In this paper, we propose a new ordering model for the mixed parts transportation problem with multi-items based on the depot system. Order scale are used as decision parameters instead of order point for ordering multi-items. Finally we test the model with simple example and show computational result that verifies the effectiveness of the model.

This study aims to apply and examine the stochastic approach for empty container repositioning and leasing problem. For this a case study has been carried out on actual data such as various cost components and traffic flow. The results reveal that the proposed methodology produces more realistic results than the conventional deterministic approaches. It is also found that the results are significantly affected by the accuracy of demand and supply forecast.

해상운송에 있어서 컨테이너 운송수요의 증가와 변화에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 공 컨테이너(Empty Container)의 효율적인 관리 및 최적화 할 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다품목을 고려한 다수의 포트간의 공 컨테이너 재배치문제를 다루고자 한다. 공 컨테이너의 효율적인 관리 및 운영을 위한 수리 모형을 통해 지역간의 공 컨테이너 재배치량과 지역내 데포간의 공 컨테이너 재배치량을 결정하고자 한다. 간단한 수치실험을 통해 해상 지역내와 해상 지역간을 통합한 다 지역간의 재배치 방안의 효율성올 보이고자 한다.

본 연구는 전자상거래의 발전으로 인해 더욱 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 중간창고(대포)에서의 반주시스템에 대한 새로운 개념을 도입한 모델을 제안하고 있다. 제안 모델은 종래의 발주점방식과 비교되는 발주범위에 의한 발주방식이며, 발주시 수송조건을 고려하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모델의 정식화가 해법을 제안하고 있으며 수치 예를 통하여 그 유용성을 보여주고 있다.

본 논문은 내륙 운송 체계 하에서 공 컨테이너의 효율적인 재고관리 문제에 대하여 다루고자 한다. 그리고 실제 컨테이너 선사가 공 컨테이너 운영 관리에 있어서 예측하기 힘든 고객의 수요 및 공급 등의 불확실한 요소들을 고려하기 위하여 공 컨테이너의 수요와 공급을 확률변수로 가정하였다. 이러한 가정을 바탕으로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 재고유지비용, 임대비용 및 총 기대 비용을 추정하고 (R, s, S) 재고 정책을 기본 재고정책으로 한 가정 하에 GA (Genetic Algorithm)를 사용하여 총 기대 비용을 최소화 하는 주문, 발주 정책을 도출하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of Lorelin Depot $Injection^{(R)}$ (Dongkook Pharm. Co., LTD) with Lucrin Depot $Injection^{(R)}$ (Abbott) by measuring serum testosterone level in rats. Leuprorelin (leuprolide acetate), which is an active compound for the two formulations, is an LHRH analogue that is used for the treatment of a wide range of sex hormone-related disorders including advanced prostatic cancer, endometriosis and precocious puberty. Lorelin Depot $Injection^{(R)}$ is a micro-encapsulated formulation to suppress testosterone level by releasing leuprorelin continuously for four weeks with a single subcutaneous injection. The comparison study of the efficacy was performed during four weeks, and serum testosterone levels were monitored in the two formulations. The mean serum testosterone levels from the formulations were decreased to that of the castrate range (50 ng/dL or less) after three days after the initial depot injection, and the concentration were remained throughout four weeks' period. There were no significant differences in the $AUC_{0-3day}$ of testosterone and testosterone levels at 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days between the two formulations. These results indicate that the two formulations, Lorelin Depot $Injection^{(R)}$ and Lucrin Depot $Injection^{(R)}$, are bioequivalent in terms of the serum testosterone level in rats.

In situ hybridization was performed to detect rat heumocwstis ca4nii in the lung sections. Rats were immunosuppressed by weekly subcutaneous injection of 10 mg/kg methylprednisolone. On the 6th, 8th and 9th week of immunosuppression, the lungs were removed and fled in 10% neutral formalin. A 22 base oligonucleotide probe complementary to p. carinii 5S ribosomal RMh was commercially synhesized and its 3' terminal was labeled wiH biotin. In situ hybridization was performed utilizing manual capillary action technolog)r on the Microprobe system. p. cnrinii were detected along the luminal surface of alveolar pneumocytes, in exudate of alveolar cavities, and also in secretory material of bronchioles. In the 6th week group, positive reaction was observed focally in the peripheral region of the lung sections, but the reaction was observed diffusely in the 8th or 9th week groups. In comparison with Grocott's methenamine silver stain, in situ hybridization technique can detect the organism rapidly, and can detect trophic forms very well. Furthermore, no nonspecific reaction with other pathogenic fungi and protozoa was recognized. Therefore, in situ hybridization can be a good technique to detect p. carinii in the lungs of infected rats.
