the content of flower design education videos on YouTube and to search for improvement direction. The subjects of analysis were 129 pieces of videos uploaded in the last one year including 'craftman floral design' as a search term. The result shows that contents covered were practical lectures, theory lectures, test related tips, job and character introduction, test work, educational guidance and publicity. The production format could be divided into studio lecture, classroom lecture, video feature, interview, Vlog, and television program. The hub-type programming strategy that periodically uploads the videos satisfying the target audiences' interests is mostly applied. The type of lecture covered 'practical skill test' got a good response from the users. Overall, content diversity, interaction between creators and users, and harmonious programming strategies are lacking. In order to improve this, it is necessary for emotional and expressive creators to pioneer differentiated fields and practice based on actual field. The introduction of interactive elements such as games and quizzes and the application of new media technologies such as VR and AR are worth trying. Three strategic types of 'hero', 'hub', and 'how to' should be applied complementary. As the demand for education content related to flower design is expected to expand in the future, it is required to develop content that can be used in various platforms, foster professional creators, and develop associated business models.
