  • 본 논문은 사람이 아닌 단말기 스스로 통화가능자를 검출하는 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 제품들은 사람이 스스로 발신음(RingBack Tone)을 듣고 있다가 통화를 시도하거나 일부 대형 업체에서는 단말기 스스로 Auto-Redialing하여 통화 가능자클 검출하였다. 하지만 그러한 검출방법의 비공개로 인하여 정확한 방법을 얻기는 힘들뿐 아니라 영세한 기업에서 그러한 시스템을 도입하기에는 비용상 어려운 문제에 부딪치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 연속적인 발신음(RB)의 주파수를 분석하여 패턴이 틀어지는 시점을 기준으로 통화가능자 검출 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 서론에서는 현재 국내 외 CTI업체, 국내 CTI분야에 적용되는 음성처리기술의 표준동항, 통신망의 변화, 콜센터 시장동향 및 새로운 부가기능의 연구목적을 제시하고 있으며, 본론에서는 컴퓨터와 일반 전화기의 통합(CTI)하에 부가기능을 수행할 수 있는 통화가능자 검출이론 및 방법과 발신자의 안내 멘트에 의한 간접적인CID 기능을 접목하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 결론에서는 본 논문에서 제안하는 MINI CTI의 요약 및 검출 기능의 향후 발전방안에 대해서 모색해 본다.

  • The advertisement using DID(Digital Information Display) has been a huge increase in many public spaces. Many company has been advertise their products through DID in recent. In this paper, we suggest more effective advertisement system on DID for advertisers. This system can provide a floating population, operation information and other useful informations for advertisement. The advertisers can choose and buy the advertisement that they want.

  • GIS를 포함한 전력기기의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서는 절연체 내부에서 부분방전이 발생하는 것을 최소한으로 억제할 필요가 있다. GIS 내부에서 발생하는 부분방전은 사전에 진단하여 예방을 하는 것이 중요하며 이를 방치할 경우 대형사고로 이어질 확률이 매우 크다. 현재까지는 대부분의 GIS 진단장비가 외국제품이라 국내실정에 맞지 않고 가격이 비싸며 고장 시 유지보수가 힘들다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해서 본 연구내용에서는 손쉽게 부분방전을 판단할 수 있도록 저가형, 휴대형으로 개발한 GIS 진단장비에 대해 설명하고 GIS 현장에 실제 적용하여 실측한 부분방전에 대한 자료와 변전소의 부분방전 발생형태를 조사하는데 역점을 두었다.

  • 현재 PDP는 차세대 대형 평판 표시장치로서 각광을 받고 있으며 빠른 속도로 개발이 진행되고 있다. AC PDP에서 가장 큰 문제인 화질과 휘도 및 방전효울의 향상 그리고 전력손실의 저감 등 높은 contrast의 실현, 제품 가격의 저하 등에 관한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 벽전압 전달곡선을 이용한 동작�v성에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 동작특성 주파수가 변화할 때 방전 개시전압이 감소하나 메모리 마진은 거의 동일함을 보였다. Duty 비를 0.5, 0.75, 0.9로 변화시키면 방전개시전압은 각각 216V, 213V, 206V로 감소하는 경향이 있지만, 방전유지전압은 153V로 거의 일정하였다.

  • 전자제품의 스마트화 열풍으로 임베디드 시스템의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 발전이 경쟁적으로 이루어지고 있지만, 하드웨어 발전 속도에 비해 그 활용도는 미진한 편이다. 특히, 스마트 TV 는 대형 스크린을 갖고 있다는 장점이 있고, 사물인터넷 시대의 중추 역할을 할 것으로 기대되기 때문에 많은 계산의 신속한 처리를 요구 받을 가능성이 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 webOS 기반 스마트 TV 에서, 계산자원을 충분한 활용하기 위한 병렬처리 가능성을 확인하고자 webOS 시스템을 프로파일링하고 그 결과를 분석하였다.

  • 다양한 내용 기반의 이미지 검색 기법 중에서 특히 색상 기반의 검색은 다른 기법들에 비해 효율성 면에서 우수하기 때문에 PMP 와 같은 소형 기기에서부터 디지털 TV 등의 대형 기기에까지 적용 가능하다는 장점이 있으며, 실제 이를 적용한 제품들이 발표되고 있다. 한편, 디더렁(Dithering) 기법은 이미지가 주는 느낌을 유지하면서도 정보의 양을 줄일 수 있게 해준다. 따라서 디더링 처리된 영상으로부터 색상 정보를 추출하고, 색상 정보간의 EMD 값을 영상간 유사도로 사용한다면 효과적인 이미지 검색이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 디더링된 색상 정보 기반의 새로운 검색 기법을 제안하고 프로토타입 시스템을 통하여 그 성능을 평가하였다.

