스마트폰(Smart Phone)은 휴대폰과 개인휴대단말기(PDA)의 장점을 결합한 인터넷 통신과 정보검색 등 컴퓨터 지원 기능을 추가한 지능형 단말기이다. 이것은 사용자가 원하는 어플리케이션을 설치할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 대중화 되어가고 있는 스마트폰과 QR(Quick Response) Code를 이용하여 대학 내의 학생들이 도서를 간편하게 관리할 수 있는 프로그램을 구현하였다. 이 프로그램은 로그인을 위한 고객등록, 로그인을 통한 도서정보 등록, 등록된 도서 검색으로 구성되었고, 도서정보가 스마트폰 내에 있는 DB에 저장된다. 도서 등록 시에는 도서의 ISBN 번호와 웹뷰를 이용한 도서 최저가 확인 및 저장이 가능하다. 이와 같은 도서 정보관리가 ISBN 번호와 QR code로 나타남으로서 사용자에게 스마트폰을 이용한 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

This study is to analyze factors affecting collection size by the type of materials of university libraries in Korea. In this paper, we propose a semantic web approach for personalized book recommendation. Our approach takes advantage of the content-based recommendation and improves its disadvantage that users should input their interesting fields into all book search systems they use. Our approach provides the sharing of users' profile with their interesting fields by enabling user's interesting fields to be described over each book classification ontology of various book information providers. We also provide a middleware that manages users' profiles written in RDF and analizes similarity between user's interesting field and each concept over the book classification ontology. Our approach provide better performance than traditional keyword-based search by sharing the user's profile among book recommendation systems.

아직까지도 도서 구매자의 대다수는 도서를 구매할 시 오프라인 서점을 이용하며, 외부 의견은 도서 구매 결정에 커다란 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 대표적 외부 의견인 도서의 리뷰를 가공 분석하여 제공하는 모바일 기반의 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 하지만 현재 마켓에 등록된 애플리케이션의 대다수는 도서에 대한 사용자의 리뷰를 제공하지 않거나 분류 분석되지 않은 상태의 리뷰를 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각 도서의 리뷰를 수집하여 리뷰의 긍정 부정적 감정 추이를 분석하고 그 결과를 리뷰 핵심어에 따라 분류된 도서 평가 기준 별로 제공하며 이를 통해 사용자의 도서 구매 결정과 여러 도서간의 도서 선택에 도움을 줄 수 있는 모바일 애플리케이션을 설계하였다.

설계 준공도서는 건설공사를 시공하거나 유지 관리에서 필요한 정보를 담고 있는 자료이다. 과거에는 전자설계 준공도서가 단순 보관용으로 사용되어 활용도가 낮았다. 본 연구는 전자설계 준공도서의 활용도를 제고하고 전자설계 준공도서의 적합성 검사, 시스템 등록 서비스 등의 업무처리 시간을 단축시키실 수 있는 전자설계 준공도서 서비스시스템을 개발하였다. 연구결과를 응용하면 항공, 철도 등 다른 건설분야의 전자설계 준공도서 서비스 시스템 개발로 확대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 시스템은 도서관 이용을 목적으로 만들었다. 초.중.고등학교에서 사용 가능하며 학생의 경우 대출, 반납, 도서연장, 희망도서 등록 등을 바코드를 이용하여 안전하고 편리하게 사용 할 수 있다. 앱을 통해 대출한 도서의 대출기간 확인과 대출 기간 연장 기능을 추가하여 연체로 인한 문제를 감소하도록 하였다. 학교 측에서 도서 후기 작성으로 독후감 대회를 주최할 수 있고 학생들이 어떠한 도서를 희망하는지 알 수 있다. 이런 다양한 활동을 컴퓨터뿐만 아니라 앱을 통해 스마트폰에서도 사용가능하도록 하였다.

The analysis on changes in the name of public libraries was conducted to identify critical issues in LIS in South Korea. The library names registered in the National Library Statistics from 2015 to 2020 were analyzed, and types of change and its characteristics were identified. The findings indicate that 211 changes were reported during five years which were categorized in 7 types. As the characteristics, the changes in library names show the administration agency controversy, the emphasis on library services for young adults, library subject specialization, and citizen participatory name contest.

일반적으로 정보검색의 표준화된 통신규약인 Z39.50 프로토콜을 이용한 시스템에서는 도서, 논문 등 서지 목록에 대한 정보만을 검색할 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 서지 정보 목록뿐만 아니라 이미지, 비디오(video)등 비 도서에 관한 정보를 효율적으로 검색하기 위해서 검색 대상에 필요한 속성 집합(Attribute Set)을 Z39.50 표준에 등록된 속성집합 Bib-1의 속성유형(Type)과 값(Value)을 기본으로 이미지, 비디오 자료를 제공하기 위한 속성 요소를 새롭게 추가하여 종합 정보 검색 서비스 기능을 수행토록 하였다.
