  • At the time when interest in the use of big data is rising in the face of the technological paradigm shift of the 4th industrial revolution, interest in the use of patented big data is increasing, especially as the proportion of intangible assets of companies increases. In addition to quantitative information, patent data contains various information such as unstructured text such as title, abstract, claim, citation and citation relations, drawings, and technology classification. It is judged that the use of treatment is important. Therefore, in this study, in order to systematically operate the innovative patent strategy framework and to secure a competitive advantage by strengthening the fundamental technological competitiveness of the company, we propose a method of using patent big data centering on the case of Company A, and verify its validity. I would like to suggest some implications. Through this, it is intended to raise awareness of the use of patent big data, and to suggest ways to use patent big data in connection with the company's company-wide strategy, business strategy, and functional strategy.

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) data is a digitized construction design by worldwide construction design stands rules. Some research are being conducted to utilize blockchain for safe sharing and trade of BIM data, but there is no way to store BIM data directly in the blockchain due to the size of BIM data and technical limitation of the blockchain. In this paper, we propose a method of storing BIM data by combining a distributed file system and a blockchain. We propose two network overlays for storing BIM data, and we also propose generating the Level of Detail (LOD)-based merkle tree for efficient verification of BIM data. In addition, this paper proposes a system design for distributed storage of BIM data by using blockchain besu client and IPFS client. Our system design has a result that the processing speed stably increased despite the increase in data size.

Efficient Semi-systolic Montgomery multiplier over GF(2m)

  • Finite field arithmetic operations play an important role in a variety of applications, including modern cryptography and error correction codes. In this paper, we propose an efficient multiplication algorithm over finite fields using the Montgomery multiplication algorithm. Existing multipliers can be implemented using AND and XOR gates, but in order to reduce time and space complexity, we propose an algorithm using NAND and NOR gates. Also, based on the proposed algorithm, an efficient semi-systolic finite field multiplier with low space and low latency is proposed. The proposed multiplier has a lower area-time complexity than the existing multipliers. Compared to existing structures, the proposed multiplier over finite fields reduces space-time complexity by about 71%, 66%, and 33% compared to the multipliers of Chiou et al., Huang et al., and Kim-Jeon. As a result, our multiplier is proper for VLSI and can be successfully implemented as an essential module for various applications.

  • We study the problem of selecting a subset of sensor nodes in sensor networks in order to maximize the performance of parameter estimation. To achieve a low-complexity sensor selection algorithm, we propose a greedy iterative algorithm that allows us to select one sensor node at a time so as to maximize the log-determinant of the inverse of the estimation error covariance matrix without resort to direct minimization of the estimation error. We apply QR factorization to the observation matrix in the log-determinant to derive an analytic selection rule which enables a fast selection of the next node at each iteration. We conduct the extensive experiments to show that the proposed algorithm offers a competitive performance in terms of estimation performance and complexity as compared with previous sensor selection techniques and provides a practical solution to the selection problem for various network applications.

  • Ship is a huge system including a variety of pipe arrangements. Pipes are installed according to the design layout, however the end poistion of pipes are not well matched owing to its measurement and construction errors. In this situation, the customized pipe fitting is frequently designed to connect with both pipes, the position of which are manually measured. This paper focused that these two coordinates are measured by point cloud from RGBD sensor and the relative transformation induced by positional and orientational differences is calculated by inverse kinematics in robotics theory. Therefore, the result applies for the methodology of the pipe connection design. The pipe coordinate that is estimated by the matching and the probabilistic RANSAC method will be verified by experiments. The kinematic design parameters are computationally calculated by using the minimum degree of freedom that connects both pipe coordinates.

PS-NC Genetic Algorithm Based Multi Objective Process Routing

  • This paper presents a process routing (PR) algorithm with multiple objectives. PR determines the optimum sequence of operations for transforming a raw material into a completed part within the available machining resources. In any computer aided process planning (CAPP) system, selection of the machining operation sequence is one of the most critical activities for manufacturing a part and for the technical specification in the part drawing. Here, the goal could be to generate the sequence that optimizes production time, production cost, machine utilization or with multiple these criteria. The Pareto Stratum Niche Cubicle (PS NC) GA has been adopted to find the optimum sequence of operations that optimize two conflicting criteria; production cost and production quality. The numerical analysis shows that the proposed PS NC GA is both effective and efficient to the PR problem.

