Alternative computer access devices are one of the ways for the physically disabled to meet their desire to participate in social activities. Most of these devices provide access to computers by using their feet or heads. However, it is not easy to control the mouse by using their feet, head, etc. with physical disabilities. In this paper, we propose a computer access system for the physically disabled. The proposed system can move the mouse only by the user's gaze using the eye-tracking technology. The mouse can be clicked through the external button which is relatively easy to press, and the character can be inputted easily and quickly through the voice recognition. It also provides detailed functions such as mouse right-click, double-click, drag function, on-screen keyboard function, internet function, scroll function, etc.

It's hard to express a lot of information within the drawings and the specifications as construction projects have gradually become large-size and complex. So, disputes are caused by that and reason that the usual practice(culture) of contract of the constructions in Korea is based on unfair rather than the fair principle between clients and contractors. However, the contractors don't try to solve this kind of things because they are worried about at their disadvantage situation. Therefore, this paper deduced the factors in the pre-dispute phase by analysing the cases of the civic counseling in the office of supply and the pre-dispute factors, and conduct analysis on the factors' importance by using AHP. The results will be used for a check-list to prevent the disputes.

Complexity in construction projects has increased over the years, which has led to an increase in the number of organizations involved in those projects. In today's environment, these organizations operate in different parts of the world requiring their personnel to be geographically distributed. So, these organizations construct and utilize the information systems. However, looking into this systems' content, those use two-dimensional planes such as pictures and drawings to check the scheduling etc., which cause the defect of communication and problems such as change order. Accordingly, this study introduces the Web 3Ds and 3D Libraries, intends to present the effect on modeling of three-dimensional work structure using Web 3D in cyberspace.

Geological and related thematic maps make various economical and social benefits at many sectors. Recently, development of information managing technology such as GIS, Geographic Information System, enlarges the usage of geological map and information. In this research, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, we analyzed the weight of attributes which compose value of geological map and information. Results of research are as follows. By the analysis of the weight of attributes, we found that the weight of confidence, upper hierarchy attribute, was above 50%. The weight of convenience and additional effect was about $16%{\sim}30%$ in the geological map, geophysical map, geochemical map and hydrogeologic map. And the consumption of each maps will increase, especially in large scale map.

A recent trend for product development requires that product design firms participate in every process in cooperations with clients. So, this study proposed an advanced practical management process for product design according to the new trend Because existing processes explain summary steps just including market research, design, engineering, manufacturing., to support the recent trend, an extended process which explains every steps should be prepared. Design development precesses include initial meeting, contact, kick-off meeting, market research, idea sketch, rendering, design drawing, design mock-up, design manual, engineering drawing, ES mock up, mold, manufacturing, and patent. To manage these whole design processes, designers should have abundant knowledge about them. This process has three merits: 1) understanding the whole processes, 2)the unity between design and manufactures, 3)collecting accurate information by market research, 4)elevating design quality. So, designers are able to manage whole product development processes. This practical management process proposes an advanced structure for product design development, and can be accepted for various product design development environments.

Since beginning of subway construction in 1974, for supplying the demand for increasing urban traffic and solving the traffic jam due to expansion of society and elevation of an individual income, the $1^{st}\;and\;2^{nd}$ construction have been almost done and $3^{rd}$ has been driving forward. However, according to an increment of com-mon usage with the passage of time, structures are superannuated and the amount of improvement and repairs keeps on increasing continuous. And many problems are taking place at underground space because of new constructions for underground facilities such as urban gas, electric power, waterworks, and sewerage. In consequence. The consideration of a counterplan for safety is required deeply This study analyzed problems on maintenance of structure about $1^{st}$ class subway, and will present means that a manage civil structures scientifically and systematically by using GSIS concept that imported into several organizations for facility management recently as making digital graphic elements and historic data into a database rather than using an old method - documents and paper drawings.

The customer relation marketing in which companies can utilize to control and to get the filtered information efficiently has appeared in ubiquitous commerce. It is applying data mining technique to build the management that can even predict and recommend products to customers. In this paper, we proposed the case of customer relation management application using the associative mining. The proposed method uses the associative mining composes frequent customers with occurrence of candidate customer-set creates the association rules. We analyzed the efficient the feature of purchase customers using the hypergraph partition according to the lift of creative association rules. Therefore, we discovered strategies of the cross-selling and the up-selling. To estimate the performance, the suggested method is compared with the existing methods in the questionnaire dataset. The results have shown that the proposed method significantly outperforms the accuracy than the previous methods.

