Analysis of Power Requirement for 105 HP Agricultural Tractor during Rotary Tillage Operation (로타리 작업 시 105마력급 농업용 트랙터의 소요동력 분석)

  • 본 연구는 로타리 작업에 따른 105마력급 농업용 트랙터의 소요동력을 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 소요동력 측정 시스템은 차축 토크미터, PTO 토크미터, 주/보조 유압센서, 데이터 수집장치를 이용하여 구성하였다. 시험에 사용된 트랙터는 동양물산 105 HP급 트랙터 (S07, TYM, Korea)이며, 작업기는 로타베이터 (SW 230GL, Sungwoo Industrial Co. Ltd, Korea)를 사용하였다. 포장시험은 전라북도 부안군에 죽림길에 위치한 $4,000m^2$ ($100m{\times}40m$) 크기의 경작지 2곳에서 수행하였다. 포장시험 시 작업 단수는 주행단수 L3단 (2.38 km/h)에서 PTO 단수 1단 (540 rpm)과 2단 (750 rpm)으로 설정하였고, 로타리 작업 시 경심은 13 cm 조건에서 실시하였다. 트랙터 작업은 동양물산의 성능시험 업무를 맡고 있는 숙련된 작업자가 숙달된 방법으로 수행하였다. 포장시험지의 토양환경은 임의의 15곳에서 채취한 시료를 이용하여 토성, 함수율, 원추 관입지수에 대하여 미국 농무부 (USDA)법을 기준으로 분석하였다. 토양환경 분석 결과 토성은 Sandy loam (사양토), 평균 함수율은 35.15%, 평균 원추관입지수는 1,562 kPa로 나타났다. PTO 1단 작업 시 트랙터의 평균 소요동력은 차축, PTO, 주 유압, 보조 유압에 대하여 각각 1.8, 54.0, 1.3, 그리고 1.1 hp로 나타났다. PTO 2단 작업 시 트랙터의 평균 소요동력은 차축, PTO, 주 유압, 보조 유압에 대하여 각각 1.2, 79.4, 1.2, 그리고 1.0 hp로 나타났다. PTO 1단 작업 시 소요동력의 합은 58.2 hp로, 정격 마력 (105 hp) 대비 55.43 % 사용한 것으로 나타났으며, PTO 2단 작업 시 소요동력의 합은 82.8 hp로, 정격 마력 대비 78.85% 사용한 것으로 나타났다. PTO 1단 대비 2단에서는 PTO를 제외한 차축, 주 유압, 보조 유압의 소요동력이 감소하였으나, PTO에서 약 1.47배로 크게 증가하여 전체적으로 소요동력이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 다양한 작업기 및 작업 단수에 따른 소요동력을 분석하여 농업용 트랙터의 모든 부하 조건에 대한 데이터베이스 구축에 관한 연구를 수행할 예정이다.

Analyzing the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) education program based on design thinking process (디자인씽킹 프로세스 기반의 인공지능(AI) 교육 프로그램 적용 효과분석)

  • At the beginning of the discussion of AI education in K-12 education, the study was conducted to develop and apply an AI education program based on Design Thinking and analyze the effects of the AI education programs. In the AI education program, students explored and defined the AI problems they were interested in, gathered the necessary data to build an AI model, and then developed a project using scratch. In order to analyze the effectiveness of the AI education program, the change of learner's perception of the value of AI and the change of AI efficacy were analyzed. The overall perception of the AI project was also analyzed. As a result, AI efficacy was significantly increased through the experience of carrying out the project according to the Design Thinking process. In addition, the efficacy of solving problems with AI was influenced by the level of use of programming languages. The learner's overall perception of the AI project was positive, and the perceptions of each stage of the AI project (AI problem understanding and problem exploration, practice, problem definition, problem solving idea implementation, evaluation and presentation) was also positive. This positive perception was higher among students with high level of programming language use. Based on these results, the implications for AI education were suggested.

  • International standard for software quality evaluation, ISO/IEC 9126 defines the quality characteristics and sub-characteristics consisting of quality of the software. Also, in this standard, the quality assessment items are presented in metrics based on maturity, fault tolerance, recoverability and compliance which are sub-characteristics of reliability. However, this reliability assessment items which are presented are not applied now due to the mathematical difficulties and the problems caused by collection of data. In order to resolve these problems, this study introduces measures to develop a specific test technique by quality attributes and to measure the quality. In other words, the detailed guidelines are presented to be utilized as a standard by summarizing test activities and techniques by each development life the most commonly used. The SW quality results are derived by assigning weights to software in order of the most important quality characteristics of respective software using checklist that can be easily utilized and applying test technique that can be utilized for detailed evaluation items and checklist. This improves problems that include reliability assessment item of ISO/IEC 9126 as the measures to measure new reliability quality of software.

A Study on the Factors of Well-aging through Big Data Analysis : Focusing on Newspaper Articles (빅데이터 분석을 활용한 웰에이징 요인에 관한 연구 : 신문기사를 중심으로)

  • People hope to live a healthy and happy life achieving satisfaction by striking a good work-life balance. Therefore, there is a growing interest in well-aging which means living happily to a healthy old age without worry. This study identified important factors related to well-aging by analyzing news articles published in Korea. Using Python-based web crawling, 1,199 articles were collected on the news service of portal site Daum till November 2020, and 374 articles were selected which matched the subject of the study. The frequency analysis results of text mining showed keywords such as 'elderly', 'health', 'skin', 'well-aging', 'product', 'person', 'aging', 'female', 'domestic' and 'retirement' as important keywords. Besides, a social network analysis with 45 important keywords revealed strong connections in the order of 'skin-wrinkle', 'skin-aging' and 'old-health'. The result of the CONCOR analysis showed that 45 main keywords were composed of eight clusters of 'life and happiness', 'disease and death', 'nutrition and exercise', 'healing', 'health', and 'elderly services'.

