본 연구의 목적은 도시 지역에서 지진 발생시 중요한 대피로 역할을 하는 도로의 위험평가요소를 분석하고 데이터베이스(Database, DB)를 구축하는데 있다. 현재 우리나라는 도로의 체계적인 유지관리를 위해 도로관리통합시스템이 개발되어 있으나, 이는 도로대장전산화, 포장관리시스템, 교랑관리시스템, 도로절개면유지관리시스템 등에 한정되어 있다. 다시 말해서 재난 시 사람들이 신변의 안전을 확보할 수 있는 대피나 구급을 위한 통로로써의 도로에 대한 이해가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 분석을 토대로 방재관점의 도로관리를 위한 항목들을 자연환경, 시회환경, 도로 및 시설물, 유발요인 등으로 제안하고, 서울대학교 부근을 대상지역으로 하여 이들 요인을 DB화하였다. 이는 도로와 주변 환경 등을 동시에 고려하여 재난 발생 시 대피와 구조 활동을 위한 방재계획은 물론, 지역별 위험도평가 및 재해위험도작성에 기초 자료로 이용될 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 기구축된 GIS 자료가 아닌 현장 조사를 바탕으로 구축된 DB로, 방재관점의 통합된 DB의 필요성을 제시하는데 그 의미가 있을 것이다.

국토해양부는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사와 관련하여 발생하는 공사비 정보의 교환 및 공유를 목적으로 작업분류체계 기반의 공사비 관리 항목을 추가하여 전자설계도서 작성 납품 지침을 개정하였다. 이를 반영하고 문제점 개선 및 활성화를 위하여 5개 지방국토관리청에서 관리중인 10개 도로건설공사를 시범적용 사업으로 지정하여 발생하는 공사비 정보를 디지털 수량산출정보로 관리하고 있다. 시범사업을 진행하면서 건설공사에 발생하는 설계변경 업무를 전자화하여 관리하는 기능을 개발하고 추가 적용하였다. 이를 통해 건설사에서 생성한 설계변경 정보를 건설사와 발주처가 동일한 형태로 공사비 정보를 공유 및 관리 가능하도록 하였다.

프로젝트 관리 성숙도(Project Management Maturity Model)란 기업 조직의 프로젝트 관리 관행이나 도구 및 기법 적용의 성숙도 단계를 정의한 것이며, 계량적인 성숙도 측정을 통해 프로젝트 관리의 장단점을 파악하고 개선하여 기업의 성과를 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리성숙도를 활용하여 첫째, 한국 IT산업의 프로젝트 관리 성숙도를 측정하였고 둘째, 프로젝트 관리영역 중 범위관리와 원가관리의 계획 프로세스와 통제 프로세스간 성숙도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 원가관리와 위험관리의 성숙도가 타 영역에 비해 낮아 개선의 노력이 필요하며, 범위정의 프로세스와 범위변경통제 프로세스간 프로젝트 관리 성숙도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 성과로는 프로젝트 관리 성숙도 측정과 분석을 통해 기업의 프로젝트 관리 성숙도 향상과 프로젝트 성과 및 기업 성과 향상에 기여하는데 있다.

Recently, the volume of transportatin is higher by increasing rapid development and human or material interchange among districts. So, the importance of maintenance and management on existing road is come to the fore. In this study, we'd like to build prototypic Road Information Management System to keep road scientifically and efficiently on general road. We built the database of information about a drawing and register on ex-siting road using GSIS. So, we can offer information rapidly and accurately in road maintenance and management service through the query, update and statistic analysis function on road facility as well as AM.

현행 토지 지번 중심의 주소체계는 불규칙적인 지번의 배열으로 상호 연계성이 부족하여 사회적 비용이 발행, 이러한 문제 해결하고 국가경쟁력을 높이고자 선진국과 같은 체계적이고 합리적인 주소체계와 정확성, 일관성, 융통성, 경제성 등을 갖출 수 있는 도로방식에 의한 도로명과 건물번호를 체계적으로 부여하는 새로운 주소 체계를 도입하기로 하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 새주소 사업에 있어 핵심이 되는 새주소 관리 시스템과 관리시스템의 부 시스템인 도로명판관리 시스템에 관하여 제시한다.

현행 주소는 지번 주소체계로서 많은 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 이에 새로운 주소 체계의 도입이 시급한 실정이다. 따라서 효율적인 도로 중심체계의 도입으로 사용자의 편의와 경제적 파급효과를 누리고자 한다. 새주소 관리 시스템은 돌 중심 주소체계에 따른 건물, 도로, 도로명판, 이력 등의 효율적 관리를 위해 구축했는데 특히 건물관리를 중점으로 본 논문에서 서술하였다.

미국, 영국, 호주 등의 나라들은 최소의 비용으로 도로시설물의 기능을 유지 또는 개선하기 위한 방안으로 자산관리(asset management) 체계를 기반으로 한 정보시스템을 개발하고 있다. 한국은 아직까지 자산관리정보시스템에 대한 연구가 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 본 연구에는 사용자관점의 서비스 수준(level of service)과 경제성 분석기법 간의 관계를 토대로 도로시설물을 유지관리하기 위한 자산관리정보시스템을 개발하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Autonomous driving-related technologies are developing step by step by applying the degree of driving. It is essential that operational management technology for roads where autonomous vehicles move should also develop in line with autonomous driving technology. However, in the case of road operation management, it is currently managed using only two-dimensional information, showing limitations in the systematic operation management of lane and facility information and maintenance. This study proposed a plan to construct an operation management system architecture capable of 3D spatial information-based operation management by designing a convergence database that can process real-time big data with high-definition road map data. Through this study, when using a high-definition road map based operation management system for lane and facility maintenance in the future, it is possible to visualize and manage facilities, edit and analyze data of multiple users, link various GIS S/W and efficiently process large scale of real-time data.

Crack in Pavements have been continually increased a by water penetration Therefore, the cracks can result in deterioration of the pavements that could be extremely dangerous fro road users. Creak sealing work performed in outdoor is very dangerous, costly and labor intensive. To slove these problems, automated crack sealing systems have been developed. it Would be needed that work information related to crack sealing must be gathered in an effort to used for existing or future crack sealing work. Furthermore, work information related to crack sealing could be utilized in analyzing work productivity and condition. The primary objective of this study is to propose a PDA and Web-based system for work information management of crack sealing which enables to effectively interchange work information between head office and fields, and to accurately collect work information. Finally, it is anticipated that the effective use of the developed PDA and web-based system would be able to effectively share work Information, measure productivity, estimate costs as well as plan future work schedule.

For effective management of information about establishment and repair of road and road facilities, we built GPS-Van mapping system that CCD Cameras, GPS receivers and INS are integrated and using it surveyed test area. Suggested a scheme that possible put acquired data into photo database systematically. Prototype of road facilities management system using the database shows us that extraction of qualitative information and management are possible through relation attribute information. And it raise cognitive faculty of user about objects using field photographs.
