신호교차로의 서비스수준은 미국의 HCM 방식을 전세계적으로 준용하고 있으며, 우리나라도 1985년 미국 HCM을 기본으로 하여 우리나라의 특성을 반영한 보정계수 값들을 수정하여 지금까지 사용하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 한국 도로용량편람의 모태가 된 미국 HCM은 이미 94년 1차 수정판에 이어, 이를 더욱 보완해서 HCM 2000을 발간하여 실용화 단계에 있는 반면 92년에 발간된 한국도로용량편람은 발간 이후 빠른 속도로 변화해온 국내의 교통, 도로, 차량 특성과 다양해진 도로시설 유형의 변화를 신호교차로 서비스수준 분석에 적절히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 신호교차로 서비스수준 결정에 관한 연구의 기초작업으로 기존의 신호교차로 서비스수준 분석방법의 문제점을 보완하기 위한 새로운 분석방법론을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 한국 도로용량 편람과 미국 HCM 2000의 서비스수준 분석방법론 부분을 면밀히 비교 분석하고 두 나라의 지체식에 포함된 공통적인 변수(주기(C), 포화도(v/c), 용량(c), 녹색시간비(g/C))에 대한 민감도 분석과 미국 HCM 2000에 추가로 도입된 변수들에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행함으로서 한국 도로용량 편람의 문제점을 고찰하고 운전자의 행태나 도로의 기하조건이 외국의 경우와는 다른 우리나라 실정을 반영한 한국형 신호 교차로 서비스수준 정립 방안의 필요성을 제시하였다.

The objective of this study is to provide systematic design of the Korea's Integrated Road Transport System in intelligent transport systems. Integrated Road Transport System services support safety driving and traffic information for travellers, and rapid response of the system for emergency status not only dissemination of traffic for traffic but also flood, heavy snowfall, falling rocks, closed-road, collapse, accident and so on. Therefore, integrated road transport system service contributes national highway safety management system to the voice of the nation of integrated road transport system center service for user friendly.

기존 유선망 중심의 스마트시티 플랫폼과 달리 무선 통신 모듈을 가지고 있는 정보 수집 장치들과 연동할 수 있는 5G 스마트시티 융합서비스 플랫폼은 도시내 설치된 다양한 무선 정보 수집 장치들을 통하여 수집된 정보를 기반으로 분석된 각종 정보를 제공해 주는 시스템이다. 도시 정보 수집 장치들 중에는 5G 지능형 CCTV 가 있으며 이를 통해 수집되는 영상 이벤트 정보를 기반으로 도로 안전 서비스 제공을 위한 이벤트 수집/필터링/대응 기능을 통하여 도로 안전 서비스를 제공해 주는 시스템을 설계하고 개발하여 적용함으로써, 도시내 도로 안전 수준을 높이는 것으로 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도로 안전 서비스 제공을 위한 기능 모듈 구성에 대해 기술하고 해당 모듈들을 통하여 제공되는 도로 안전 서비스 실증 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

The quality of service on urban roadways have been evaluated mainly based on such quantitative measures as travel speed and delay. However, in addition to the quantitative aspects, drivers traveling on urban roadways are subject to be influenced by qualitative measures such as aesthetic aspects of the roadway and other drivers' violation of traffic laws. Based on this notion, this study attempts to identify roadway service quality indices, considering both qualitative and quantitative aspects and evaluate the quality of service using the modified Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), a technique often applied in the field of marketing. The modified IPA is proposed in this study as a way to evaluate the service quality, reflecting the relative performance between study areas and performance indices. A case study is implemented over the Gangnam and Gangbuk areas in Seoul, resulting in identifying the items needed to be improved for each study area.

The safety speed 5030 policy, which is currently being implemented nationwide, tends to increase citizens' dissatisfaction due to reduced mobility and inconvenience. In order to successfully promote the Safety Speed 5030 policy, it is important to collect various opinions of citizens who use roads by deviating from quantitative policy evaluation criteria such as traffic accidents and traffic speed. Therefore, in this study, citizens who use roads were classified into a driver group and a non-driver group, and civic consciousness analysis such as adequacy evaluation of speed limit, satisfaction evaluation of road service quality (MDS), and importance-satisfaction analysis (IPA) was conducted. As a result of the analysis of civic consciousness, in particular, satisfaction with mobility, economy, and environment was low. Accordingly, it was intended to promote the successful implementation of the Safety Speed 5030 policy by presenting measures to improve the speed limit and quality of road service for roads with low satisfaction.

최근 PDA, 휴대폰과 같은 모바일 기기 및 GPS와 같은 무선 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 위치 기반 서비스의 이용이 확산되었다. 하지만 이러한 서비스는 사용자가 도로 네트워크에서 이동하면서 자신의 위치정보를 통해 LBS 서버에 질의를 요청하기 때문에, 심각한 개인 정보 누출의 위협이 될 수 있다. 따라서 모바일 사용자의 안전하고 편리한 위치기반 서비스 사용을 위한 개인 정보 보호 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 도로 네트워크 거리를 고려한 사용자 정보 보호를 지원하는 cloaking 영역 설정 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 도로 네트워크에서 효율적이고 안전한 위치기반 서비스를 지원하기 위하여, 도로 네트워크의 거리를 고려하여 cloaking 영역을 설정한다. 마지막으로 성능평가를 통해서 제안하는 기법이 cloaking 영역 및 서비스 시간 측면에서 기존 연구보다 우수함을 보인다.

인터넷의 발전으로 WWW상에서 지도 정보를 서비스하는 사이트들이 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 WWW상의 지리 정보 서비스를 확장한 도로 주행 안내 시스템의 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 도로 주행 안내 시스템은 도로, 건물 등의 지리 정보를 표시해주며 사용자의 최단 경로질의를 받고 빠른 시간내에 최단경로를 탐색할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요구를 수용할 수 있도록 OODBMS, CORBA, Java를 사용하여 WWW상의 도로 주행 안내 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 이 논문에서는 도로 데이터 캐싱과 그래프 모델링, HEPV (Hierarchical Encoded Path View) 알고리즘 구현 등의 사항을 기술하였다.

The C-ARS(Cooperative Automated Roadway System) refers to a road infrastructure system that links automated vehicles with road infrastructure and communicates with each other via V2X communication to support automated vehicles. The purpose of this study is to suggest a performance evaluation method of C-ARS service. This study exemplifies the 'Work zone information service' among I2V service that provide information to automated vehicles in road infrastructure. First, we define the requirements and service scope needed to check the use case analysis and service performance of the service, and propose an evaluation system for performance evaluation of these services. In addition, the evaluation system was used to verify the feasibility of evaluation through the field test of 'Work zone information service'.

LOS(Level of Service) concept are popularly used in many countries as the MOEs to evaluate the road construction and operation plans. However, MOEs such as travel time and delay only measure quantitative factors describing traffic flow, although qualitative factors such as scenic, comfort and reliable factors are very important for roadway drivers to define the LOS. Therefore, this paper are focusing on verifying the difference between perceived LOS and LOS in KHCM, and proving qualitative factors affecting Drivers' Perceived LOS in Urban Arterial. As a result, following outputs are obtained; (1) verifying the difference between perceived LOS(PLOS) and LOS in KHCM (2) proving that qualitative factors such as scenic and driver behavior factors affects PLOS (3) suggesting that qualitative factors should be considered in MOEs of LOS
