It was 69 kinds of tzeam in the main materials of fish vegetables and etc. 2. Materials were classified into the main-materials, sub-materials, seasioning and decorations. 3. There were 42 kinds of measuring units, of them 16 kinds were for volume, 16 kinds were for quantity, 2 kinds were for length and the rest measuring units were 8 kinds. 4. There were 22 kinds of cooking terms. The terms of them, 15 kinds were for heating methods, 7 terms of them were for the cutting process.
Disease surveillance was performed to monitor the prevalence of fish pathogens in wild marine fish caught in coastal offshore water from February to October in 2008. A total of 401 fish samples were collected at set net or fish market at landing port on the coast of Pohang, Geoje, Yeosu and Jeju. In this study, 17 kinds of fish pathogens were isolated from 152 fish samples. The detection rates of parasites, bacteria or viruses were 21.4%, 17.0% and 2.7%, respectively. The detected parasites were Scutica, Trichodina, Cryptocaryon, Dactylogyrus, Microcotyle, Benedenia, Bivagina, Heteraxin, Caligus, Epistylis and nematode. The dominant bacterial pathogens were Vibrio, Streptococcus, Photobacterium and Psuedomonas. Red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV) and lymphocystis disease virus (LDV) were detected in 6 species of fish virus examined in this study. The detection rates of fish pathogens from Scorpaenidae, Monacanthidae, Pleuronectidae, Sparidae and Carangidae investigated over 30 samples were 59.2%, 48.4%, 34.2%, 30.6% and18.2%, respectively.

The epidemic model is used to model the spread of disease and to control the disease. In this research, we utilize SEIR model which is one of applications the SIR model that incorporates Exposed step to the model. The SEIR model assumes that a people in the susceptible contacted infected moves to the exposed period. After staying in the period, the infectee tends to sequentially proceed to the status of infected, recovered, and removed. This type of infection can be used for research in cases where there is a latency period after infectious disease. In this research, we collected respiratory infectious disease data for the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERSCoV). Assuming that the spread of disease follows a stochastic process rather than a deterministic one, we utilized the Poisson process for the variation of infection and applied epidemic model to the stochastic chemical reaction model. Using observed pandemic data, we estimated three parameters in the SIER model; exposed rate, transmission rate, and recovery rate. After estimating the model, we applied the fitted model to the explanation of spread disease. Additionally, we include a process for generating the Exposed trajectory during the model estimation process due to the lack of the information of exact trajectory of Exposed.
The seismic interpretation was carried out to understand the evolution of the Sora and North Sora Sub-basins, South Sea of Korea. Both sub-basins belong to the Domi Basin, which is located in the northeastern margin of East China Sea Basin with Fukue Basin of Japan. Age assignment of each strata in this study was based on the data of boreholes and seismic interpretation in NW Japan. Four regional horizons were identified, and five geological units; Y(basement), Q(Eocene$\sim$Middle Oligocene), M(Middle Oligocene$\sim$Early Miocene), L(Early Miocene$\sim$Late Miocene) and D(Late Miocene$\sim$Present) groups in ascending order. Structural trends of the main boundary faults and the basin-fill sediment are different between the Sora and North Sora Sub-basins; i.e., trend of the main boundary-faults, dip of horizons, distribution of basin and development of growth fault. These results imply that the Sora Sub-basin would have opened earlier than the North Sora Sub-basin.
Trends in the developing era to discover and design peptide-based treatments throughout an epidemic infection scenario such as COVID-19 could progress into a more efficient and low-cost therapeutic environment. However, the weakening of proteolysis is one downside of natural peptide drugs. But, peptidomimetics may help resolve this issue. In this review, peptide and peptide-based drug discovery were summarized to target one key entry mechanism of severe coronavirus pulmonary emboli syndrome (SARS-CoV-2), which encompasses the association of the host angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 (ACE2) receptor and viral spike (S) protein. Furthermore, the benefits of proteins, peptides and other possible actions that have been studied for COVID-19 through new peptide-based treatments are discussed in the review. Lastly, an overview of the peptide-based drug therapy environment is comprised of an evolutionary viewpoint, structural properties, operational thresholds, and an explanation of the therapeutic area.
The aim of this study was to control the outbreak of food pathogen through quantitative microbial risk assessment (QMRA). We used Monte Calro Simulation (MCS) to predict contamination levels of Staphylococcus aureus on the raw materials, equipments and cook in Japanese restaurant located in Seoul. The result of sensitivity analysis showed that the most significant factor for the outbreak of food pathogen was consumption temperature and storage time. In shrimp and octopus sushi, 'consumption temperature' was the highest sensitivity value of 0.419 followed by 'storage time' of 0.374. To increase safety of sushi, consumers should have sushi as soon as possible after cooking. In sushi 'storage time after cooking' was determined as Critical Control Point (CCP). To determine Control Limit (CL), Scenario Analysis (SA) was carried out. In sushi, SA was carried out using storage time as a unit condition. Safety level of S. aureus was set lower than 5 log CFU/g. After 2 hr 'storage time' the number of S. aureus increased to 3.908 log CFU/g. Therefore, 'storage time' of sushi was set as CL in case of room temperature storage.
