This research is part of the Korean-ASEAN Official Development Assistance (ODA) project, specifically exploring the possibility of using public libraries as a place for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy training for women from ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries. Women from ASEAN countries are often minorities in ICT capacity building. A survey of 1,000 female public library users - 100 people from each of the ten ASEAN countries - and in-depth interviews with librarians from national libraries were conducted. The survey results showed that 68.8% of respondents perceived public libraries as a suitable place for ICT literacy training. 27.5% of respondents visited libraries for ICT-related activities, including information retrieval, e-mail, SNS, etc., Meanwhile, findings from the interviews highlighted the importance of having up-to-date ICT infrastructure - computers, Internet, professional ICT skill training for librarians, strategic planning for policies, budgets, and cooperation with other related institutions - in public libraries in order to provide effective ICT training.

This study was conducted as basic research for establishing a mid-to long term comprehensive development plan for libraries in Dong-gu, Incheon. It attempted to draw the vision, operation strategy, and service directions by administering questionnaires to local residents and analyzing the needs of library officials, professionals and local residents. From the findings, following issues can be suggested: First, it is necessary to activate the management of small libraries in Dong-gu, Incheon. Second, local residents' needs for improving library facilities and constructing new libraries were found to be higher. Third, it needs to qualitatively and quantitatively enhance library materials for various age groups. Fourth, customized reading and cultural programs should be developed by considering the demand of various age groups. Fifth, the needs for items regarding external cooperation among expected roles of libraries. Sixth, it is necessary to consider how to promote complex cultural space by improving library facilities. Seventh, the librarian personnel should be complement to balance between the internal management of libraries and externally related businesses. Eighth, the space for collecting and keeping materials should be promoted. Ninth, it is necessary to seek the establishment of policies for activating small libraries.

This study examines the policies currently announced in the "3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan" in relation to the discovery of individuals' potential in libraries and analyzes the current status of the tasks promoted and executed by central administrative agencies and municipal and provincial libraries based on these policies. Based on the analysis results, this study presents the methods for libraries to play their role in discovering the potential of individuals in the future. According to the results of this study, due to the poor performance of libraries resulting from reduced in-person events because of library closures and the promotion of non-contact services such as humanities classes and cultural programs in response to COVID-19, it is necessary to establish systems to support emergency management and non-contact programs in response to COVID-19, as well as increase the budget for extending reading culture projects for underprivileged regions and people. In addition, it is necessary to discover quality long-term, non-contact programs, provide infrastructure for non-contact program operation, and develop guidelines. Second, it is observed that communication- and discussion-type social reading programs need to be promptly converted into and operated as online classes. Third, the study results confirm that it is necessary to prepare measures to reinforce external cooperation, such as improving the convenience of and accessibility to information use for users, conducting seminars between domestic and foreign councils, promoting one-stop data sharing systems, executing data digitalization, expanding library infrastructure in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era, and promoting public relations activities.

While small libraries have steadily increased in quantity, parts of qualitative growth such as lack of manpower and poor operation have been pointed out as problems. Accordingly, with the aim of establishing a foundation for linkage and cooperation between public libraries and small libraries, the small library itinerant librarians project has been promoted since 2010, and its scale has been continuously expanding. However, the lack of manpower and poor operation still remain tasks to be solved, and the poor treatment and job environment of itinerant librarians have not improved. In this context, this study aims to examine the problems of small libraries and job problems experienced by itinerant librarians and to find ways to improve the job environment of itinerant librarians based on this. Through the analysis of previous studies, small libraries and net companies were investigated, and in-depth interviews were conducted with participants related to itinerant librarians and small libraries. Through interview data analysis, a total of 17 meaning topics were extracted, including 'lack of work authority', 'lack of work manual', 'lack of communication, community', 'lack of integrated operating system', 'poor treatment and working environment', 'malicious user', and 'lack of belonging'. Based on this, four improvement measures were proposed, including the improvement of the job authority and standard regulations of itinerant librarians, the establishment of a community organization, job security guarantees, and job education reinforcement.

