Currently there are many standards of network management. They are: SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol - for Internet management), CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol - standardized by ITU-T and ISO), RMON(Remote network MONitoring - for distributed management of the LAN segment), and so on. Especially RMON has created the many concerns in order to manage subnetworks of a large network, but it has negative aspects. For instance, routers or hubs with RMON capability are expensive to a network manager because of adding heavy management cost. Moreover it imposes a heavier burden on network manager, because it must use a network management tool which will be additionally needed with RMON device. This paper proposes a model of PC based RMON Agent system. The RMON Agent system monitors the traffic on LAN segment through the use of a Virtual Device Driver(VxD), based on PC. In term of cost this model will replace the expensive RMON device, and eventually enable a network manager to manage LAN segment more efficiently, due to reduced cost.

In the electronic component assembly business, when product defects occur, it is important to track incoming raw material defects or work defects, and it is important to improve suppliers or work sites according to the results. The core task of the smart factory is to build an integrated data hub to process storage, management, and analysis in real time, and to manage cluster processes, energy, environment, and safety. In order to improve reliability through accurate analysis and collection of production data by real-time monitoring of production site management for electronic parts-related small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the establishment of a smart factory is essential. This paper was developed to be utilized in the construction by defining the system configuration method, smart factory-related technology and application cases, considering the characteristics of SMEs related to electronic components that want to introduce a smart factory.

최근 들어 수자원관리에 있어서도 다양한 이해당사자의 참여 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 수자원과 함께 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적인 요소의 고려도 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하기 위하여 수자원관리자들은 통합수자원관리의 실현을 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합수자원관리에 필요한 지식관리시스템(www.water21.net)을 구축하였다. 수자원 통합지식관리시스템에서는 지식을 구조화/체계화하기 위하여 관리계획의 준비, 모델의 구성, 계획의 수립, 계획의 평가 등 4단계로 구성된 프로세스 온톨로지(Ontology)를 개발하고 적용하였으며, 수자원관련 지식의 효율적인 유통체계를 구축하기 위하여, 물 관련 지식의 허브 역할을 수행할 수 있는 버퍼 개념을 도입하고, 지식제공자들과 '물관련 지식공유협약'의 체결을 추진하고 있다. 통합수자원관리에는 다양한 이해당사자의 참여와 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적 요소에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 하지만 이를 실현하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 본 연구에서 개발된 수 자원통합 지식관리시스템은 사용자들에게 물관련 정보를 빠르고 체계적으로 제공함으로써 이에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여줄 것이다. 또한 국가적으로는 물관련 분야의 지식기반을 구축하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

인터넷 사용의 확산과 함께 쳅 문서를 통한 정보 교환이 널리 사용되면서 전자상거래 방식과 관행에도 전통적인 EDI 방식의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새회운 모델인 Internet EDI, WEB EDI 등으로 발전, 변화하면서 보완되었다. 이에 따라 국내 유통 업종에서도 WEB EDI 방식의 EDI 서비스를 기반으로 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 전자문서 교환이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 유통 업종의 EDI 서비스 사업자들이 표준화되지 않은 통신 모듈의 제공 및 비표준 문서의 사용하고 있는 실정이어서 여러 사업자와 동시에 거래하는 업제들의 전자상거래의 어려움을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 유통업체와 제조업체 상호간의 전자문서 교환에 있어서 통신 모듈이나 전자문서 등의 표준화가 절실히 요구됨을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 유통 업종의 EDI 환경의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 차세대 전자상거래 표준 프레임워크로 자리매김하고 있는 ebXML을 유통 업종의 표준 규격으로 적용하여 실무 거래에 활용하는 방안 제안한다. 또한 유통 업종 내 기업의 IT 환경에서 적용하기 위해서 ebXML 메시지 서비스를 확장하여 설계한 ebXML 메시지 서비스 프로바이더와 ebXML 메시징 허브 시스템을 소개한다.

웹 서비스는 기업 간 통합의 문제를 저렴하게 해결해 줄 있는 획기적인 대안으로 소프트웨어 분야에서 크게 주목받고 있다. 웹 서비스는 아직까지 시장의 선각수용자(early adopters) 단계에 위치하고 있기 때문에, 그동안의 선행 연구들은 웹 서비스 아키텍처의 특정한 프로토콜 기술들에 초점을 맞추었을 뿐, 비즈니스 관점에서 전체적인 활용방안을 제시하지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 그 구체적인 활용방안으로 음료수 자판기의 판매 데이터 제공 웹 서비스인 VMWS(Vending Machine Web Services)를 구현하였다. 그 결과, 기업은 VMWS처럼, 기존의 비즈니스 모델을 웹 서비스로 전환하는 접근방법으로부터 출발해야 하며, 그러한 비즈니스 모델들 중 가장 크게 네트워크 효과(network effect)를 발휘할 수 있는 허브(hub)적인 성격을 갖는 데이터들이나 비즈니스 기능들을 발굴하여 판매전략을 수립하되, 반드시 명심할 점으로, 기존의 IT 아키텍처와 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 단순하게 시작하여 점진적으로 웹 서비스의 도입전략을 추진해야 한다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

