  • 최근 제품데이타관리 시스템 내에서 관리되는 데이터들은 보다 복잡한 구조와 다양한 형태를 가지게 되었으며, 이들 데이터들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 새로운 기법으로 객체지향기법이 대두되었다. 객체지향 기법 및 기술은 시스템의 생산성과 재사용성을 향상시키고 보다 실세계에 근접한 개념으로 프로그램의 설계와 구현을 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 객체지향적 패러다임을 이용하여 기술정보관리 시스템 내에서 제품개발의 전반에 걸쳐 생성되는 도면무서, 부품 및 BOM 등의 데이터 관리 요소들을 객체지향으로 분석 및 설계하였으며, 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 객체지향 분석 및 설계를 위해서는 Rumbaugh의 OMT(Object Modeling Technique) 방법을 이용하였으며, 개발된 프로토타입은 크게 도면 및 부품관리 모듈과 BOM모듈로 구분된다. 부품 및 도면관리모듈은 PowerBuilder로, BOM모듈은 Visual C++로 개발되어 서로 독립적으로 수행되도록 구성하였으며, 이들간에 데이터교환이 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 구현된 객체지향 BOM관리모듈은 BOM구조복사 및 관계형 데이터베이스와 연결, OPTION관리 등의 기능을 포함하고 있다.

A Study on the Possibility of 2D Design Drawing Implementation by Revit Architecture (Revit Architecture를 이용한 2D 설계도면 구현 가능성에 관한 연구)

  • BIM(Building Information Modeling) enables 3D model-base management for all information produced by construction project during its life cycle. Also as a national policy, BIM has been institutionalized as design criteria. But, on the matter of 2D drawing using BIM software (Revit Architecture), it has been recognized as difficult to realize the same quality drawing drawn by CAD. The purpose of this study is verifying the possibility of printable design drawing implemented by BIM software at the same quality of 2D shop drawing drawn by 2D CAD. Through the analysis of basic design elements of 3D BIM software and 2D CAD software, with the case of partial cross sectional drawing which is most faithful representation of the basic design elements, this study find out that the 3D BIM software can produce the same quality 2D printable drawing utilizing its implicit function.

Analysis of Substitutability of 2D Electronic Drawing Using the BIM Model -Focusing on the Electronic Delivery System in Road Field- (BIM 모델을 활용한 2D 전자도면 대체 가능성 분석 -도로분야 전자납품체계를 대상으로-)

  • With the recent increase in BIM orders in civil engineering, project owners are supplied with BIM-based products. Due to the lack of related guidelines, however, and the vague regulations on the creation and level of drawings as well as on the products list, many owners receive BIM-based products along with the existing 2D products. This can lead to task overlapping by designers or contractors and can cause the owners to have more data to maintain. If the existing 2D-based electronic supply system is changed to a BIM ordering system to reduce such a burden, it is necessary to examine the 2D products that can be extracted from or substituted for the BIM model so as to minimize the overlapping products. Therefore, in this study, BIM modeling of road construction projects whose enforcement plan by the Ministry of Land and Transportation has been completed was conducted, and based on the study results, the possibility of extracting 2D drawings from a total of 3,767 drawing items was determined. The results showed that 2,549 drawing items (67%) could be extracted as 2D drawings from the BIM model, and in particular, drawing items related to general connection work, earthwork, and amenities work could be most effectively substituted. The results of this study can be used as the base data for reducing the number of 2D drawings or substituting them in developing a BIM-based product supply system in the future.

  • The aim of this study is for performing the efficient and systematic facility maintenance management by using 2D CAD data and the technique of updating spatial DB. The existing system of the facility maintenance management and the performance is not properly made out utilizing the information about the construction drawings. Moreover, the management of the DB renewal, which is about the information of construction drawing, is not carried out properly Furthermore, this study draw the conclusion on the effectiveness of reducing maintaining active by the lack of the interior and exterior location information. This study suggest the method of the efficient maintenance management of facilities by using the technique of updating spatial DB and the facility location information.

