A Meta-Analysis on Theme and Methodology of Game Studies in the Fields of Media Studies, Youth Studies, and Psychology (국내 게임 연구의 주제와 방법에 대한 메타 분석: 언론학, 청소년학, 심리학 분야 학술 논문을 중심으로)

  • This study examined the themes and methodologies of 89 game studies published in the fields of media studies, youth studies, and psychology. Youth studies and psychology have mainly covered the theme of game addiction and negative effects. Game research in media studies have covered game use and experience, effects, addiction, regulation, game production, game space, discourse, governmental mechanism, game play as labour, etc. Game research in the fields of youth studies and psychology have mainly relied on surveys and experimental design. Game research in media studies included survey, experimental design, in-depth interviews, participatory observation, data crawling, etc.

컨테이너 터미널의 내륙운송 효율화를 위한 플랫폼 개발 모델 구축

  • 4차 산업혁명의 가속화에 따라 해운 항만 산업 분야 또한 정보적 측면에서 빅 데이터에 대한 업종별 통합과 공유를 통해 연계 산업 간 산업활동 효율화를 위한 노력이 요구된다. 현재 물류 분야에 다양한 플랫폼들이 도입되고 있지만 대부분 화물운송업 또는 창고 중개업 분야에 편중되어 있다. 항만산업의 경우 코로나 펜데믹 이후 발생한 컨테이너 반입 제한 및 장치율 증가 등에 따라 운송사와 컨테이너터미널 간 갈등이 지속적으로 유발되는 상황이 발생되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 플랫폼을 활용한 컨테이너터미널과 운송사 간 플랫폼 개발의 필요성을 인지하고 상호 기업 간 연계 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하였으며 산업 관계자인 컨테이너터미널 운영사, 운송사, 포워더 업종 종사자들을 대상으로 설문지 기반 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 결과적으로 EFA를 통해 추출된 14가지 요인으로 IPA 분석을 수행한 결과 1사분면(사용 용이성, 보안성, 정보 정확성, 정보 적시성, 차량 반출/반입정보, 공컨테이너 반입/반출 정보, 풀컨테이너 반입/반출정보)으로 품질에 대한 지속적인 개선이 수행되어야 하며 2사분면(APP 시스템 품질)에 대한 고려가 종합적으로 수행되어야 함이 도출되었다. 또한, 플랫폼 개발의 주체와 이용자의 참여 유도가 필요하며 상호 이해관계자 간 효율적인 연계와 효율화를 위한 인식 구조 개선이 필요하다고 나타났다. 연구결과는 향후 컨테이너터미널과 내륙운송의 효율적인 연계를 위한 플랫폼 구축에 중대한 시사점을 제공한다.

  • 웹 상에 정보가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 각 사용자에게 맞는 정보를 선별하여 제공하는 개인화 서비스는 매우 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 기존 추천시스템들은 컨텐츠 기반 필터링과 협업 필터링 기법을 기반으로 한다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 충분히 수집된 사용자 정보를 필요로 하기 때문에, 적절한 추천이 이루어지기 까지 다소 시간이 소요되는 문제를 가지고 있다. 또한 사용자의 성향이 지나치게 편중되는 경우, 사용자의 취향변화를 반영하여 새로운 상품을 추천하는 것은 어렵다. 실제로 사용자들은 웹 사이트의 방문 목적에 따라 개인화된 상품추천을 원하기도 하고, 많은 사용자들에게 인기 있는 상품을 원하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 행동분석을 기반으로, 협업 필터링을 기반으로 하는 개인화된 추천과 다수의 사용자들에게 공통적으로 인기 있는 상품의 추천 비율을 동적으로 조합하여 최종 추천 상품들을 선별하는 새로운 적응형 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 MovieLens의 데이터 셋을 이용하여 기존 추천기법들과 추천결과에 대한 정확도를 비교 실험하였으며, 보다 높은 정확도를 보이는 실험결과를 통해 제안시스템의 유효성을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Effective VTS Communications Analysis by the Method of VCDF in Busan Port (VCDF 방식을 통한 효율적인 VTS 통신 데이터 분석에 관한 연구 - 부산항을 대상으로 -)

  • The VTS concept was located as a principal methods of maritime safety administration in world's major harbors and expected to become the pivotal role for the future of the maritime and harbor society with e-Navigation epoch. If recent limelight concept of big-data has been included in aspect of information gathering and analysis with various studies, it's required advanced studies to improve the information analysis capability and application range of the data that can be mining by the VTS. In this study, contrast to other studies that aimed quantitative analysis as communication number, it can be mining the time information and each of the communication VTS for the target vessel, including qualitative analysis, such as the purpose or the type of communication. This comparison across multiple items of the collected information, and presenting the VTS data mining model (VCDF) that can be analyzed for the purpose of analyzing way, type and number of communication by ship's type, also number of violations through VTS communication. First, In Busan port case, it shows frequently information service and shows frequently communicating with particular types of vessels. Second, Passive VTS carried out notwithstanding many kinds of traffic violations due to communication congestion. This arranged information can be used as data for the analysis, as possible the level of traffic for VTSO situational awareness, which pointed to the 'workloads' in 'IALA Guideline' and could be used as a database for future research of e-Navigation.