DNA barcode sequences of commercial seafood products, which are difficult to morphologically discriminate, were analyzed to determine cases of food fraud. The gene sequences were analyzed by amplifying the COX I (cytochrome C oxidase subunit I) gene region of mitochondrial DNA, which is mainly used for species identification. The DNA barcode sequences were compared with the gene sequence of each fish registered in the US National Center for Biotechnology. A total of 46 processed seafood products (12 Pagrus majo, 4 Oplegnathus fasciatus, 7 Dentex tumifrons, 2 Acanthopagrus schlegelii, 7 Oreochromis niloticus, 6 Branchiostegus japonicus, 8 Branchiostegus albus) were investigated. Having DNA sequence identity of more than 97% was judged as the same species. As a result of this study, no cases of forgery and alteration were detected. However, some disparities in the commercial names used in local markets and the standard names given in the Korea Food Code were found, which may cause confusion for consumers. It is therefore suggested that the standard name or scientific name be displayed on seafood product labels.
The purpose of this study is to compare death the Korean Buddhist understanding of death with that of Daesoon Jinrihoe. Various concepts, including reincarnation (輪廻), myeongbu (冥府, 'the postmortem offices' or 'afterworld') and the Ten Kings (十王) of the afterworld are used to explain views on death in both religions. However, these concepts differ not only in their content and categorization, but also in terms of the meaning they occupy within the doctrines of each religion. In other words, although many similarities can be found between Buddhism and Daesoon Jinrihoe's concept of reincarnation, at the same time, differences between them can also be pointed out. The differences include the period of time between one's death and reincarnation and also the importance of reliance upon other people or divine powers during the reincarnation process. With regard to ideas involving myŏngbu, there are far more differences than similarities. Both Buddhism and Daesoon Jinrihoe shares a similar notion of an afterlife judgment presided over by the Ten Kings. However, many differences can be found when it comes to Daesoon Jinrihoe other view of myŏngbu, known as 'myeongbu gongsa (the Reordering Works of Myeongbu).' These works are considered to be of great doctrinal importance in Daesoon Jinrihoe. Therefore, the concepts of reincarnation and myeongbu that appear in both traditions should not be considered identical and need to be redefined accordingly in comparative contexts. In other words, the concepts of reincarnation, myeongbu, and the Ten Kings as they appear in the Daesoon Thought should first be differentiated from their counterparts found in Buddhism and then be redefined in the context of the new and independent system of thought in which they exist. These concepts should then be applied to broader theoretical discourse on religion.
This thesis explores the relationship between Dominic Cooke's film (2017) and classical music. To analyze the relationship, researchers applied precedent research to the study. The relationship between the final scene of the movie King's Speech (2010) and the volume and instrumental changes of the Beethoven Symphony is analyzed by David Bashwiner, and Soohwan Ahn analyzed semantic association between the hotel conversation scene in a and Debussy's Arabesque. In addition, the study of application of Schumann's Träumerei to films was used as a methodology to find out how extra-musical information build meaningful sonority. Mozart's K.593, Haydn's Op.77 No.1, and Schubert's D.810 were used in the movie . This study analyzed the functions of Mozart, Haydn, and Schubert's music in . In order to express the relationship between the characters and their inner intentions, this film utilized the relationship between instruments, musical information and non-musical information of the pieces. Through this study, it is analyzed that the information of classical music functions and the core information of the plot of the movie combine together to improve the understanding of narrative.

This study aims to analyze music of Yoon-sang, as a part of musical research, which is the most fundamental approach among academic studies on Korean popular music. Yoon-Sang is a representative composer, who has gone through the 1980s to the present. The result of analysis of 21 songs created by Yoon-Sang showed that his songs are mostly characterized by tonal music, in which chord relationships develop focusing on keynotes. The reason why his music does not sound uniform pursuing stability is he properly added the progression of chromatic chords, based on diatonic chords and melodies. Dominant 7th chord and diminished 7th chord are used the most among diverse techniques adding chromatic colors. Along with these chords, chromatic intervals are used not only in chord progression but also in melodies. The successive, ascending or descending movement of the base line is his common composition and arrangement technique revealed in every song. One of formal changes with the stream of the times is that the number of measured in the pre-chorus and interlude that were of great importance in his songs of the 1990s decreased over time. With regard to harmonic changes, whereas modulation between parts was applied to his 2 songs created in the 2010s. Yoon-Sang's music had one strong tonality overall, but his music began to have more than two tonalities starting the 2010s, and this is a big variation in his music.
