중소기업의 ERP도입에 관련된 많은 요인들에 대한 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 대부분의 연구들이 중소기업이 독립적으로 ERP를 도입하게 되는 경우를 다루고 있으나, 많은 중소기업들이 자금을 비롯한 다양한 이유로 독립적으로 ERP도입을 결정하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 협력대기업이 공급사슬관리차원에서 공급사인 중소기업들의 ERP도입을 지원하고 있다. 협력대기업이 중소기업의 ERP 도입을 지원하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 방안과 과정상의 문제에 대해 국내 대기업의 지원사례와 ERP를 도입한 중소기업의 도입사례를 연구하여 중소기업 ERP도입에서의 협력대기업의 역할에 대한 탐색적인 연구를 수행하였다. 협력대기업의 지원방안으로는 도입자금지원, 도입벤더선정, 도입과정도움, 도입후 시스템 개선과정 도움, ERP활용교육 등을 활용하고 있다.

정부가 국정 하반기 정책기조를 대기업 중심에서 중소기업 중심으로 변경하면서 원칙을 강조하는 수준을 넘어 실질적인 상생 규제 정책을 내놓고 있어 주목되고 있다. 정부는 지난 9월 29일 정부와 대 중소기업계가 모인 '대 중소기업 동반성장 전략회의'(제72차 국민경제대책회의)에서 지속가능한 성장동력과 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 '대 중소기업 동반성장 추진대책'을 수립, 발표했다. 사회 윤리적인 수준을 넘어 각종 규제와 혜택으로써 기업문화의 풍토를 바꾸려는 시도를 하고 있는 것이다. 최근들어 정부는 각종 상생관련 정책을 내놓으면서'상생'이라는 말 대신 '동반성장'이라는 표현을 쓰고 있다. 일방적 시혜 혹은 분배에 초점을 맞춘 것이 아니라 거시적인 의미의 '성장'에 초점을 맞춰 기업 생태계의 변화를 촉구하고 있는 것이다. 즉, 생태계가 커질수록 일부 요소의 투입보다는 각종 요소들이 다양하게 공존함으로써 발생되는 시너지 효과에 미래의 성장동력이 있다고 판단하고 있다. 본지는 정부의 동반성장 정책과 업계의 반응, 설비업계를 대변하여 대한설비건설협회가 건의한 '건설산업 상생을 위한 제도 개선', 그리고 대기업의 동반성장 추진 현황에 대해 알아본다.

This study analyzed symbolically the win-win cooperation(or win-win growth) policies and laws of large and small business to Roland Barthes and Greimas's semiotics model, and suggested that the company win-win ecosystem(cooperation) and sanggeuk(competition) shoule from a mutual harmony and balance rather than being separated from eace other like yin(-) and yang(+) theory. The results of these studies, unlike the coexistence cooperation Promotion Law of large and small business is the original intent in the ecosystem of companies, there will also be acting as a regulatory rather to officials of large and small business. In this study, because it is limited to the analysis of large and small business win-win cooperation policies and laws, it must be supported in the future of the specific empirical research.

This study investigated how the relationship between subcontracting affects the SMEs technology in order to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs. Depending on the trading characteristics and structural characteristics, SMEs are separated into four types that dependent, peripheral-type cooperative, stand-alone. The impacts to technological competitiveness were measured, depending on the type of SME. The results show that SMEs technology competitiveness associated companies type are cooperation and stand-alone. We had confirmed that stand-alone type has high competitiveness through the technical support policy.

대통령직 인수위원회가 지난 2월 19일 중소기업중앙회 강당에서 열린 '중소기업 손톱 및 가시 힐링캠프'에서 대규모의 공공공사 분리발주 등 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 했다고 발표했다. 대통령직 인수위원회는 중소기업계가 꼽은 299건(공익과 상충하는 41건 제외)의 건의사항 가운데 총 94건을 수용 개선키로 한 것이다. 주요 개선과제는 ${\triangle}$정부조달 판로 확대 ${\triangle}$창업 기술규제 현실화 ${\triangle}$대 중소기업 상생 정착 등 총 7개 분야로, 이 가운데 조달부문에서는 전문건설사의 정부 공공공사 직접 참여 활성화를 고려해 대규모 공공공사 분리발주 원칙을 법제화 하는 한편 분할계약 금지 원칙이 담긴 국가계약법 시행령 제68조의 규정을 폐지키로 했다. 인수위의 이같은 결정은 지난 1월 24일 '중소기업 소상공인 현장의 목소리를 듣겠습니다' 간담회에서 대한설비건설협회가 건의한 분리발주 법제화 내용이 반영된 것이다.