인천공항은 2001년 개항이후, 비약적으로 발전하고 있으며, 2018년 약 6500만 명의 여객을 수용하는 등 초대형 메가허브공항으로 도약 중이다. 2018년 인천공항은 제2여객터미널을 개장하며, 인천공항에 대한 언론과 대중의 관심을 증폭시켰고, 평창동계올림픽 개최와 남북정상회담을 통해 대한민국 중추공항으로서의 이미지를 각인시켰다. 인천국제공항공사는 인천공항의 건설 및 관리, 운영, 주변지역개발, 부대사업 및 기타 국가위탁사업을 하는 국토교통부 산하 공공기관으로 2018년 입국장 면세점 도입, 정규직 전환 등의 이슈를 생성하였다. 본 논문에서는 뉴스, SNS 수집, 저장, 처리, 분석플랫폼인 ITAP를 이용하여 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사 관련된 뉴스, SNS 내용을 플랫폼별로 분석하였고, 월별 버즈량과 주요키워드를 플랫폼별로 추출하여 2018년 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사의 주요 이슈를 제시한다.

미래 해상환경 변화 대응의 일환으로 항로표지의 스마트화를 위한 정보의 디지털화, 정보교환 체계의 표준화 등 항로표지기반의 정보 통합 DB구축을 통한 해양분야의 ICT 기술개발이 요구되고 있다. 또한, 항해안전을 위한 아날로그 정보 전달 기능의 항로표지 역할이 해양정보 수집 및 활용의 허브기능으로 확장이 되며 스마트항로표지의 도입 및 전환이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 해상교통흐름의 변화에 대응하기 위해 본 연구에서는 표준화, 디지털화된 항로표지정보의 통합 제공을 위한 디지털 항로표지 정보관리를 위한 정보협력시스템을 설계하였다.

In the process of adapting climate change, the government needs to provide policy and technical support necessary for growing promising crops imported from abroad. Therefore, this study was conducted to survey and analyze the conditions of growth of imported foreign crops and to derive response tasks. As a result, tropical and subtropical vegetables were cultivated 18 crops in 920 farms in 321 ha area (in 2015 year). The cultivation scale decreased in the order of Curcuma aromatica, Momordica charantia, Asparagus aethiopicus, Allium hookeri and Herbs. Tropical and subtropical fruits were cultivated 9 crops in 264 farms in 106.5 ha area (in 2015 year). Special and medicinal crops introduced abroad cultivated 10 crops in 753 farms in 276.3 ha area (in 2015 year). The cultivation scale decreased in the order of Curcuma longa, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Lepidium meyenii and Moringa oleifera. For the stable settlement of domestic growth of tropical and subtropical crops introduced abroad, there should be safety and economic feasibility in terms of the cultivation environment according to the domestic culture adaptation test. Consideration needs to be given to the use of locally grown products in Korea, the securing of distribution and sales markets, and the competitiveness of imported products.

탄소함유 에너지원의 고갈과 가격상승, 이들 에너지 사용에 수반되는 지구 온난화 문제들로 세계는 새로운 에너지원을 도입하고자 노력하고 있다. 그 중 풍력에너지는 자원이 풍부하고 끊임없이 재생되며 광범위한 지역에 분포되어 있고, 운전 중에 온실가스의 배출이 없다는 점에서 가장 경제성이 있고 유용한 에너지원으로 인식되고 있다. 풍력발전기는 선진 국가에서부터 꾸준히 성장해 왔으며, 그 성능을 개선시키기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 풍력발전기를 설치하여 발전단지를 조성함에 있어서 발전량을 예측하기 위해서 발전기가 세워질 모든 지점에 허브높이의 실측타워를 세워 풍황데이터를 측정하여야 하지만 이런 방법은 재정적인 부담이 매우 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 서산기상대에서 측정된 기상데이터를 이용하여 태안해안국립공원내 만리포해수욕장 지역의 풍황 및 발전량을 예측하였다. 이 때 풍황 및 발전량 예측은 풍력단지 설계를 목적으로 사용되고 있는 WindPRO Basic과 WAsP-Interface 모듈을 이용하였다. 이렇게 예측된 풍황을 이용하여 발전단지를 조성하고, PARK 모듈을 사용하여 발전단지의 에너지를 계산하였으며, WindBANK 모듈을 이용하여 단지의 경제성을 평가하였다.

A flexible one-link robotic manipulator is modelled as a rotating cantilever beam with a hub and tip mass. An active control law is developed with consideration of the distributed flexibility of the arm. Equation of motion is derived by Hamilton's principle and, for modal control, represented as state variable form using Galerkin's mode summation method. Feedback coefficients are chosen to minimize the linear quadratic performance index(PI). To reconstruct the complete state vector from the measurements, an observer is proposed. In order to suppress vibration of the manipulator arm to desirable extent and to obtain accuracy of the positioning, weighting factor of input in PI is adjusted. Spillover effect due to the controller which controls several important modes is examined. Experiment is also performed to validate the theoretical analysis.