  • 현재의 NATM터널에 대한 물량은 설계도면을 기반으로 산출되는데, 이러한 방법은 수작업에 많이 의존하게 되므로 실수로 인한 물량의 오류와 사람의 능력에 따른 물량의 차이가 나타나게 된다. 본 연구는 BIM기반의 모델에서 자동적으로 물량을 산출하여 물량산출의 오류나 차이점을 바로잡고 설계변경에 따른 물량산출작업을 효율적으로 수행하려는 프로젝트에 필요한 BIM 모델링을 통한 물량산출 프로세스의 가이드라인을 제시한다. 또한, 여러 BIM 프로그램들은 각각의 모델링 및 물량산출 방식을 가지고 있어서 하나의 프로세스로 통합하기 어려운 문제가 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 Autodesk사의 Revit Structure에 적합한 작업 프로세스에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하며 NATM 터널의 전체 구간이 아닌 본선구간만을 대상으로 한다. 본 연구는 전체적인 NATM 터널의 BIM기반 물량산출 모델링 프로세스를 BIM 모델링과 BIM 물량산출로 분리하였다. BIM 모델링 프로세스는 물량산출의 대상과 범위 설정, 모델링을 위한 CAD도면 작성, 패밀리 파일의 설정, 공종별 모델링 작업으로 구성된다. 물량산출의 대상과 범위 설정 단계에서는 NATM 터널의 CAD 파일과 수량 산출서를 분석하여 물량산출을 위한 공종별 물량산출 범위를 확정하고, 도면에 표시되지 않는 물량정보를 파악하여 물량 값을 정확하게 산출할 수 있도록 하며, 모델링을 위한 CAD도면 작성 단계에서는 Revit Structure 특성을 고려하여 모델링에 참조하는 CAD 도면을 Revit Structure에서의 모델링에 적합하게 편집해야한다. 그리고 패밀리 파일의 설정과 공종별 모델링 작업 단계에서는 CAD도면과 Revit Structure의 패밀리 파일과의 단위를 일치시키고 NATM 터널의 특성에 맞게 공종별 모델링을 실시한다. BIM 물량산출 프로세스는 모델링 데이터의 분할, 패밀리의 재구성, 물량산출로 구성된다. 모델링 데이터의 분할단계에서는 물량산출의 목적에 맞게 CAD에서 기준선을 작성하여 공종별 모델링이 작성된 패밀리 파일로 불러온 다음 모델을 분할해야한다. 그리고 패밀리의 재구성과 물량산출단계에서는 분할된 공종별 모델의 패밀리 파일을 프로젝트 파일로 불러온 다음 물량산출의 목적에 맞게 재배치하여 물량을 산출한다.

  • Revit program is one of the architectural design programs based on the BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which is attracting attention as a next-generation three-dimensional architectural design technique. Revit is a program that enhances the information input side and makes it easy to understand components by making it an object called an information family of components from the design stage, but there is no program that easily compares the drawing output files extracted from this program. It is difficult to analyze the changes to the same drawings modified at the time of collaboration and easily share the drawing information. In this paper, we propose and implement a version management system for the output files on the same drawing, so that the parallel collaboration work of output drawing files through Revit can be efficiently performed. We propose an improved KMP algorithm.

  • In the domestic construction field, there are a lot of problems related to construction information exchange and sharing owing to the absence of construction drawing information exchange standard. To solve the problems effectively, it is necessary to apply STEP standard that is international standard and standard technology for achieving the establishment of Construction CALS. This study focus on suggesting a methodology to solve problems which occur to the current construction drawing information exchanging and sharing practice. The domestic and foreign standardization projects related to the construction drawing information have been investigated and analyzed. In result, a methodology of applying the STEP standard has been suggested. In addition, a verification and certification methodology for applying the CALS/EC construction drawing information exchange standard(STEP) have been suggested.

