Today, the city greatly increase the interest in the night, increasing the importance of building and landscape lighting is a trend. Landscape lighting and a combination of factors, especially the media has been expanding in the domestic media facade. The facade of the building for the implementation of the screen to install the LED, or are projecting the image through the projector. The facade of this study present a paradigm shift in traditional media based on interactive and works by combining the artistry of the item type, art, colors, patterns, and interactions were drawn into 5 main topics. Since more than Building Exterior lighting is used for improving image at city, the importance of an efficient Building Exterior lighting can't be overemphasized. 본 연구는 청계천의 구성요소에 대해 경관연출효과를 분석하기 위해 주요구성요소 4곳을 상대로 경관현황을 조사하였다. 도시에서의 빛연출은 도시의 아이덴티티를 형성하고 또한 청계천 같이 6km에 다다른 하천은 관광자원으로써도 활용된다. 따라서 청계천 빛환경을 분석하기 위해 경관에 있어서 조명학적으로 중요한 물리량 평가요소로 휘도, 색도, 색온도를 선정하였다. 디지털 광학 계측기인 Radiant Imaging Prometric 1400에 의해 측정된 휘도, 색도, 색온도 등의 물리량 측정결과 주야간 모두 주변과 조화를 이루고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 휘도대비가 16:1을 넘지 않아 시각적으로도 적절한 것으로 판단됐다. 따라서 청계천 주요수성요소의 경관연출은 주 야간 모두 이용자들에게 안락한 경관을 제공할 것으로 사려된다.

우리나라의 도시 옥외조명은 1988년 서울올림픽을 전후하여 관심이 확대되었으며, 서울시는 1996년 서울시 경관조명기본방향을 설정하고 숭례문 등 각종 문화재에 옥외조명시설을 설치하기 시작하였다. 최근 옥외조명에 대한 필요성을 인식하고, 설치하고 있는 초기단계에 있어 옥외조명을 계획하는데 반드시 고려해야하는 광공해에 대해서는 아무런 인식 없이 과다한 조명으로 광공해를 유발시키고 있다. 미국과 유럽, 일본 등 선진외국에서는 일찍부터 광공해의 심각성을 인식하고, 이를 방지하기 위해 옥외조명조례의 제정과 가이드라인의 발표로 양호한 조명환경 조성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 광공해가 거주자와 보행자에게 미치는 영향을 고려하여 주거지역의 옥외가로조명의 광공해에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 외국의 경우 광공해가 발생하는 지역의 조명환경개선사업을 펼쳐 광공해에 따른 악영향을 줄임과 동시에 조명에너지 절약의 효과도 가져왔다. 국내의 경우 전반 확산형(Non-Cutoff) 가로등이 보행자에게는 눈부심을 일으키고, 거주자에게는 프라이버시 침해와 숙면에 방해를 가져오므로 차폐된 조명기구를 사용해 이런 영향을 최소화할 필요가 있다. 따라서 국내의 경우 아직 광공해에 대한 기준이나 가이드라인이 없으므로 이에 대한 대책과 기준안 마련이 시급하다.

본 연구에서는 대구시 동대구로의 경관조명에 관한 주민의식을 조사하기 위하여, 대구시에 거주하는 20대 대학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과, 야간경관에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 조명이 69.2[%]로 가장 높았으며, 대구의 도시이미지는 교육과 문화가 가장 높게 나타났다. 대구 경관디자인 시 중점을 두어야 할 것은 '자연과 어울리게'가 높게 나타났다. 야간경관에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치며 동시에 가장 열악한 것은 '조명'이며, 현재 조명상태나 밝기는 부정적으로 나타났다.

In consideration for evaluating urban lighting plan as culture of a society, preparing lighting plan while designing urban plan is a fundamental process. This study proposes a methodology, maintaining and embossing urban throughout preparing a long-term urban lighting plan considering overall urban space as well as improving competitive power for lighting to take an important role in total environmental design project.
