한국과학기술원 통신연구실에서 진행중인 한국어 음성 데이터베이스의 개발 현황에 관하여 기술한다. 음성데이타베이스의 구축을 위하여 사용된 절차와 환경, 및 데이터베이스의 음성학적, 언어학적 성질들이 상세히 기술된다. 데이터베이스는 damtjddlstlr 알고리듬의 개발 및 평가를 위하여 사용되도록 고안되었다. 데이터베이스는 5종류의 음성 데이터, 즉 3천단어 규모의 무역관련 연속음성, 가변길이 연결 숫자음, phonembalanced 75 고립단어, 지역명 관련 500 고립단어, 한국어 아-세트로 구성되어 있다.

정보통신 기술, 방송 기술 및 관련 소프트웨어 기술 발전은 수요자가 원하는 서비스를 받기 위해서 정보 제공자에게로 다가가던 종래의 정보서비스 환경으로부터 사이버 공간을 통해서 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 서비스를 선택할 수 있는 환경으로의 변화를 촉진시켜주고 있다. 수요자 중심의 개별화된 학습체제에 대한 필요성과 시간과 장소에 제약을 받지 않는 사이버 공간을 통한 교육 기회의 확대는 정보통신망과 방송망을 통해서 다양한 형태의 교육 서비스를 제공하는 사이버 교육의 큰 특징으로 인식되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 사이버 교육 환경 구현에 필요한 제반 요소들을 분석하고, 국내외 사이버 교육의 구체적인 사례를 통해서 사이버 교육이 갖는 문제점을 분석하고, 국내의 경우 사이버 교육의 도입 현황을 살펴봄으로서 사이버 교육이 열린교육을 실현하기 위한 효과적인 교육 방법으로 정착되기 위한 방향을 모색해 보고져 한다.

이 논문은 특정 기기산업의 기술적 구조와 현황의 분석 및 파악을 위한 제 품.기술 관련도라는 새로운 개념을 제시한다. 제품.기술 관련도란 분석대상산 업의 주요 제품들을 도출하고 각각의 제품에 관련된 기술들을 부품기술을 중심으로 파악하여 매트릭스의 형태로 도시한 것을 의미한다. 제품. 기술 관 련도상의 제품에 대해서는 전문가의 의견에 의해 측정된 기술수준과 주된 획득방법(국산화율)을 파악한다. 한편, 제품에 관련되는 기술은 기본적인 기능을 발휘하는 제품의 생산에 소요되는 기본기술과 제품의 성능향상을 위하여 필요한 성능관련기술 등으로 구분하여 분석된다. 이러한 제품.기술 관련도는 국내 기기산업의 각 분야별 기술수준, 부품군의 기술수준 등을 도출하고 상호관련성을 파악하는데 유용한 방법으로 활용될수 있다. 특히 제품군과 부품군간의 관계 도출, 기술수준 혹은 구산화율이 낮은 제품에 관련된 부품 및 기술의 파악, 국내의 기술수준이 낮은 부품에 관련되는 제품 및 제품군, 제품의 성능이 향상에 관련된 기술등의 파악이 용이하다. 본 논문에서는 제품.기술 관련도를 한국의 정보통신기기산업에 시험적으로 적용하여 정보통신 기기분야의 제품 및 기술 구조, 그리고 경쟁력을 분석하여 보았다. 국내 정보통신기기산업의 전체적인 기술수준은 자체적으로 기술을 보유하고 있으나 성능면에서 매우 미약한 소화 및 모방 단계의 수준이라고 해석할수 있다. 한편 부품기술은 아직도 소화및 모방단계에 머무르고 있으며, 개별소자와 수동부품의 기술수준이 매우 낮게 나타났다. 분야별로 볼 때 무선통신기기, 방송기기, 정보기기의 순으로 기술수준이 낮으며, 무선통신기기분야이 발전을 위해서는 고주파 부품의 기술 발전이 선행되어야 할것으로 보인다.라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. The purpose of this paper is to make a study on the characterization of multimedia phenomena and to analyse the tendency of multimedia services and market. At first, various definitions of multimedia and the basis of multimedia services are analysed and evaluated from the point of economical, technical, and practical views. After that the expert survey to estimate an accurate tendency of multimedia services in Germany is analysed and the state of development in the field of multimedia database in Korea is investigated. Upon the results of these analysis and evaluation, the economical and managerial interests are described.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs ＆ Fisheries have plaining the advancing fishery information integrated system for the fishing present condition, marine resource administration and applicability considering. The fishery information communication system is build up to the raw data ＆ process-network-content. The communication system must be small size, low cost and adapted SSB transceiver, that is using fishery shipping. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB in HF band.

To advance fisheries, we set developmental directions of fishery information by grasping present situations and analyzing maritime & fisheries issues. We promote various policies through effective systematical information data bases, based on both control and utilization of oceanic resources. For these puposes, it is imperative that we set up fisheries communication networks. There are satellite assisted informational networks to assist fishing vessels with their marine based movements. However, there's no hope for poorly equipped fishermen to adopt this network because of extravagant network call charges. So we think that using existing SSB communication system is the best plan. We organize fishery communication network by HF SSB communication which doesn't have operational costs. We build wireless transmitting and receiving stations that are basic systems of informnation, and equip wireless data communication systems by the use of wireless communication network protocols in coastal stations. It is necessary that a fish boat has a terminal device for wireless data communication. In this research we can conclude that if we transmit the location of a fishing boat in-real time through GPS channels then we propose that some methods be formulated to able terminal devices on fishing boats to collect various types of information, such as meteorological and oceanic conditions.

On the demand and real state of the regional information had been studied and surveyed especially in the area of Kwang Ju and Chonnam Province. Revealed the information minds and skills of Kwangju area lower compared with any other regions. The research finally proposed the methods to pull up the information minds and skills through the education and the supplies of the communication equipments.
