웹기반의 어플레케이션 설계 및 구축 과정에서의 핵심은 WACID 시스템의 서비스 목적을 이해하는 것이다. WACID 시스템의 서비스 목적은 국내 방사성폐기물 관리 요소 및 보고체계를 통합한다. 웹을 통한 대국민 방사성 폐기물 정보 공개에 대한 투명성을 제공하기 위함이다. 일반인 및 관련 종사자들에게 최상의 서비스 제공을 위한 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 제공한다. 친숙한 사용자인터페이스(User Interface)로 설계되었다. 단순한 방사성 폐기물 관리 요소 검색을 위한 웹기반 시스템이 아닌 방사성 폐기물과 관련된 이해를 돕기 위한 다양한 도구들을 제공한다.(중략)

산업재산권 정보는 각국의 특허청에서 발행되는 공개공보와 공고공보에 수록되어 있다. 산업기술정보원은 특허청과 긴밀한 협조하에 산업재산권정보 전량을 입수하여 데이터베이스화하여 산업기술정보유통망(KINITI-IR)을 통하여 일반 이용자에게 서비스하고 있다. 산업재산권 DB제작은 1986년부터 시작되었으며 그 당시 한국 공고특허 DB가 처음으로 제작되었다. 지금은 한국공고특허ㆍ실용신안, 한국공개특허ㆍ실용신안, 의장 등 산업재산권 정보전반에 걸친 DB제작 활동이 수행되고 있다. 우리나라의 산업재산권 정보 발생량은 <표 1>과 같다.

본 논문에서는 키 교환 단계없이 비대칭키 암호 알고리즘을 사용하여 대량의 메시지를 암호화하여 전송하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 전체 메시지를 스크램블링한 후 스크램블링된 메시지의 일부분만을 공개키 암호 알고리즘을 사용하여 암호화하여 전송한다. 스크램블링 함수로 신상욱[3] 등에 의해 제안된 해쉬함수를 사용한 all-or-nothing 변환을 이용한다. 그리고 제안된 기법에 약간의 추가적인 오버헤드를 부가하여 디지털 서명까지 제공하는 기법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 e-행정서비스의 개념을 소개하고 실제 국내에 이를 구현하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 선진 4개국의 사례를 도입기간, 시스템 체계, 시스템 범위, 도입 환경 등에 대해 살펴보고 논의한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 e-행정서비스 실현 방안으로는 인터넷 패러다임에 부응한 추진전략의 수립, e-행정서비스 통합시스템의 구축, 정부 공개키 기반구조 체계의 정립, 다목적 스마트카드 도입, 인터넷 시대에 적응할 수 있는 행정정보화 관련 법 제도 보완, 그리고 마지막으로 인터넷 기반기술의 신속한 도입을 위한 유연한 환경 조성 등이다.

The aim of this study was to investigate the current state of operation of information disclosure system in Busan Metropolitan Police Agency and to suggest recommendations for improvement. To achieve this goal, this study quantitatively analyzed the data on information disclosure claims (2010~2020.6), appeal cases (2010~2020.6), the disclosure rate of original documents (2014~2019) and so on. Furthermore, it examined how and how much information is announced in advance through the agency's homepage and the information disclosure portal site. Results show that the agency has various problems regarding information disclosure including the high rate of transferring information to other institutions, the low disclosure rate of original documents, the high rate of information released publicly only after an administrative appeal, a small number of information announced in advance, and a not user-friendly website. To solve these problems, this study proposes providing accurate information about the scope of information the agency and other related institutions own, expanding the disclosure of original documents, discovering more information to announce in advance, and enhancing the usability of the website.

We study the problem of search in which a server contains various multimedia contents and a user wishes to retrieve some multimedia items containing a specific without revealing to the server which items they are. Recently, Ogata and Kurosawa introduced a search scheme by using the notion of oblivious transfer. In their scheme, a user must inefficiently search and compare all the data stored in the seuer for each search query. In this paper, we propose an efficient oblivious search by using the oblivious transfer, in which a user needs not to search and compare all the data. We formally prove that the proposed scheme is secure under the hardness of RSA known target inversion problem.

R has become a popular analytics platform as it provides powerful analytic functions as well as visualizations. However, it has a weakness in which scalability is limited. As an alternative, the RHadoop package facilitates distributed processing of R programs under the Hadoop platform. This paper investigates usefulness of the RHadoop package when analyzing healthcare big data that is widely open in the internet space. To do this, this paper has compared analytic performances of R and RHadoop using the medical treatment records of year 2015 provided by National Health Insurance Service. The result shows that RHadoop effectively enhances processing performance of healthcare big data compared with R.