The purpose of this study is to find methods for utilizing digital room in public library and its efficient operation by analyzing the status quo of the digital rooms in public libraries, which had been built nation-widely about 5 years ago. It is found that it is urgent to supplement and improve the infrastructure of them. It is also required to build multi-functional digital rooms and an integrated operational system for digital rooms. Implementation of an integrated operational system, first of all, for applicable sections of digital room may be the best alternative. The multi-functional digital rooms can be built, which, in addition to its traditional function, can include a variety of original information resources and function of information creation using application programs, as well as functions such as education, information services, online/offline community creation, and activating information sharing. In the future, the digital rooms in public libraries must play a significant role as online/offline spaces, which are not the places for use and access to internet information resource, but for information/knowledge sharing and collaborative activities. It also must provide a communication channel between librarians and users as well as among users themselves.

This study analyzed recent cases of transition to open access(OA) journals in humanities and social sciences(HSS) in foreign countries to find a way to transition to OA journals in Korea. Ling OA and UP led by researchers, OLH and KU led by libraries, S2O led by publishers and L+F model led by funders and libraries were analyzed. Programs by national funding agencies such as the Norwegian Research Council, Canada Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, Austrian Science Fund, and Swiss Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences were also reviewed. Based on the results of the analyses, this study suggests for transition in Korean HSS field as follows; 1) transitions to open access journals in HSS should be supported at national level 2) the stakeholder in scholarly communications such as the nation, universities, libraries, research funders, scholarly societies etc has their own role in the transition but funders and libraries are the most important in financial support for open access publishing 3) but the financial support for the first stage of the transition should be done at national level 4) and open access journal publishing consortium comprised of libraries and information service institutions in the public sector such as KERIS, KISTI and the national library should be established 5) non commercial publishing platforms for scholarly societies should be developed and distributed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of reading culture in Gyeongsangnam-do and its infrastructure in order to develop a balanced reading culture in each of the 18 counties of Gyeongsangnam-do, and to come up with plans to promote reading culture in the libraries in the province. To this end, six measures were proposed to revitalize reading culture in Gyeongsangnam-do by reflecting and synthesizing the survey of reading culture infrastructure in Gyeongsangnam-do, the analysis of the reading status of residents of Gyeongsangnam-do, the analysis of the results of the reading culture promotion project in Gyeongsangnam-do Province and the collection of opinions from experts related to the promotion of reading culture in each field. The results of the study are as follows. ① Establishment of Gyeongnam Reading Culture Promotion Governance, ② Establishment of Gyeongnam Reading Culture Promotion Committee and preparation of basis for evaluation roles such as establishment and implementation of reading culture promotion, ③ Creation of specialized collections and preparation of reading culture programs by region, ④ Service between Gyeongnam Representative Library and Gyeongnam Office of Education Systematization of subject and role division, ⑤ Systematization of role division between Gyeongnam representative library and 18 city and county local government libraries, ⑥ Establishment of grounds for reading culture promotion policy of Gyeongnam and 18 city and county local governments, and establishment of cooperation support system based on related laws and regulations.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics and problems of "Reading Cheongju" campaign which started as "One Book, One City" reading promotion campaign in 2006 and conducted three times in two years. The analysis of such steps as the selection and distribution of "one book", reading and discussion. events and programs, financial assistance, public relations, etc. documents both positive and negative aspects of its performance. "Reading Cheongju" campaign helped improve both the image of the Cheongju Information Library and the importance of reading and discussion in the community, while lacking in participation from diverse groups of community members, flexibility in spending public expenses, and cooperation among libraries and other related organizations.