Efficient Locality-Aware Traffic Distribution in Apache Storm (Apache Storm에서 지역성을 고려한 효율적인 트래픽 분배)

  • Apache Storm is a representative real-time distributed processing system, which is able to process data streams quickly over distributed servers. Storm currently provides several stream grouping methods to distribute data traffic to multiple servers. Among them, the shuffle grouping may cause a processing delay problem and the local-or-shuffle grouping used to solve the problem may cause the problem of concentrating the traffic on a specific node. In this paper, we propose the locality-aware grouping to solve the problems that may arise in the existing Storm grouping methods. Experimental results show that the proposed locality-aware grouping is considerably superior to the existing shuffle grouping and the local-or-shuffle grouping. These results show that the new grouping is an excellent approach considering both the locality and load balancing which are limitations of the existing Storm.

Live-Action VR Re-lighting Pipeline Using Depth Information (깊이 정보를 활용한 실사 VR의 리라이팅 파이프라인)

  • A variety of VR contents are being introduced as of 2017. VR contents are concentrated in the genre of games and interactive because of the difficulty of $360^{\circ}$ shooting production environment. Live action $360^{\circ}$ VR content has many problems due to the difficulty of the production environment. In this paper, a three - dimensional information value is generated in binocular disparity of a real image by using a re-light technique based on real image data. The generated 3D information values are combined with a technique of converting the depth information into a depth map and a re-light technique by installing virtual lighting on the surface formed in the 3D space. In order to solve the problem of lighting exposure, we apply the technique of re-lighting to the VR production pipeline by comparing and analyzing the result image of actual image and virtual image data.

An Adaptive Rank-Based Reindexing Scheme for Lossless Indexed Image Compression (인덱스 이미지에서의 무손실 압축을 위한 적응적 순위 기반 재인덱싱 기법)

  • Re-assignment scheme of index in index image is called reindexing. It has been well known that index image can be reindexed without losslessness. In this paper, we introduces an adaptive rank based reindexing scheme using co-occurrence frequency between neighboring pixels. Original index image can be converted into rank image by the proposed scheme. Using the proposed scheme, a better compression efficiency can be expected because most of the reindexed values(rank) get distributed with a smaller variance than the original index image. Experinental results show that the proposed scheme achieves a much better compression performance over GIF, arithmetic coding, Zeng's algorithm and RIAC scheme.

Inflow and outflow analysis of double majors using social network analysis (사회 연결망 분석을 이용한 복수전공 유입 및 유출 분석)

  • Recently, the number of students who get double majors has tended to increase in many universities. As results, many problems occur because immoderate inflow of double-major students is concentrated in a specific popular department. In this paper, we study the characteristic of inflow and outflow of double majors using social network analysis and decision tree analysis. According to the results, SAT score affected the inflow of double majors the most. Additionally, department category, course evaluation score, employment rate also affected the inflow of double majors in the order named. On the other hand, department category affected the outflow of double majors the most. Additionally, SAT score, employment rate, course evaluation score also affected the outflow of double majors in the order named.

A Research on the Impacts of Technology Rransfer in Government-sponsored Research to the Growth of Technology Licensees (공공 R&D의 기술이전이 기업의 성장에 미치는 효과 연구)

  • This study considered technology commercialization as a sort of external R&D of the licensee firm. Then, this study analyzed industrial characteristics of technology commercialization and interactions between internal R&D and technology commercialization from the licensee's viewpoint. Data from NTIS (National science and Technology Information Service) and KED (Korea Enterprise Database) were matched. 7,645 technology commercializations from 1,980 firms were extracted. Afterward, OLS and quantile regression were applied to the extracted data. The impact of technology commercialization on firm growth was concentrated to few high-tech and medium high-tech firms. Technology commercialization was effective in the growth in a year while internal R&D was effective in the growth in two years. The firm size was insiginificant variable. In analysis of 4 selected industries (automobile, electronics, semiconductor, chemistry), the impact was skewed among industries. Though the importance of technology commercialization is widely acknowledged, quantitative analyses like this study are uncommon. Therefore, this study can be useful for the tailored industry solutions for technology commercialization.

A Study on the printing houses and the printers of Print-Edited Classical Novels (활자본 고전소설의 인쇄소와 인쇄인)

  • This study aimed to survey the basic research on the printing houses and the printers of Print-Edited Classical Novels. To this end, I looked at the copyright papers of Print-Edited Classical Novels. Followings had been found as the result of this study. First, there were 67 printing houses and the Print-Edited Classical Novels were printed 1,360 times. The most of printing houses were located in Seoul, and a few big printing houses took the lead of in Print-Edited Classical Novel printings. Second, there were 83 printers who were identified by copyright papers. Most of printers were representatives of printing houses or person in charge of printings. And some printers who were high ranked in printings tended to change jobs within the same field.
