Rapidly changing today's market requires new and innovative marketing approaches. Relationship marketing is one of the innovative marketing approaches. The key elements of the relationship marketing concept are the attraction, maintenance and enhancement of customer relationships for competitive advantage. Customer information provides the foundation for relationship marketing activities within an organization. Relationship marketing is not possible without the development and use of a database marketing system. Often the greatest obstacle in achieving advantage from relationship marketing is the development of a database marketing system. Thus, it is imperative marketers identify the characteristics necessary for successful database marketing if they hope to practice relationship marketing. A lot of researchers conclude that organizational barriers are the true, key critical issues in obtaining competitive advantage from database marketing. While Fletcher, et al. found strong evidence f the importance of organizational variables on database marketing, this area of research is largely unexplored. The objective of this research is to provide additional empirical evidence of the relationship between organizational variables and database marketing sophistication.

The development of career knowledge and career attitude in adolescence is significant to achieve a successful transition to adulthood. The aim of this study was to assess effects of family income and career guidance and counseling experience on changes in career maturity during the transition from high school to college. The study used data from Youth Panel 2007 collected by Korea Employment Information Service. The data included 456 adolescents who were high school students in the first and third waves of survey and college students in the fifth wave of survey. The results suggested that family income was a significant factor affecting the career maturity of adolescents. The experience of career guidance and counseling while in high school had a sustained and positive impact on the career maturity of adolescents even after entering college. Therefore, career education in the secondary educational system should expand continuously.

This study was attempted to find out the effect of major satisfaction, maturation of career consciousness and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students on job-seeking stress. For this study, 157 3th, 4th grade students were participated from K University in K Province, using a self-reported questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.0. program. As a result of this study, it was revealed that there was a significant correlation between the job-seeking stress of nursing students on major satisfaction(r=-.270, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.283 p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(r=-.424, p<.001). Also, the factors affecting the job-seeking stress of nursing students were major satisfaction(β=-0.005, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction(β=-0.126, p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(β=-0.369, p<.001) with a total explanatory power of 17.7%. Therefore consideration of educational programt be given to the s and support systems to reduced job seeking stress for nursing students.

The Bass Diffusion Model is one of the most successful models in marketing research, and management science in general. Since its publication in 1969, it has guided marketing research on diffusion. This paper illustrates the usage of the Bass diffusion model, using mobile cellular subscription diffusion as a context. We fit the bass diffusion model to three large developed markets, South Korea, Japan, and China, and the emerging markets of Vietnam, Thailand, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. We estimate the parameters of the bass diffusion model using the nonlinear least square method. The diffusion of mobile cellular subscriptions does follow an S-curve in every case. After acquiring m, p, and q parameters we use k-Means Cluster Analysis for grouping countries into three groups. By clustering countries, we suggest that diffusion rates and patterns are similar, where countries with emerging markets can follow in the footsteps of countries with developed markets. The purpose was to predict the timing and the magnitude of the market maturity and to determine whether the data follow the typical diffusion curve of innovations from the Bass model.

In this study, we tried to find out port safety from various perspectives through news data that can be easily accessed by the general public and domestic academic journal data that reflects the insights of port researchers. Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF) based topic modeling was conducted using Python to derive the main topics for each data, and then semantic analysis was conducted for each topic. The news data mainly derived natural and environmental factors among port safety risk factors, and the academic journal data derived security factors, mechanical factors, human factors, environmental factors, and natural factors. Through this, the need for strategies to strengthen the safety of domestic ports, such as strengthening the resilience of port safety, improve safety awareness to broaden the public's view of port safety, and conduct research to develop the port industry environment into a safe and specialized mature port. As a result, this study identified the main factors to be improved and provided basic data to develop into a mature port with a port safety culture.

멀티미디어와 인터넷 기술이 성숙되어감에 따라 3D 객체가 콘텐츠를 작성하는데 많이 이용되고 있고 더불어 3D 객체의 검색시스템에 대한 연구가 시작되고 있다. 이에 따라 검색시스템을 평가하기 위해서는 표준화된 3D 벤치마크 데이터가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 검색용 3D 벤치마크 데이터 파일을 만드는데 기반이 되는 새로운 3D 그래픽스 파일포맷을 제안한다. 제안한 파일포맷은 렌더링보다 검색효율을 목표로 하기 때문에 기하학적인 정보이외의 다른 정보는 줄이고 검색 속도와 편리성을 함께 고려하였다.

의료 분야에서의 데이터는 특성상 여러 측면을 복합적으로 고려해야 할 뿐만 아니라, 다른 분야에서의 데이터 성격과는 다르게 원인과 그 원인에 대한 해결책을 바로 찾아내기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 불임환자들에 대한 검사기록 및 임신결과가 기록된 데이터를 이용하여 베이지안망 분류기를 생성하고 이를 통해 가임여부를 결정짓는 중요 항목 들간의 의존성을 조건확률로 나타내고 비교하였다. 또한 휴리스틱망, 나이브베이지안망 분류기를 생성하여 성능을 비교하였다. 결과적으로 총수정란수는 최상급수정란이식수에 강한 영향을 갖는다는 사전지식의 타당함을 입증할 수가 있었으며, 또한 성숙난자수가 총수정란수에 강한 영 향을 미치고 화학적임신과 임상적임신과 학습은 서로 독립이라는 가설에 대하여 전자의 경우는 간접적인 의존성을 갖고, 후자의 경우는 화학적 결과가 임상적 결과에 강한 의존성이 존재함을 밝혀낼 수 있었다. 분류기간의 성능에서는 자동생성된 베이지안망이 가장 우수한 정확도를 가짐을 측정할 수 있었다.

The analysis on the relationships among SPI models and restructuring SPI models according to a common framework makes it possible to compare and integrate the numerous research results about the models. It also makes it possible to assess objectively and accurately the results and benefits of evaluating an organization which has been evaluated according to a partial SPI model according to a new and integrated SPI model.