SHOP DWG의 현주소 어디까지 왔는가? 설계에서 제조에 이르는 전 과정을 컴퓨터로 제어하고 관리하는 기술. 캐드(CAD)와 캠(CAM)은 각각 computer-aided design,computer-aided manufacturing의 약칭으로 컴퓨터보조설계와 컴퓨터보조생산을 뜻한다. CAD는 설계도면을 한 장씩 수작업으로 제도하지 않고 설계 데이터베이스의 정보를 CRT(cathode ray tube)에서 화상을 보고 합성하면서 설계하므로 작업을 최적화 할 수 있다. CAD로 설계된 설계도의 내용은 CAM을 통해 NC(수치제어)공작기계에 정확한 작업동작을 지시하게 되며, 작업관리∙가공∙조립∙검사 등의 제조과정을 컴퓨터로 관리하여 작업속도와 제품의 정밀성을 높이게 된다. 최근에는 건축현장의 2D system이 보편화되어 있지만 건축현장의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 기계설비의 기계실, 또는 조립화 공법 등에는 3차원 CAD∙CAM시스템이 개발되어 입체형상을 화면에 3차원으로 재현할 수 있고, 대상물의 표면적∙부피∙무게∙강도 등의 물리적 성질도 자동 계산하여 최적상태에서 현장의 시공에 적용할 수 있게 되었다. 1960년대 초 미국에서 자동차 모델∙엔진, 항공기 부품 등 의 설계에 수작업의 한계를 느껴 개발되었으며, 한국에서는 70년대 중반에 도입되어 운용되고 있다. 이에 따라 프로그램 회사들은 다양한 방법 등을 SHOP DWG에 적용하여 판매경쟁이 치열하다. (주)우진아이엔에스는 급속한 산업경제의 변화와 무한경쟁시대에 보다 나은 기술개발 투자에도 노력을 기울여, 2000년 11월 용인공장, 생산라인을 천안으로 이전, 확장 하여 배관 및 닥트의 CAD-CAM SYSTEM, P.F.P공법, 기계실3D, 블럭화배관, 닥트자동화 시스템, 설계, 용접공정을 공장화시켰으며, 신 개발품인 S.C.D(SEMI-CON DUCT)를 신설하여 모든 건축물에 맞는 필수적인 제품을 생산함으로써 선택의 폭을 넓히고, 현장 시공능력 효율을 높이고 있다. 이번 호에서는 (주)우진아이엔에스가 95년 설계팀을 발족하여 제로시스템의 3D공법을 공장 및 현장의 SHOP DWG에 적용해왔고 최근에는“서초 프로젝트A”현장에 SHOP DWG의 최대 결집체인 3D활용의 조립화 공법을 적용하여 초고층 오피스텔현장을 시공한 사례를 게재한다. 우진아이엔에스는 30여년의 기술 축척을 바탕으로 최고의 기술력과 풍부한 경험을 통해 아셈무역센타, 타워팰리스1차, 3차 및 목동트라팰리스, 분당트리폴리스, 수원삼성전자 R4, 등 국내굴지의 초고층빌딩 시공을 근거로 초고층의 기본설계를 이해하고 SHOP DWG을 통해서 기계설비공사의 향후 나아갈 지표를 제시하고 있다.

An analysis model of noise map is proposed to evaluate and reduce the acoustical noise of power plant and its surroundings. The sound powers of many noise sources are estimated by measuring the sound levels of major equipments in the power plant. The analysis of noise has been made by using ENPro that is a commercial program for environmental noise prediction. The proposed model is verified by comparing the results from noise analysis and measurement at several points of the power plant units 1 through 4, and residential areas. It is shown that noise map simulation using the proposed model has a reliability, since the overall noise level approximates within the error of ±2 dB. Furthermore, through noise analysis, the increasing effect of noise due to newly established units 5 and 6 on residential areas is also analyzed. Consequently, the noise barrier is designed to meet an environmental noise standard and satisfy low cost and safety conditions.

Jeju're behind in communicating with the public and local population compared to the national registration number of the best art galleries and the relatively low awareness needed to promote alternative that fits the times. QR Code excel in design and favorable approach to provide the identity of the drawing and the information is being used to promote a variety of mediators of the museum. However, most of the Jeju Museum of Art is the situation with incomplete registration of the design development design development requires QR code is a feasible reality. In this study, I analyze the semantics of the Museum Identity divided into six places in Jeju registered public art gallery in the signifier and signified. Proposed a design QR code QR code developed and developing design reflects the Museum Identity of development based on a selection of four places to the use case analysis of the design according to the value of properties.