인터넷은 "정보의 바다"라는 말처럼 날마다 방대한 양의 데이터가 쏟아져 나오고 있으며, 이런 방대한 데이터 속에서 정보를 찾기란 쉽지 않다. 그러나 인터넷 사용자들은 정확한 정보를 신속하게 언제 어디서나 획득할 수 있기를 희망한다. 현재 정보의 창고인 도서관은 더 이상의 Paper 정보가 아닌 Digital 정보로의 변화가 필요하며 각 분야에서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 연구개발정보센터(KORDIC)에서는 과학기술지역인프라 구축사업을 통해서 광주ㆍ전남권역을 시범 권역으로 선정하여 13개 대학의 도서관, 산업단지, 연구소(KORDIC)를 하나로 묶는 즉, 산ㆍ학ㆍ연이 하나가 되어 상호대차 원문 서비스를 할 수 있도록 기반을 구축하는데 목적이 두고있다. 본 시스템은 상호대차 원문 서비스를 위해 대학 간 분담수서를 통해서 분담된 도서를 원문서비스 하는 상호 협력 체제를 구축하는데 필요한 시스템이며 사용자들은 해외 저널 원문을 신청하게되고, 서비스 담당자는 신청된 해외저널원문을 Digital화해서 사용자에게 보내주는 체제를 구축하기 위해 열악한 대학에는 시스템과 통신 인프라를 지원하여 상호대차원문서비스가 가능하게 하는 것을 전제로 하고 있다. 분담수서를 통해 서비스하게 될 해외저널에 대해서는 각 대학에서 책임감을 가지고 서비스를 해야하므로 서비스의 질과 업무의 자립도를 높일 수 있으며 상호대차를 통해 산ㆍ학ㆍ연이 하나처럼 연계가 된다. 또한 해외 학술 저널 DB를 공동으로 구축하여 국내 지역별 대학소장 해외 학술 전문자료를 데이터베이스화, 전문정보망을 구축 회원기관 간 정보교류의 활성화, 대학 소장 해외 학술 전문자료의 정보 표준화 효과를 창출할 수 있으며, 분담수서를 통해 얻어지는 예산 절감으로 새로운 분야에 재투자한다면 정보의 질적, 양적 향상을 도모하게 될 것이다.것으로 나타났다.본 규격은 키, 총장, 어깨길이, 등길이, 머리길이, 머리둘레, 진동둘레, 목둘레, 가슴둘레, 허리둘레, 배둘레, 엉덩이둘레, 앞품, 뒤품, drop치를 포함하고 있고, 각 규격에서 호칭간 치수 간격도 함께 제시하고 있다. 본 연구 결과에서 보듯, 현행 8규격의 무진복의 각 호칭간 적정 허용범위를 고려해 합리적인 치수체계를 정립한다면 치수에 대한 적합도가 상당히 증가할 뿐 아니라 생산비용도 상당히 감축할 것으로 생각된다.나타났다. 4) 호감적 서비스능력 차원에서 세 독립변수간에 유의한 3원 상호작용이 존재하는 것으로 나타나( $F_{2,228}$=15.62, P<.001) 20대에 적합한 의복 착용시( $F_{2,228}$=3.98, P<.05)와 60대에 적합한 의복 착용시( $F_{2,228}$=16.55, P<.001) 점포유형과 격식차림간에는 유의한 상호작용이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 5) 호감을 구성하는 세 요인들이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 호감적 인상차원은 29%(P<.001), 호감적 서비스능력차원은 6%(P<.001)의 구매의도를 설명해 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 노년 소비자에게 호감을 주는 판매원의 외모는 구매의도에 영향을 주어 실버의류산업의 이익증대와 밀접한 연관을 갖는 서비스품질의 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다.중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다.로운 단백질 EPSPS가 다른 여러 식물에 이미 존재하고 있는 단백질로서 우리가 이미 이러한 식품을 섭취할 때 이 단백질도 같이 섭취해오고 있었다는 점, 둘째. 이 단백질이 소화액 분해 실험에서 짧은 시간내에 분해가 되었다는 점, 셋째. 재조합 된 콩과 자연 콩이 성분 분석에서 차이를 나타내지 않았다는 점, 네 번째. 쥐를 통한 다양섭취