Exploring the Trend of Korean Creative Dance by Analyzing Research Topics : Application of Text Mining (연구주제 분석을 통한 한국창작무용 경향 탐색 : 텍스트 마이닝의 적용)

  • The study is based on the assumption that the trend of phenomena and trends in research are contextually consistent. Therefore the purpose of this study is to explore the trend of dance through the subject analysis of the Korean creative dance study by utilizing text mining. Thus, 1,291 words were analyzed in the 616 journal title, which were established on the paper search website. The collection, refining and analysis of the data were all R 3.6.0 SW. According to the study, keywords representing the times were frequently used before the 2000s, but Korean creative dance research types were also found in terms of education and physical training. Second, the frequency of keywords related to the dance troupe's performance was high after the 2000s, but it was confirmed that Choi Seung-hee was still in an important position in the study of Korean creative dance. Third, an analysis of the overall research subjects of the Korean creative dance study showed that the research on 'Art of Choi Seung-hee in the modern era' was the highest proportion. Fourth, the Hot Topics, which are rising as of 2000, appeared as 'the performance activities of the National Dance Company' and 'the choreography expression and utilization of traditional dance'. However, since the recent trend of the National Dance Company's performance is advocating 'modernization based on tradition', it has been confirmed that the trend of Korean creative dance since the 2000s has been focused on the use of traditional dance motifs. Fifth, the Cold Topic, which has been falling as of 2000, has been shown to be a study of 'dancing expressions by age'. It was judged that interest in research also decreased due to the tendency to mix various dance styles after the establishment of the genre of Korean creative dance.

Evaluation of Road and Traffic Information Use Efficiency on Changes in LDM-based Electronic Horizon through Microscopic Simulation Model (미시적 교통 시뮬레이션을 활용한 LDM 기반 도로·교통정보 활성화 구간 변화에 따른 정보 이용 효율성 평가)

  • Since there is a limit to the physically visible horizon that sensors for autonomous driving can perceive, complementary utilization of digital map data such as a Local Dynamic Map (LDM) along the probable route of an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) is proposed for safe and efficient driving. Although the amount of digital map data may be insignificant compared to the amount of information collected from the sensors of an AV, efficient management of map data is inevitable for the efficient information processing of AVs. The objective of this study is to analyze the efficiency of information use and information processing time of AV according to the expansion of the active section of LDM-based static road and traffic information. To carry out this objective, a microscopic simulator model, VISSIM and VISSIM COM, was employed, and an area of about 9 km × 13 km was selected in the Busan Metropolitan Area, which includes heterogeneous traffic flows (i.e., uninterrupted and interrupted flows) as well as various road geometries. In addition, the LDM information used in AVs refers to the real high-definition map (HDM) built on the basis of ISO 22726-1. As a result of the analysis, as the electronic horizon area increases, while short links are intensively recognized on interrupted urban roads and the sum of link lengths increases as well, the number of recognized links is relatively small on uninterrupted traffic road but the sum of link lengths is large due to a small number of long links. Therefore, this study showed that an efficient range of electronic horizon for HDM data collection, processing, and management are set as 600 m on interrupted urban roads considering the 12 links corresponding to three downstream intersections and 700 m on uninterrupted traffic road associated with the 10 km sum of link lengths, respectively.

Gravity Field Interpretation for the Deep Geological Structure Analysis in Pohang-Ulsan, Southeastern Korean Peninsula (한반도 남동부 포항-울산지역 심부 지질구조 분석을 위한 중력장 해석)

  • Even after the Gyeongju earthquake and the Pohang earthquake, hundreds of aftershocks and micro-earthquakes are still occurring in the southeastern part of the Korean Peninsula. These phenomena mean that the stress is constantly working, implying that another huge earthquake may occur in the future. Therefore, the gravity field interpretation method was used to analyze the deep geological structure of the Pohang-Ulsan region in the southeastern Korean Peninsula. First, a gravity survey was performed to collect the insufficient data and to calculate the detailed Bouguer gravity anomaly in the study area. Based on the gravity anomaly data, the location, direction, and maximum depth of deep fault lines were analyzed using the inversion methods "Curvature analysis" and "Euler deconvolution method". As a result, it is interpreted that at least six fault lines(C1~C6) exist in deep depth. The deep fault line C1 is well correlated to the Yeonil Tectonic Line(YTL), suggesting that YTL is extended up to about 4000m deep. The deep fault line C2 consists of several segment faults and well correlated to the fault lines on the surface. Inferred fault lines C3, C4, and C5 have an NW-SE direction, which is parallel to the Ulsan fault. The deep fault line C6 has the direction of NE-SW, and it is interpreted that the eastern boundary fault of Eoil Basin is extended to the deep. Comparing the inferred fault lines with the distribution of micro-earthquakes, the location of the deep fault line C1 is well correlated to the hypocenter of micro-earthquakes. This implies that faults in deep depth are related to the recent earthquakes in the southeastern Korean Peninsula.