  • This study's purpose is to revive pre-construction situation earlier than construction of media facade using light-emitting diode, and analyze the strong and weak points of simulation image making process and technology, including lots of expressing methods. Exterior building decoration that was originated from Super Graphic led to the LED construction with a trend of increased night activities of these days. Initial Super Graphic was just in the level of deciding what to do with simple CAD drawings, but today's media facade construction is not so simple as the previous ones. This is because of the problems that should think about balances between neighboring environment and buildings, including high construction costs. According to survey results, media facade construction simulation's various expressing methods, its processes of analysis, and its strong & weak points will suggest standards for its size of construction and simulation purpose, including recommending suggestions that can respond rapidly by clients' diverse demands.

  • The study empirically delves into the longitudinal transition of the urban core of Naju City in Korea. For the purpose, the ASA (Angular Segment Analysis) technique of Space Syntax has been adopted to investigate the cadastral maps on the GIS platform for the five chosen years since 1920. In particular, the global integration map as well as box plot statistics have been used to capture the time-series consequences. The findings indicate that the old downtown is no more a monocentric city core and the center of the City has far moved eastward near the new Gwangju-Jeonam Innovation City especially during the period between 2000 and 2020.

  • 안드로이드 시장이 급성장함에 따라 안드로이드 기반 어플리케이션에 대한 수요가 많아지고 있다. 그로 인해 3D 그래픽적 기능을 요구하는 어플리케이션에 대한 요구도 늘어났다. 그러나 안드로이드 단말기에서는 3D 처리능력이 데스크 탑과 비교하여 성능과 서비스에 한계가 있다. 그렇기 때문에 VNC(Virtual Network Computing)를 사용하여 고성능의 그래픽을 요구하는 프로그램을 실행할 수 있게 된다. VNC 란 클라이언트에서 데스크 탑으로 접속하여 원격으로 제어하고 그 결과를 그래픽으로 확인하는 프로그램이다. 그러나 기존의 Android VNC 는 해상도가 낮고, 이미지 전송 속도가 느리기 때문에 3D 렌더링 이미지 처리가 불가능했다. 또한 Android VNC 는 인터페이스가 불편하여 입력 오류가 많아 사용이 불편했다는 단점 등이 지적되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위한 Android Turbo VNC 를 제안한다. Android Turbo VNC는 libjpeg-turbo 코덱을 적용하여 3D 이미지 부분에서 기존의 Android VNC 에 비하여 약 80~120%의 이미지 개선과 이미지 압축률을 4 배정도 높여 CAD 와 같은 고성능의 그래픽을 요구하는 프로그램의 사용을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 Android Turbo VNC 에서는 기존 Android VNC 의 불편한 UI 를 개선하였다. 클라우드 서버에서는 CAD, Document, Game, Video, General 총 5 가지의 프로그램을 서비스하여 그에 맞는 테마 별 UI 를 제공한다. libjpeg-turbo 코덱의 적용을 통해 Android-Turbo VNC 는 수십 장의 설계 도면을 굳이 들고 다니지 않더라도 하나의 테블릿 PC 안에서 보는 것이 가능하게 된다. 테마별 UI 중 CAD 테마는 3D CAD 를 사용하는 산업현장에서 적극적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

A Selection of Building Registration Method to Construct the Three Dimensional Information Cadastral Map (3차원정보지적도 모형 구축을 위한 건물등록 방법 선정)

  • Recently, in a field of cadastre, a computerization of cadastral map is in progress with great growth of GSIS field. Also, the needs fer the integration of land and building information are widely increasing for integral-management and its application of various land related information. Through a revision of cadastral laws to replace the existing 2D-Cadastre with the 3D-Cadastre, a legal basis to register the position of buildings and facilities is prepared in the governmental or civil fields. This paper presented 3D-Cadastre theory that has been studied on Europe and surveyed building position directly with Totalstation at cadastral control point after choosing pilot test area, Also, the most efficient surveying method of registering building in a cadastral map is presented with comparing and analyzing building position after surveying digital orthophoto and digital map. And it is constructed a 3D information cadastral map model that can make the integral management of land, building, connecting land recorders, building management ledgers, building titles, building pictures, and related attribute information.