전체 수출에서 중소기업이 차지하는 비중은 2000년대 중반 이후부터는 30%대에서 정체되어 있으며, 제조업에 속한 중소기업의 60% 정도는 전혀 수출을 하고 있지 않다. 하지만 수출비중이 50% 이상인 중소기업의 영업이익률이 내수기업보다 높고 개선 속도도 빠르다는 사실은 글로벌화를 통해 중소기업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

In this study, we examined the effects of major shareholder's holdings and foreign shareholder's holdings on capital structure with the samples of listed non-financial firms in KOSPI and KOSDAQ. More specifically, we conduct the data on 7,074 large firms and 2,394 SMEs(Small-Medium Enterprises) before and after the adoption of K-IFRS from 2002 to 2019. The main results can be summarized as follows. The results indicate that the adoption of K-IFRS affects the capital structure of large firms more than SMEs. The major shareholder's holdings and the foreign shareholder's holdings of the large and SMEs listed on the KOSPI and the KOSDAQ market have a significant effect on the leverage ratio. It can be seen that major shareholders of large firms and SMEs reduce the leverage ratio by recognizing the use of debt as financial risk. In addition, it can be seen that regardless of whether or not K-IFRS is adopted, foreign shareholders recognize the use of debt as financial risk and reduce the leverage ratio in order to reduce the investment risk.

Six sigma is a business strategy and a systematic methodology using statistically oriented approach to process and product quality improvement. Many cases have reported significant benefits from six sigma implementation. But, some organizations have been reported that six sigma methodology has not given the expected benefits. Further, small and medium sized companies have faced various barriers. The purpose of this paper is to examine the successful case study on the improvements of partnership between large and small/medium-sized companies via six sigma activities. Data were collected using in depth interviews of six sigma champion, master black belt, and black belt from one large company and five medium-sized companies in Gumi industry zone.

어려움을 겪고 있는 인쇄산업에 조금이나마 도움이 될 소식이 전해졌다. 동반성장위원회(위원장 정운찬)가 최근 발표한 '중소기업 적합업종, 1차선정 품목 16개에 인쇄업이 포함되었기 때문이다. 동반성장위원회는 지난 5월 중소기업을 대상으로 업종신청을 받은 234개 중 45개를 1차로 걸러냈고 지난 9월말에 16개를 우선 1차로 선정했다. 중소기업 적합업종으로 선정되면 향후 3년간 대기업과 중소기업간 협의를 통해 대기업의 사업철수 내자는 확장 자제가 이뤄지게 된다. 이 제도는 대기업의 무분별한 사업영역 확대 자제를 통한 대 중소기업 간 동반성장를 고려한 최적의 조치라고 평가받고 있으며 전통적인 중소기업업종인 인쇄업으로서도 선정된 것은 당연하면서도 다행스러운 결과라 할 수 있다.

새 정부는 지난 3월 지식경제부 업무 보고를 통해 부품소재산업의 중요성을 강조하며 적극적인 육성 의지를 밝혔다. 이명박 대통령도 $\Delta$외국인 투자를 통한 기술 획득 $\Delta$대-중소기업간 협력을 통한 공동 기술 개발등의 전략이 필요함을 강조했다. 또한 최근 엔화가 강세를 보이자 대일 의존도가 높은 부품소재 산업에 대한 기업의 투자확대 필요성은 더욱 절실해지고 있다. 이에 대일 무역수지 적자의 주범인 부품소재 대일 의존도를 오는 2012년까지 20%이하로 개선하려는 정부의 목표에 따라 중소벤처와 대기업간의 상생협력도 중요한 전환기를 맞고 있다. 제품의 완성도와 품질을 결정짓는 주요 요인 부품소재 산업. 그 기술의 현황과 전망을 알아본다.
