Control of Inverted Pendulum Using Continuous Time Deadbeat Control (연속계 Deadbeat 제어를 적용한 도립진자 제어)

  • Due to the asymptotic Property, deadbeat control can hardly be applied to the continuous time system control. But some delay element method can deal such a problem. Besides delay element nan well-known digital deadbeat control can be used by the aid of some smoothing elements. in this paper, 2nd order smoothing element is used for the smoothing or the digital deadbeat controller. And this element is argumented to the plant and so control problem is to control digitally the argumented system. We simulated this control system using Matlab language and finally apply this algorithm to the rotary inverted pendulum system.

  • 본 논문에서는 생물학적인 DNA와 유전자 알고리즘의 진화 메커니즘에 근거를 둔 DNA 코딩방법을 변형하여 새로운 DNA 코딩 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 DNA 코딩 방법이 DNA 유전자의 Redundancy와 Over-lapping 성질 때문에 갖고 있는 DNA 자체의 특성인 염색체의 길이를 자유자재로 변화시킬 수 있는 코딩 기술에 진화단계에서 변형을 가할 수 있는 새로운 유전자 알고리즘을 추가하여, 초기에 국소해로 접근하는 일반적인 유전자 알고리즘의 위험 부담률을 줄이고, 전역 해로의 접근 가능성을 높이는 방법을 제시한다. 또한. 이 변형된 DNA 코딩 방법의 가능성을 입증하기 위하여 시스템 제어에 필요한 지식을 표현하는 적당한 퍼지 규칙을 후건부의 매개변수의 동조만을 통하여 획득하고, 이 규칙에 변형된 DNA 코딩 방법을 적용하여 최적화 된 새로운 퍼지규칙 획득 알고리즘을 개발한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 이용한 퍼지 제어기를 설계하고. 이 제어기의 유용성을 입증하기 위하여 병렬형 이중 도립진자 시스템에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 실행한 결과 효과적으로 퍼지규칙을 획득하고 제어함을 알 수 있다.

  • This paper presents a design of a multi-objective $H_2/H_{\infty}$ controller of an inverted pendulum with polytopic model by the stabilizing regulator and tracking performances. Multi-objective controllers are designed for polytopic models by the LMI design technique with convex algorithms. It is observed that the inverted pendulum controlled by any controller designed for each polytopic model is stably restored to the vertical angle position for initial values of larger tilt angles.

  • In this paper, we propose the fuzzy-neural controller which is fuzzy controller with learning ability of neural network. The neural network in this controller is same as the membership function in current fuzzy controller and a parts of inference rules. And, it can be easily extend the control algorithm to multivariable systems. We can show effectiveness of the control algorithm through experiment of the inverted pendulum system.

  • In this thesis, after the inverted pendulum being made, its state equation was established with parameters obtained by the state space approach and its position stabilization control was performed with VSS. The switching function of VSS was obtained from pole placement method and as the result of VSS control was compared with that of optimal regulator control, its robustness was clarified in sliding mode. The position and stabilization control of the inverted pendulum Wstem were acomplished with VSS.

  • In the paper, a hybrid control approach for the swing-up control of a rotary type inverted pendulum is treated using one-chip microcomputer. The control approach is composed by a scheduling logic control for swing up control and the linear state feedback control to achieve the disired inverted-state of the pendulum. The experimental cystem has been implemented by a 16-bit one-chip microcomputer with 3096 opu as the digital controller incorporating the above mentioned control approach.

  • In this paper, an Inverted Pendelum is made and its state equation is formulated. Inverted Pendelum position and stabilization control is performed by variable structure system. Because conventional linear controller has difficulty in controlling inverted pendelum by precise method, VSS controller is chosen as a model to stabilize the Pendelum at the unstable equiblium point. In the experiment, the controller is implemented with the PC and it can stabilize the Inverted Pendelum.

  • In this paper, The PID controller for stabilization of an inverted pendulum system is proposed. The PR control rule is very common in control systems. It is the basic tool for solving most process control problem. We consider the inverted pendulum system containing two PID controllers. The first controls the angle of the pendulum. The second is used to control the position of the cart. We can show stabilization of the PID controller through simulation of the inverted pendulum system.

  • A linear chromosome combined with a grid-based representation of the network and a new crossover operator allow the evolution of the architecture and the weights simultaneously. In our approach there is no need for a separate weight optimization procedure and networks with more than one type of activation function can be evolved. In this paper one evolutionary' strategy of a given dual neural controller was introduced and the simulation results were described in detail through applications to a stabilization control of an Inverted Pendulum System.
