안면 인식과 화자 인식을 이용한 스마트 도어락 (A Smart doorlock with recognition of facial and speaker)

  • 현재 가장 많이 사용되는 비밀번호 도어락 시스템은 외부 노출의 가능성 때문에 범죄의 위험성이 크다. 이러한 방식을 보완하기 위하여 안면 인식과 음성 인식 두 가지 기술을 결합하여 보안성을 높이는 기술을 구현하였다. 이에 본 논문은 아두이노를 사용하여 사람을 확인하고 인증하는 모듈인 보이저 모듈, 음성인식과 화자인식을 지원하는 아두이노와 그의 음성인식 모듈 Easy VR을 제시한다. 두 가지 기술의 결합으로 보안성을 높여 강력 범죄를 예방한다.

자동차용 비대칭 스트라이커의 순차이송금형 및 공정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Progressive Die and Forming Process for Asymmetric Automotive Door Striker)

  • For high production rate of parts requiring multiple operations such as punching, blanking, or other operations are generally done with progressive dies. However, progressive die is generally limited to use for sheet metal forming due to the technical difficulties in rod or bulk material. This study proposes a new technique of progressive die and forming process for asymmetric automotive door striker, which is conventionally manufactured with separate tandem processes using solid rod. In order to design forming process and die, FEM simulation was performed to divide proper intermediate processes and analyze its formability. As a result, Forming processes were divided into 3 stages with upper and side punches and also, workpiece feeding and location mechanism was designed and manufactured in this study. Finally, forming tryouts were carried out by using the manufactured progressive die to verify the forming quality and productivity.

도어 충격봉의 형상에 따른 구조 안전 해석 (Structural Safety Analysis According to the Shape of Door Impact Bar)

  • In this study, the safest model can be selected by the simulation result of structural safety analysis according to the shape of impact bar affected at side door of automobile. The open sectional model of semicircle type has the lowest deformation and stress among 4 kinds of models. As the weight of this model has 30% in comparison with other models, it becomes most economical and stable. As the open sectional model of cap type the highest deformation and stress among 4 kinds of models, it becomes weakest. The closed models with circular and rectangular types has the stress far lower than cap type. The maximum deformation is shown at the center part of impact bar but the maximum stress occurs at the joint part between impact bar and frame.

  • In order to maximize the effect of installing screen door system while to minimize the problems in an initial stage of introduction, it is strongly required to research an optimum installation solution in connection with ventilation and disaster prevention system alongside with safety structure analysis of screen door in respect to train-induced wind, as well as to develop the criteria for the operation after the installation. This paper presents the results of study to develop the optimum design technology in urban railway equipped with platform screen door systems.

전자파 챔버에서의 차폐특성 분석

  • 일반적으로 전자파챔버는 패러데이 케이지(Faraday Cage)라고 불리는 금속재질의 차폐구조물과 구조물 내부에서 발생할 수 있는 전자파의 반사를 억제하는 전파 흡수체로 구성되어 있다. 전자파 환경시험의 무결성을 유지하기 위해서는 챔버 내부에서 발생하는 전자기파가 외부로 나가는 것이 차단되어야 하며 역으로 챔버 외부에서 발생하는 전자기파도 챔버 내부로 유입되지 않도록 전자파챔버 차폐완결성이 유지되어야 한다. 이를 정량적으로 측정함으로서 전자파챔버의 차폐율(Shielding Effectiveness)이 정의될 수 있다. 이상적으로는 전자파챔버의 차폐구조물이 이음새 없이 완벽한 차폐완결성이 유지되어야 하나, 시험품의 이동을 위한 도어 및 외부 EGSE와 시험품간 전기적인 연결을 위한 포트 플레이트의 설치로 인해 완벽한 차폐완결성을 유지하는 것은 불가능하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 항공우주연구원에 설치된 전자파챔버의 일반 차폐면, 도어, 포트 플레이트에 대한 차폐율 측정을 통해 차폐율을 정량적으로 검증하였다. 또한, 본 측정 경험과 결과 분석은 전자파 챔버에서 이뤄지는 전자파환경시험의 신뢰성을 증진하고 향후 전자파 챔버 유지보수 및 대형 위성의 전자파 환경시험을 위한 대형 전자파 시험시설의 성능시험을 위해 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • We have evaluated the structural stability of a platform screen door due to train wind pressure. The platform screen door was installed at the ground and underground station and had 65 meters in length. Also, the platform screen door was a safety device because it was placed between the train and the platform. The finite element analysis was used to calculate the stresses and deflections of platform screen door caused by wind pressure using ANSYS 10.0. Quasi-static analysis was introduced to save calculating time and check quickly structural performances when compared to those of transient analysis. The results show that structural stability of the platform screen door under train wind pressure is proven and quasi-static analysis can quickly check the structural integrity of platform screen door.

  • A design methodology for parametric design optimization of washing machine door is presented. We develop a motion simulator and a robotic door to simulate the various motion of washing machine doors. The motion of the washing machine door is related to hinge parameters. Springs and dampers are usually used in the hinge of washing machine door for controlling motion of the door. A physical simulator of the door motion is used for finding candidate parameters of the hinge and a robotic door whose motion is controlled algorithmically is used for consumer tests. Through the consumer evaluation on the robotic motion, the optimized parameters are determined. We find the optimal parameters as a function of angle and angular velocity of the door.

  • Weight reduction for automobile components has been sought to achieve fuel efficiency and energy conservation. There are two approaches in reducing their weights. One is by using material lighter than steel, and the other is by redesigning their structures. The latter has been performed by adopting hydroforming, tailor weled blank, optimization, etc. In this research, the kriging approximation method and simulated annealing algorithm are applied to the design of a front door made by TWB (Tailor Welded Blank) technology. The design variables are set up as the thicknesses of parts and the positions of parting lines. A thickness set considered as a design variable of each part is not arbitrarily determined but selected from standard products, so it is a discrete set. This research presents the discrete and continuous structural optimization method for an automotive door design.

  • To minimize the possible leakage of microwave when one opens the door of a microwave oven during its operation, a structural design of the reinforcing brackets for the door frame is presented. Twisting deformation of the door frame resulting from a dynamic pulling force is analyzed by harmonic and transient response analyses. Several types of the reinforcing brackets weldable to the right flange of the door frame is taken into consideration, and their effects to the twisting deformation of the door frame are compared and evaluated. As a conclusion, a thick step-shaped bracket, which is welded to whole length of the right flange, is favorable.

가진 시험 방법을 활용한 자동차 도어 플레이트 모듈 슬램 내구 평가 (Evaluation on Slam Resistance of Door Plate Module Using Vibration Testing Method)

  • Slam testing is a mandatory testing process to evaluate the fatigue resistance of a door plate module before delivering it to car makers. This process is very hard job to complete it since the testing facilities are considerably expensive and the required testing time is relatively very long, i.e. more than eight days for a single specimen. In this paper, an accelerated testing method of a door plate module is proposed using vibration test equipment instead of the current one by exposing to the critical excitation of a door glass. Under the proposed excitation method, the similar testing result can be evaluated within less than two hours. The suitability of the proposed testing method was demonstrated by comparing failure modes of both the current testing method and the proposed one.