Study on AR/VR Model Generation Techniques Using Piping Isometric Drawing Files (배관 ISO도면 파일 기반 AR/VR모델 생성 기법 연구)

  • This paper presents a method to generate three-dimensional AR/VR models using the information in Isogen data files (IDFs). An IDF is an output file produced by ISOGEN that contains piping isometric drawings. A piping isometric drawing is used for pipeline installation in the shipyard; therefore, the drawing describes assembly information with symbolic features, not with detailed geometric features. An IDF specifies relationships between piping routes and components with three-dimensional points and tag information as well as the bill of the materials of a pipeline. The key idea of this paper is that AR/VR models can be generated with the piping route points data and piping components tag information in real time, without any conversion of standard data exchange file formats, such as STP, IGES, and SAT. This paper describes IDF data structure and suggests the geometry generation process with IDF data and parametric functions.

Analysis of Confusion of Azalea Cultivars and Its Actual State of Use in Landscaping Businesses (조경업체에서의 철쭉재배품종의 혼선 및 이용실태 분석)

  • This study was conducted to examine the state of confusion about those azalea cultivars(hereinafter, Azalea Cultivars) that are used among practicians in landscaping businesses(designers, constructors, and producers). Which Azalea Cultivars would be delivered when they were ordered to producers using the names of Azalea Cultivars notified by the Public Procurement Service. In addition, the situations of azalea cultivar planting designs in the planting design drawings of three apartments completed recently and whether the Azalea Cultivars on the design drawings were the same as those Azalea Cultivars that were actually planted were examined. When Azalea Cultivars were ordered using the notified names, three Azalea Cultivars; Beni, Three, and Daewang were delivered for the name Yeongsanhong and two Azalea Cultivars; Zasanhong and Hancheol were delivered for the name Zasanhong. Yeongsanhong was perceived as a common name of Beni, Three, and Daewang by producers. Therefore, this caused confusion between producers and purchasers. In the case of Zasanhong, as the traits of Zasanhong are similar to those of the cultivar Hancheol, the producers or purchasers might have been unable to clearly distinguish between the cultivars and thus two cultivars might have been delivered without being distinguished from each other. The names of Azalea Cultivars used in planting design drawings were the names notified by the notifying agencies or comprehensive and unclear names such as azalea and Yeongsanhong. Completely different Azalea Cultivars from those written in planting design drawings were planted in actual construction sites in many cases. These situations should have occurred because designers did not write accurate cultivar names in planting design drawings and constructors could not accurately perceive the classification characteristics of individual Azalea Cultivars but planted those Azalea Cultivars with similar flowers colors or those that could be easily bought to fit the conditions of construction sites.

3차원 레이저 스캐너를 이용한 사면 관리기법 연구

  • 최근의 급속한 기술 발달을 통해 고전적인 측량 기법을 극복한 3차원 레이저 스캐너를 댐 관리기법의 연구에 적용하였다. 다목적댐과 같은 대규모 댐의 경우, 댐체 변형 특성 파악 및 주변 사면 안정성 연구 등과 관련하여 많은 측량이 필요하지만, 주로 제한된 점 (point)자료를 획득하여 분석하는 데 그쳤다. 본 연구에서는 이를 극복하기 위하여 3차원 레이저 스캐너 장비를 도입하여 조사하고자 하는 대상체에 대해 3차원 디지털 좌표를 다량으로 획득하여 이를 분석 처리함으로써 보다 효율적으로 댐 관리가 이루어지도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 보강 사면에 대한 변형 특성을 파악하기 위해, 7개월 간격으로 3차원 스캐닝을 통해 좌표 값을 획득하여 이의 분석을 통해 향후 거동에 대해 예측하였다. 분석을 위해 두 시기의 스캐닝 자료를 병합(registration)하여 상대차이를 분석하고, 틀어진 각을 측정하였다. 또한 도면이 존재하지 않는 지자체의 댐에 대한 신속 측량을 3차원 레이저 스캐너로 대체하기 위한 방안에 대해 제시하고, 준공예정인 댐에 대한 스캐닝을 수행하여 설계 도면과의 비교 검토 결과를 분석하였으며, 향후 다양한 이용 방안에 대한 검토와 토론을 제안하고자 한다.