Analysis of Consumer Behavior toward and Preferences for Prunus mume (Maesil), the Chinese Plum (매실에 대한 소비자 선호 및 소비행태분석)

  • We sought to define the main motivational factors promoting consumption of Prunus mume products. We surveyed both specialized high-volume consumers and public consumers, and focused on consumption of and preferences for Prunus mume and Prunus mume products. We investigated how products were preferentially consumed, purchase experience, purchase location, purchase price, consumption experience, factors important in a purchase decision, preference factors, dissatisfaction factors, consumption outlook, comments on new processed foods, and activation of consumption. A total of 534 responses were received and data were analyzed using the SAS program (Version 9.1) of the Frequency test; Chi-square test was used to detect significant factors. A greater percentage of high-volume(compared with low-volume) consumers processed personal products at home. The public consumer tended to buy commercial products. However, public consumers who were older, who had higher incomes, and who were heads of households, tended to both buy commercial products and to prepare foods at home. The common purchase methods used by high-volume consumers were internet and direct marketing, but the public consumer frequented department stores and hypermarkets. High-volume consumers observed that commercial products were expensive, and such consumers seemed to be particularly cost-sensitive. The decisive factor triggering purchase decisions in high-volume consumers was the geographical origin of the fruit, whereas the public consumer was more concerned with taste. In public, positive factors were that the product was good for health and had a pleasant taste. Some of those surveyed complained of a lack of variety in Prunus mume products and that the amount of Prunus mume in certain products was low. To promote and increase consumption, convenient-to-eat products with healthy images are needed.

A Study of the Effect of Store Selection factors on the Customer's Satisfaction and Revisit Intention (한·중 대형마트 구매자 점포선택요인에 관한 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to illustrating how the store selection factors affect the customer's satisfaction about the store and the intention of revisit base on the analyzing the store selection factors. At the same time, the difference between the influence on the customer's satisfaction and revisit intention of that in Korea and in China is also compared. Accordingly, through the notional understanding of configuration variables and the investigation of previous research, the Research hypothesis was set and the relevance between the two was inspected. The survey was aimed at the Korean customers who visit the large supermarkets in Korea and Chinese customers who visit the large supermarkets in China. After that, the reliability and validity of the collected data was verified and the research hypothesis was validated by structure equation modeling. The result of this study can by concluded as follows: First, in Korea the customer's satisfaction is showed to be affected by store selection factors, product property, service property and physical environment. Second, in China the customer's satisfaction is showed to be affected by store selection factors, product property, service property and physical environment. Third, in Korea the revisit intention is showed to be affected by customer's satisfaction. Forth, in China the revisit intention is showed to be affected by customer's satisfaction. Fifth, it shows little difference between the store selection factors of the customers visiting large supermarkets in Korea and in China. According to the research results above, the implications can be drawn as the customer's satisfaction of those who visit the large supermarkets may be affected by store selection factors (store property, product property, service property and physical environment). In recent years, more and more overseas large supermarkets are opening in both Korea and China and the competition among each is become more intense day by day. Every larger supermarket is trying their best to refine their store property, product property, service property and physical environment, in order to enhance the customer's satisfaction. The biggest factor that affects the customer's satisfaction and revisit intention in Korea is service property, So that the services requires proper measures and improvement. In China, the factor that affects most on the customer's satisfaction and revisit intention is physical environment. In order to enhance the customer's positive consciousness of stores, the physical environment needs to be well constructed. Lastly, in the compared research between Korea and China, the distribution of survey responders was limited from certain areas. Therefore, the further study can be implemented by more research in various geographical areas and more development in store selection factors.

Establishment of Korean Environmental Sensitivity Index Map (ESI Map 구축 연구)

  • Due to the high demand on energy resources accompanied by continuing industrialization and urbanization, the world marine transportation of crude and product oils is being gradually increased. In Korea, we are exposed to the large-scale marine oil spill accidents because a very large oil tanker of 300,000 tonnage must enter Korean Ports every day to meet the domestic demand on oils. Although we are exerting our strength to reduce the probability of marine oil pollution accidents, a unrestorable oil spill is to occur owing to human errors, severe weather conditions, or combined causes. Thus, area contingency plan equipped with appropriate management system for response and restoration for the worst case discharge scenario must be entirely prepared to protect mine environments and coastal resources. In particular, we are focusing on the Environmental Sensitivity Index Map(ESI Map) to reduce the environmental consequences of both spills and clean-up efforts by specifying protection Priorities in advance and identifying in-situ response strategies. In this paper, Korean ESI Map is introduced with brief definition of sensitivity to oiling and main features of the software developed hitherto.

  • Recently the large shipping companies are reducing a port of call to cut down on expenses related to the large size of ship for economy of scale. Due to this, it is necessary to work out a strategy to overcome the severe competition among ports. According to the importance of port marketing, there were many studies on port marketing. But previous studies for domestic port marketing are considered more importantly Products, Price and Promotion than Place of the 4Ps of marketing mix strategy. But it has to preferentially consider the place strategy in Busan Port because the best advantage is geographical position. So this paper shows the strategic plan of Place Marketing.
