It is necessary to build a quality-enhancing forest leisure sports facility according to values that value life quality, national forest policy. Vita Parcours (fitness trails) is found to be the activities highly convenient, so their introduction and promotion in Korea should be highly considered. field survey was necessary to explore the possibility of installing Vita Parcours. Several sites were selected, such as Asean recreational forest, Unaksan recreational forest, Yumyeongsan recreational forest, Saneum recreational forest, Jungmisan recreational forest and National center for forest therapy. At these locations, we explored the current status of forest facilities and forest trails. A total number of 31 exercise facilities has been identified and surveyed, some of which are located on the trails (2), alongside the trail (9), alongside trail boundaries (2) or represent facilities suitable for both outdoor and indoor exercise within the forest (18), all of whom provide location for 44 different exercise routines (flexibility exercises (23), endurance (12) and strength exercises (9)). Field work also included identification of forests paths, the total number of whom was 34 paths - 30 identified as trails, 2 as hiking trails, 1 as a forest path for relaxation and healing and 1 as an exploratory path. Regarding the structure and shape of these trails, 32 was straight in shape and only 2 designed as a circular forest trails. Average length of these trails was 652.2m with the highest and the lowest point altitude difference of 60m, on average. Saneum recreational forest provide the most suitable site/environment for Vita Parcours and as a result of this, Saneum recreational forest is proposed as a location to support the endeavors in promotion of these valuable forest fitness trails. Among the forest paths at this site, a forest path which has a length of 1.84km and 73.0m the highest and the lowest point altitude difference was selected as the most suitable, and may be equipped with necessary stations for exercise or obstacles. In addition, if these trails are to be introduced and welcomed by its users, we must assure that they are properly maintained.

This paper investigates accounting principles about social infrastructure on Korean National Accounting Standard and on National Accounting Standards from other countries that adopted a accruals- based national accounting standards. Social infrastructure as assets has important value in financial statements of Korea and deterioration or insufficient management of social infrastructure accompanies a huge social cost. Therefore, understanding the characteristics and related accounting standard for social infrastructure is necessary. To do this, we examine the accounting standards of U.S., New Zealand, and Australia. We also review the financial statement of local government. Based on these findings, this paper suggests that a preventive-asset management approach should be applied and alternative depreciation method for social infrastructures is developed. Moreover, a local government needs to provide important accounting information to the public in a timely and reliably manner.

In recent years, it was recognized that aurban policy paradigm of sustainable urban growth management and transportation policies have been shifted : from the era of automobile-oriented policy to the era of public transport policy. Against this backdrop, the introduction of the multi-modal transfer center is very consequential. Therefore, it is necessary for the introduction of wide-area and local-centric transfer facilities, as well as the center of the country-led national backbone transfer center. This study was applicable at the multi-modal transfer center plans to introduce guidelines to provide transit facilities, considering the regional and functional characteristics to classify the types of multi-modal transfer center. The final types of multi-modal transfer center were classified into six, and by considering the combination of the criteria to be classified. The multi-modal transfer center type classification based on the case analysis of the types of facilities at domestic and abroad. If the data of multi-modal transfer are accumulated continuously, can expect a more reliable type classification.

13개동 1,252세대가 살고있는 신도림태영타운아파트는 지난 2005년 12월, 난방시설의 노후화가 아닌 선택적으로 356kW급 열병합발전기 2대를 도입했다. 기존에 보일러 4대로 전체난방을 하던 시스템에서 2대를 발전기로 대체한 태영타운아파트는 연간 5억8172만원의 에너지 비용을 절감할 것으로 보인다. 내년 1월 발전기 가동 1주년을 맞는 '신도림태영타운아파트'를 찾아가 봤다.

본 논문에서는 아동은 성인에 비하여 신체적 정신적으로 미성숙하며, 특히 범죄에 있어서는 스스로 대응할 수 있는 능력이 부족한 존재로서 우리 사회 전체가 함께 협력하여 범죄로부터 최우선으로 보호하여야 할 대상이다. 그리나 최근 아동을 대상으로 하는 강력범죄 및 학교 내외에서 발생하는 범죄들이 지속적으로 증가하면서 해마다 이에 대한 대안 및 정책들이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 아동들은 주로 학교나 통학로, 주거지를 비롯한 주요 활동범위 내에서 범죄 피해를 당한다. 이러한 범죄의 피해를 예방하기 위해 도입된 '환경설계를 통한 범죄예방 기법 (CPTED)'은 도입 초기에 기대와는 달리 지역사회와의 고립이 초래되고, 일률적인 학교 시설 내에 CPTED가 범죄의 사각지대를 만드는 등의 부작용이 초래되고 있다. 또한 지역사회의 아동대상범죄 예방활동 역시도 지역 내 소통부재 및 예산확보 문제 등으로 지역 내 시설의 차별이 생기기도 하며, 제대로 된 범죄 예방활동이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 CPTED의 가이드라인 제정 및 공간의 차이를 통한 다양한 기법의 적용방법을 모색하여 학교 내 시설에서의 아동대상범죄를 예방하고, 전 세계적 추세의 통한 아동안전친화도시 조성을 위한 조례제정 및 기본원칙을 제언하고자 한다.

