현재 다양한 교통정보 서비스와 소통수준 제고를 목표로 국내 여러 도시에서 진행중인 첨단교통관리체계(ATMS)사업이 운영 또는 구축중에 있으며 도로상의 교통정보를 보다 정확히 수집하기 위해 다양한 종류의 차량검지시스템이 도입되고 있으나 기존 국내외 사례를 볼 때 제반 검지기의 성능평가 방안이 사업별로 상이한 기준으로 진행되었으며 객관적인 성능수준을 제시하지는 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 검지시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 과정을 최근의 서울시 내부순환로 교통관리시스템의 사례를 토대로 고찰한 결과 시공단계에서 지속적인 튜닝과 성능제고방안을 추진한다면 상당한 수준의 정확도 확보를 기대할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제시된 평가방안은 향후 보완을 거쳐 타 시스템에 있어 초기설치시 또는 유지관리시 성능의 척도로써 목표를 선정하고 활용하는 데 있어 하나의 대안으로 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 제반 ATMS관련 연구기관에서는 시스템의 성능과 정확성을 좌우한다 해도 과언이 아닌 차량 검지기에 대한 성능평가 기준의 표준화 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하여, 검지기 성능제고를 위한 객관적인 기준목표와 각 검지기변 평가기준의 표준화 방안을 제시한다면 통행시간, 속도 등 제공정보의 신뢰성을 상당수준 향상시킴과 동시에 사업시행에 따른 시행착오를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

u-City is a city for users who are in everywhere as well as everytime. Korea e-government portal as a main e-government portal is a gateway for entering Korea e-government, but it has some problems. This portal has to provide a simple interface according to user's needs, but the current system is too complicated so that this system does not provide information retrieval function according to user's needs. So in this paper, we propose an effective strategy and functions of Korea e-government main portal for effective u-City.

Researchers require repetitive works such as data format analysis, reformatting and map reprojection in order to use geospatial data. To solve above problems, they are building web-based simulation systems with web developers. But the web-based systems are not efficiently developed because there is not the appropriate simulation framework for a web-based system using geospatial data. In this study, the geospatial simulation framework that can be effectively applied to the web-based system was designed and proposed. Also, the framework was composed of 7 modules; web mapping service, GIS mapping, statistics, model, processing,graphics, and geospatial datasets. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the framework, a case study of urban growth has been verified. Experts who are not specialized in geospatial information disciplines expect to build easily a web-based system using geospatial data.

Recently the more convenient services are provided to people in the city in line with the change of city paradigm and the recent development of ubiquitous. For example, Information on bus arrivals an effective advertisement the combination of high technology and departures through smart-phones. However, in respect of the mobile advertisement, because of difficulties such as the means of transferring the mass storage data or the burden of communication charges. there need means to improve such difficulties. This study has been conducted aiming to overcome such difficulties. This study suggests the strategic differentiation plan through the analysis of the media characteristics such as real time service information when in traveling, U-Bus business model in the category of mobile advertisement, etc. and also the concrete system establishment plan from the operation center via network to the delivery of the advertisement through vehicle terminals. In respect that this study suggests the implications as a practical business model through the fusion of high technology and diverse media. It has great significance.

Micro dust is closely related to real life. Especially, the micro dust forecasting system is being implemented from February 2014. Reliability of data through air pollution monitoring network is important. The Ministry of Environment operates 506 air pollution monitoring networks (11 types) to analyze national air quality and establish air policies. However, there is not enough system to confirm and check the site suitability of the measurement site. Therefore, this study analyzes urban space using GIS. Assess the appropriateness and equity of air pollution measurement facilities. The final goal is to reflect the results of the analysis into the Seoul Metropolitan Air Pollution Monitoring Network Installation Plan.

This paper aims to develop a web based GIS system which is able to evaluate and visualize the overall degree (in terms of pleasantness and aesthetics) of pedestrian friendliness of the environment, as well as pedestrians' convenience through a Walkability Indicators that simplify pedestrian environment elements into a quantitative index in accordance with characteristics of pedestrian space. To make this goal come true, we developed and applied Walkability index which can measure the pedestrian environment through reflecting quantitative Indicators based on GIS supplementing the limit of Literature Review. In addition, in order to develop index we utilized AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and we displayed measurement result on study area through web GIS Services. The proposed pedestrian measurement system is expected to be applicable in the visualization of pedestrian movements and the evaluation of convenience levels of pedestrian environment.

Web 3.0 is also called the "next-generation Internet" and is a new concept that started in 2018 and is attracting attention as the beginning of the "distributed Internet era". As Web 3.0 became mainstream, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) serving as content as services were distributed, and companies started to introduce NFTs in their marketing campaigns. This is because NFTs can be used to promote brands to new consumers. In this study, using Japan's 「HARTi」 NFT Art as an example, we investigate a new method using urban infrastructure and spaces, not NFTs that exist only in the Japanese art market and online. By analyzing social issues following the introduction of a new digital marketing method based on NFT Art, we will discuss issues and countermeasures in the domestic NFT Art market and present a positive outlook.

In current society, the digital era that makes enormous amount of data, and the diversified city, the smart space, which has characteristics of creating, collecting and representing data, is appeared. After 2012, in the social media environment called hyper-connected society with wide-spread smart phone, people started to get interested in public data and big data by generalized mobile device and SNS. At first, development of forming platform of data was focused, but now, many different idea from diverse area have been suggested about data analysis and usage to visualize the space intellectualization service. To focus on the visualization process to increase the usage of this public data for ordinary people more than specialized people, this research grasps the present condition of open data and public data service from the current public data portal and considers the applicability of them. As the result of research, the analysis and application of data to ordinary people decrease the use of paper documents, and this research will help to develop the application which is fast and accurate about individual behavior and demand to utilize public data service in intellectual space.

그간의 성과와 과제 : 2012년은 우리 정부가 저탄소 녹색성장을 새로운 국가발전 비전으로 선언하고 환경과 경제가 상생하는 사회로의 전환을 위해 다양한 정책을 적극적으로 추진한지 5년차를 맞이하는 해이다. 그동안 우리나라는 녹색성장을 국제적인 화두로 제시하고 온실가스의 자발적 감축목표 발표, G-20 정상회의 개최 등을 통해 국제사회에서 향후 인류의 발전방향을 제시하는 주도적인 역할을 수행하는 국가로서 위상을 높여 왔고, 국내적으로는 4대강 사업 등을 통해 기후변화에 대한 대응능력을 높이고 세계적인 금융 경제 위기 속에서도 안정적인 성장을 지속하는 성과를 거두었다. 환경적인 측면에서도 2007년과 비교하여 수도권 미세먼지 농도를 $58{\mu}g/m^3$에서 2011년에는 $50{\mu}g/m^3$으로 개선하고, 상수도 보급률과 하수도 보급률의 경우에도 2007년 각각 92.1%, 87.1%에서 2011년에는 94.5%, 90.3%로 제고하는 성과를 거두었다. 그러나, 세계적 경기 침체로 인해 국민들이 녹색성장의 성과를 체감하는 데에는 한계가 있었던 것이 사실이며, 4대강 사업이 소기의 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 변화된 환경에 맞는 수질관리시스템을 차질 없이 마련 시행하고, 도시에 비해 낮은 농어촌의 상하수도 보급률과 서비스 수준을 제고하는 등 여전히 해결해야 할 과제들 또한 상존하고 있는 것이 사실이다.
