There has been low use of local information services that public libraries provide, and most of those services are limited only through in-house reading or checkout. Motivated by these issues, the study has developed a mobile application (app, hereafter) entitled as LibPass (a combination of Library and Pass) to propose new local information services that reflect the information needs of users. Regarding the design of LibPass, contents of LibPass are composed of the characteristics of local resources so that users can easily search for information about local culture and tour resources through mobile app. That is, it aims to provide efficient information services on local resources by providing information on accommodations, outdoor programs, and specialized libraries, as well as introducing tour resources. Above all, the services are provided with a single card issued by the National Library of Korea and is convenient to use anywhere in the country. It not only secures reliability and currency by utilizing various contents developed by public institutions, but also provides functions to facilitate specialized services for the local information of libraries. Based on the previous research, the present study derives the factors of quality evaluation of mobile tour information services; it constructs objects of LibPass application by analyzing existing applications and develops the prototype based on logical entity relationship model. This model can contribute to the increased use of local information services and, promotes the public's positive perception of the libraries through user-friendly applications.

This study analyzed the effect of app characteristics of the handicapped library on user satisfaction and intention to reuse using the technology acceptance model. As a result, the app's accessibility, convenience, innovation, and reliability have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and instant accessibility, accuracy, and interactivity have no significant effect. The characteristics of all apps were analyzed to have a significant effect on perceived ease of use. The regression model for perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness was statistically significant. It was found that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction and satisfaction was intended to be reused.

현재 도서관 통합관리시스템의 소프트웨어 사용 방식은 클라이언트/서버 및 ASP 방식으로 서비스를 제공함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 구매비, 설치 및 배포, Customization, Upgrade, 문제점 관리, 라이센스의 고비용 등 소프트웨어 전반에 걸쳐 관리가 힘들고 고비용의 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 모바일 클라우드 기반의 스마트도서관 정보서비스시스템에서는 멀티테넌트 환경에서 구현이 가능한 핵심요소들을 개발하였다. 그러므로 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 쉽고, 간편하며, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 SaaS 기반의 소프트 웨어 온-디멘드 방식의 서비스 모델로 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안 시스템은 연결방식으로는 N고객:1인스턴스, 제공 프로그램은 동일한 코드 사용, 커스터마이징은 고객이 테넌트별 환경 설정을 통해서 직접 수정가능, 데이터는 테넌트별 자료를 공유해서 사용할 수 있으며 기존의 ASP 서비스의 단점을 해결할 수 있도록 성능을 개선하였다.

도서관에서 사용자들이 책을 빌리거나 반납하기 위해서는 'ㄱ'부터 시작하여 'ㅎ'까지 순서대로 진열이 되어 있는 책의 위치를 찾아가야 한다. 책을 반납할 때, 책을 다시 제자리에 놓는다면 문제가 없지만 사람들이 책을 읽고 진열대에 다시 넣는 과정에서 착오가 생겨, 다른 진열대 넣는 경우, 도선관 사서가 이를 찾아내, 올바른 위치에 놓아야 한다. 또한, 사용자들이 반납한 책들을 도서관 사서가 실수로 다른 곳에 진열할 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 줄이기 위해, 지능형 모바일 증강현실에 기반한 도서 위치 관리 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 방법에서는 책의 위치 정보, 각도 등 다양한 센싱 정보를 활용하여 진열된 책들이 제자리에 있는지를 실시간으로 점검하고 책의 위치가 잘못 되었을 경우, 도서관 사서에게 이를 알려 책의 위치를 바로 잡도록 하였다.

This study was to predict through the scenarios, one of the forecast technique the future of library service. In order to do that literature reviews, analysis of library's home page and specialist interview were conducted. As a result, it appeared that based on the scenarios to predict the middle future(after 5-10 years) of library service. The results of this study are as follows. The first the future information environment is represented by mobile md ubiquitous. Through this, anytime, anywhere, any device, we can be taken any media The second, the unreliable factors come out in time lag, the supply speed of terminals, library services, copyrights and so on. The third, as the supply speed of technique and the speed of technological development, the speed of technological development and the solution speed of digital copyright problem these make various scenarios. The fourth library try to find unreliable factors in constant change of the information technique, variety of internal factors. And strategy needs to dispose of various scenarios properly.

The purpose of this study is to propose effective plans for Anyang municipal library to use online media in preparation for the post-covid-19 era. For this purpose, the main implications were summarized by analyzing the operation cases of 5 excellent libraries that received government awards in the libraries' operation evaluation in 2021. And based on the analysis, strategies that can help Anyang municipal library use online media to operate library effectively even after COVID-19 were derived. This study is meaningful in that it is an empirical study that summarizes the online media usage strategy of the Anyang municipal library in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era based on actual cases of excellent libraries in the COVID-19 period.

Korean university libraries has lead the advancement of library service by adopting state-of-art technology for the improvement of information service provision, which therefore contributes to the consolidation of the status of the library as a center of information circulation among related institutions. This paper examines the current conditions of wireless internet service provided by the university libraries. First, it takes 'WDL mobile campus consortium', which is an organized movement with many university libraries involved, and explores their major issues such as wireless internet service environment, platform components, service components and functions, user environment and usage. Finally, this paper makes suggestions for the continuous advancement of the university libraries' wireless services.

다소 먼 이야기이긴 하지만 1990년대에 전자책 시장이 형성되기 시작하면서 전자책이 단순히 책의 새로운 한 형태가 아니라 아날로그 도서의 대체재가 될 수 있다는 막연한 기대감은 당시 전자책에 대한 폭발적인 관심을 불러 일으켰다. 하지만 여러 가지 환경적인 조건과 콘텐츠 부재 등의 이유로 지대한 사회적 관심이 직접적인 전자책 산업의 발전으로 연결되지는 않았다. 최근 전자책 산업은 모바일 산업의 발전과 더불어 관련 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 지속적인 혁신으로 세계적인 시장이 급속도로 발전하고 있고, 이제 국내에서도 차츰 그 영향에 따라 전자책 산업이 활력을 되찾고 있는 모양새이다. 전자책 산업의 성장으로 영향을 받는 이해 관계자들은 저자와 출판사, 유통사 등 다양하게 존재하겠지만 도서관 또한 책을 둘러싼 구성원에서 빼놓을 수 없는 존재일 것이다. 본 고에서는 전자책의 발전 배경과 최근의 추세를 살펴보고, 도서관의 입장에서 전자책을 바라볼 때의 관점에 대해 개인적인 소고를 밝히고자 한다.

The purpose of the study is to suggest and measure the ways to activate the use of wireless internet services in university libraries. For this, 1 reviewed the concepts and characteristics of wireless internet and investigated both local and foreign cases on wireless internet service of university libraries, library users' usage status, and their demands. Based on the case study and survey results, I suggest the strategic consideration and active publicity of university libraries, the introduction of the services students more prefer, the development of differentiated menus from ordinary wire internet services, and the consistent financial support of the university authority.
