This paper proposes a desirable regulatory measure for the rapidly growing shared economic platform. The development and innovation of digital technology is expected to create new services and new economic and industrial values, but it also raises concerns, challenges about social trust issues arising from conflicts of interest with existing industries. Although sharing economies also creates new forms of supply and demand and grows rapidly around the world with innovative trading methods, institutional limitations are still being exposed in the major cities in terms of conflicts with existing industrial values. In order to reduce the social costs associated with the regulatory process and reach the appropriate regulatory policy goal, this paper proposes a co-regulation approach considering the sharing economic characteristics.

USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is used to provide many services such as bridge monitoring, cultural properties monitoring, river monitoring, protection of an old and feeble person, management and control of a city and circumstance monitoring, etc. A RF transceiver is needed for implementing USN. In this paper the implementation and the design of a RF transceiver for sensor nodes operating in 2.4GHz frequency band are presented. The design procedure of AGC, a receiver and a transmitter is described. And the performance of the implemented RF transceiver is also tested. The test results of receiver sensitivity, receiver dynamic range, frequency stability, phase noise, output power of transmitter, flatness and spectrum mask are presented.

With the spread of mobile devices and advances in communication techknowledges, the needs of application which uses the movement patterns of moving objects in history trajectory data of moving objects gets Increasing. Especially, to design public transportation route or road network of the new city, we can use the similar patterns in the trajectories of moving objects that move on the spatial network such as road and railway. In this paper, we propose a spatio-temporal similar trajectory search algorithm for moving objects on road network. For this, we define a spatio-temporal similarity measure based on the real road network distance and propose a grid-based index structure for similar trajectory search. Finally, we analyze the performance of the proposed similar trajectory search algorithm in order to show its efficiency.

도시 속 상업 공간에서는 공간적 위치에 따른 지리적 이점이나 판매하는 상품뿐만 아니라, 해당 공간 속에서 소비자가 느낄 수 있는 문화와 감성이 소비자가 소비를 유하게 하는 중요한 요소가 되기도 한다. ICT 서비스 환경이 자리를 잡아 감과 동시에 제4차 산업 혁명이 도래하고 있는 현대 정보화 환경 속에서 소비자들은 자신의 심리나 감성, 정서에 들어맞는 공간에 방문하며 소비하고 SNS를 통해 공유한다. SNS는 Social Network Service의 줄임말로 너무나 일반적으로 우리 일상에 들어와 있는 개념이다. SNS의 시작은 마케팅의 한 분야로 시작된 것으로 판단된다. SNS를 이용한 홍보마케팅은 21세기에 접어들면서 고객들의 주관적인 개개인의 욕구 충족과 감성을 중시하게 됨으로써 예전보다 더 복합적이며 정교해졌다. 본 연구는 SNS 데이터를 블로그, 카페, 페이스북, 인스타그램에서 지역 명칭을 키워드로 1년간 콘텐츠를 크롤링하며, 형태소 분석기를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 데이터 전처리 작업을 한다. 마지막으로 딥러닝 알고리즘인 RNN 중 LSTM을 사용하여 감성 분석 학습 모델을 만들어서 지역별 콘텐츠의 주요분야, 긍/부정을 판별한다. 이렇게 분석한 데이터를 이용해 각 지역만의 특색과 인기 분야, 비인기 분야, 더 나아가 유망한 분야를 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest IC concepts and some basic ideas of construction of public library's application model based of NDL IC Model. In order to successful introduction and construction of IC in public library, it should be preceded that some ideas of IC space concepts and constructual direction, physical space and facilities plan and gradual progress that introduce to the IC concepts.

본 논문에서는 서울시를 대상으로 2020년 기준 자치구별 공공체육시설의 개수를 분석하고, 도출된 서비스 지역 적정 개소 수를 기준으로 추가 설치가 필요한 자치구 내 입지를 예측하였다. 기존 공공 체육시설 수와 선행연구의 입지 지표를 활용해 회귀분석을 바탕으로 유의한 입지요인을 도출하고, 이를 변수로 한 k-means 군집화를 통해 자치구별 입지 후보군이 될만한 행정구역상 동을 구분하였다. 이후 선정된 행정구역 내 기준 인구 당 공공체육시설 비율이 같아지도록 공공체육시설 설치 개수를 결정한 다음 각 구역의 중심점으로부터 가까운 동 순으로 공공체육시설의 추가 설치가 필요한 동을 선정하였다.

Regardless of area, public libraries should establish its status as the knowledge and information service center, cultural enjoyment and lifelong learning space in close contact with everyday life. To do this, it is necessary to survey the citizen's perception of the public library. In this study, researchers investigated and analyzed the perception of Daegu citizens including the weight and importance of public libraries, library use status and reasons for non-use, reading program participation and reasons for non-participation, and regions that require new library facilities. Based on these results, researchers suggested the measures to strengthen the infrastructure of public library and to increase its use in conjunction with other relevant data, that is, domestic and international researches, related laws, national reading survey, national cultural infrastructure overview, Daegu citizen survey, Daegu city brand perception survey, and the status of public libraries in national and Daegu Metropolitan City.

Wireless Mesh Networks are consist of mobility mesh clients and mesh routers. WMNs can communicate with heterogeneous networks such as IEEE 802.11, IEEE 802.15, IEEE 802.16 and sensor networks. WMNs which is based on ad hoc network are on research and developing to enhance WLANs, WPANs, or WMANs. WMNs can offer environment to serve human, service to person area, campus, and metro. But WMNs has many problems to solve about enhancing performance and generalization. Among them, Existing protocol layers has many problems enhancing to optimize WMNs. This document issues problems about WMNs in protocol layer and suggest the solutions. Also, suggests the requirements and the methods of QoS supporting issue.

In recent years, many studies are being conducted to reduce the damage to humans in the event of a fire. In case of fire in large cities, evacuation route guidance services are provided using Mobile GIS (geographic information system). However, among the algorithms used in the existing evacuation route system, Dijkstra Algorithm has a problem that when the cost is negative, it cannot obtain an infinite loop or an accurate result value, and does not help to select an appropriate shortest route by searching all routes. For this reason, in this paper, we propose the shortest route guidance system based on A^* Algorithm. In case of fire, the shortest route is searched and the shortest route is visualized and provided using a map service on a mobile device using mobile GIS.

Today's rapid shifts toward a new paradigm are combining city spaces with reality and technology, which is known as a ubiquitous environment. An ubiquitous environment means that 'whenever' and 'wherever' become connected. It is a great possibility that this will change our future lifestyle. Korea has the biggest advantage in the implementation of this new environment, such as having an excellent network infrastructure. Using these attributes of a ubiquitous environment, changes are being made toward ubiquitous cities within developing fields of construction, landscaping, streets, art, and the environment. This research is based on background of research that activated media pole in public city space has been done research about reality of digital skill, fusion, and sense of ubitizen, and Kang-Nam U-street applied by ubiquitous technique. While reflecting an environment that can be utilized in a modern digital society, the application of ubiquitous technology to media pole can be a space for the two-way communication of the current paradigm. It would also be meaningful to create a new cultural space through media pole. Through evaluation, citizens of the ubiquitous age are going to interact to raise the satisfaction that media pole in city space can prevent giving direction to develop and trial and error about service ability, identity, and publicity. Finally, the media pole can be used as a fundamental element to suggest directions for change when viewed as future development.