우리나라의 홍수대책은 제방 축제 및 보강, 하천의 홍수통수능 확대 등 하천 중심의 대책이 대부분이며, 도시 홍수에 대한 대책과 시설물은 홍수저감용 우수저류조가 대다수이나, 민원과 설치장소 확보 등으로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 가뭄대책은 획일적으로 지하수관정 개발에만 의존하고 있다. 이는 우리의 후손을 위해 보존해야 할 의무가 있으며, 현 세대에서 가뭄을 극복하기 위한 수자원은 강우에 의한 지표수로 해결하려는 노력이 필요하다. 도시의 경우 가뭄 극복을 위해 우수를 저류하여 다양한 용도로 활용하는 기술이 필요하고 사회적으로 많은 관심을 불러일으키고 있다. 국내에 로터리 형태로 운영되던 회전교차로가 교통량 증가에 따라 2000년대 이후 성공적인 해외사례를 토대로 한 간혈적인 도입기를 거쳐 2010년 교통운영체계 선진화 방안에 의한 시범사업 이후 도입이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LID(Low Impact Development, 저영향 개발) 기법을 적용하여, 홍수와 가뭄에 대한 대책으로 회전교차로 중앙교통섬을 활용한 초기 우수대응 기술을 개발하고 이를 실현할 수 있는 효과적인 회전교차로 설계 및 시공기술을 개발하고자 한다. 도시의 경우 강우시 초기강우에 의한 유출수에는 인체에 해로운 오염물질들이 포화되어 있기 때문에 초기우수에 의한 유출수를 효과적으로 배제하여 하천수질 등 개선하고자 하며, 이와 같은 초기우수에 대한 비점오염원 저감 시설과 우수를 집적하는 우수저류시설을 회전교차로 내에 설치하고 초기 우수에 대한 관리 기법을 개발하고자 한다.

우리나라 연안해역의 해양자원과 관광자원을 연계한 해양치유산업 기반구축 모델이 2017년부터 해양수산부 R&D 사업의 일환으로 '추진되고 있다. 동 R&D 사업을 통해 울진, 태안, 고성, 완도 등 4개 지역이 시범사업 대상지로 선정되었으며, 각 지역의 특성화된 해양치유 자원을 바탕으로 의학적 임상연구와 사회경제 현황과 연계한 비즈니스모델 수립 등이 추진되고 있다. 비즈니스모델 수립의 경우 지역 특성화 해양치유자원을 활용한 세부 프로그램 도출, 수요 추정, 도입시설의 규모 및 형태 등에 대한 사항을 도출함으로써 해양치유 활동이 이루어질 지역 해양치유센터(가칭)의 설립 기본계획 기초자료를 제공하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 4개 시범지역 중 울진해양치유센터를 대상으로 지역 특성화 해양치유자원으로 설정된 해양대기, 심층안반해수, 해사 등과 연계된 아토피 등 피부질환, 만성폐쇄성폐질환 등 호흡기계통질환 치유 프로그램을 제시하고 있다. 또한 해당 특성화 프로그램의 지속가능한 수요 창출을 위해 기본적 도입시설과 함께 요구되는 연계 인프라를 제시하였으며, 동 프로그램을 통해 예상되는 사회경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하여 제시하였다.

A preliminary study was conducted to introduce the concept of asset management in developing maintenance strategies for public facilities. A survey was carried out to analyze public institutions' maintenance status, thereby leading to an asset management system. The survey identified the maintenance priorities for the asset management system, evaluated the weight factor in selecting facilities, and analyzed the current maintenance system. The purpose of the study is to assess the system transitioning to asset management systems considering the life cycle of the facilities from safety management-oriented maintenance policies. As a consequence of the survey results, the study presents data for establishing an asset management system.
