현 건설산업의 위기를 점검하고 해소 방안을 제기하기 위해 정부 관계자와 업계 임원들이 의견을 나누는 자리를 마련했다. 지난 9월 말 강길부 국회의원이 주최하고, 아시아 경제신문이 주관한‘한국 건설산업 위기 해소방안’에 대한 세미나에서 논의되었던 주제 발표와 토론 내용에 대해 살펴본다.

소아치과 임상에서 기성금관 수복은 광범위한 우식병소를 가졌거나 치수치료를 받은 치아에 필수적인 술식으로 간주된다. 그러나 기성금관 장착을 위한 치아삭제 과정 중 인접 치면에 의원성 손상이 생길 경우 우식이환율이 높아질 수 있다. 특히 제 2유구치에 기성금관을 위한 지대치를 형성할 때 인접한 제 1대구치 근심면에 발생될 수 있는 의원성 손상은 치아 우식으로 진행될 잠재성을 가지게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 제 2유구치의 기성금관을 위한 지대치 형성과정에서 생길 수 있는 제 1대구치의 의원성 손상의 유형과 정도를 알아보고자 하였다. 부산대학교병원에 내원한 소아들을 대상으로 기성금관으로 수복한 제 2유구치의 원심면을 치간이개용 고무링으로 치간이개를 한 후 러버인상재로 인접면의 인상을 채득하고 주사 전자현미경상에서 관찰하여 의원성 손상의 정도를 확인하였다. 제 1대구치의 근심면이 인기된 시편을 주사 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과, 약 66.7%에서 다양한 유형과 정도의 의원성 손상을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 유구치의 기성금관 장착을 위한 지대치 형성과정에서는, 치간이개용 고무링이나 wedge를 이용한 치간이개, matrix band를 이용한 인접 치면의 보호, 인접면 삭제방법의 수정 등과 같은 의원성 손상을 예방하기 위한 술자의 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료되었다.

Objectives : This study was undertaken to verify the effect of Gangjihwan(Di-fatty, DF) composed with Pakistani Ephedra Herba on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) using high fat diet-fed male mice. Method : Eight-week old C57BL/6N mice were used for all experiments. Standard chow diet-fed mice were used as normal group and high fat diet-fed NAFLD mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control, atorvastatin, DF(1), DF(2) and DF(3). After 8 weeks, mice were treated with water, atorvastatin(10mg/kg) and DF(40, 80, 160mg/kg) for 8 weeks. And we investigated body weight gain, plasma lipid and glucose metabolism, histological analysis for liver on the mice. Results : Compared with controls, DF-treated mice had very significantly lower body weight gain and lower visceral adipose tissue weight, the magnitudes of which were prominent in DF(3). Consistent with their effects on body weight gain, DF-treated mice had lower blood total cholesterol and triglyceride level compared with controls. Consistent with their effects on body weight gain and blood plasma lipid level, DF-treated mice had lower liver weight and hepatic lipid accumulation of DF-treated groups was significantly decreased than control group. Also Blood plasma AST, ALT and ${\gamma}$-GT concentration were not changed by DF, and these results may indicate DF do not show any toxic effects. Conclusions : These results suggest that DF effectively improves NAFLD. DF reduces liver weight and prevents lipid accumulation of hepatocyte by reducing body weight gain and modulating blood plasma lipid metabolism levels.

본 연구는 국회의원실 기록관리의 현황을 진단하고 개선 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 주로 국회의원 보좌직원을 대상으로 한 심층면담을 통해 그들의 인식과 필요성에 대해 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 현재 국회의원실의 기록관리 책임은 의원실의 보좌직원이 담당하고 있지만 아직 기록관리에 대한 인식이 부족함으로 체계적 기록관리가 이루어지고 있지 않은 상황이다. 일부 보좌직원들은 기록관리의 중요성을 인식하고 있지만, 여전히 인식의 변화와 실천이 필요하며, 효과적인 실천을 위한 체계적 교육과 지원이 부족한 상황이라는 점도 드러났다. 보좌직원의 인식은 적극적 유형(A), 현실 순응적 유형(B), 국회의원 기록의 특수성을 강조하는 유형(C)의 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었으며, 국회의원실 기록관리에서 보좌직원의 역할의 중요성을 고려했을 때 특히 유형 B와 C의 보좌직원들의 인식 변화가 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록관리에 대한 교육 및 인식개선 프로그램, 통합적인 관리 시스템의 도입, 정책 및 제도적 지원을 주요 과제로 제시하였다.

Objective : The objective of this study was to explore the meaning of "man (滿)" in Shanghanlun through the analysis of four cases. Methods : We analyzed four cases treated with modified Soshiho-tang, which is administered when 滿 aggravates chief complaints. All cases were diagnosed by the disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on the Shanghanlun provisions. Results : All 4 patients' chief complaints were improved after administration of modified Soshiho-tang. Swelling symptoms were reduced in all 4 cases. Through the etymological research and clinical treatment results, the clinical meaning of 滿 was deduced as "swelling." Conclusions : The etymological and clinical analysis suggest that the concept of "滿" may be defined as "swelling" in the Shanghanlun provisions.

Objective: Alzheimer's disease is characterized by progressive, irreversible brain damage and cognitive decline. Although the diagnosis and treatment of the prodromal symptoms of dementia are important, no treatment for mild cognitive impairment has been currently established. Herein, we report the case of an 80-year-old female patient with memory complaints treated with Gugijihwang-tang, a traditional Korean medicine herbal formula, as an add-on medication. Case Presentation: The patient was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment based on clinical examinations using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer's Disease (CERAD), Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Scale, Global Deterioration (GDR) Scale, and Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) Scale. She was treated with Gugijihwang-tang bis in die for 12 months while continuing her original medications, including 5-mg donepezil and 590-mg acetyl-l-carnitine. The MMSE score in the Korean Version of the CERAD Assessment Packet increased from 21 to 27 during the 12-month treatment period, and the CERAD 2 score increased from 33 to 62. The instrumental ADL scale score improved from 11 to 5. Other clinical examination results also showed improvement. The patient was satisfied and experienced no significant adverse events related to the Gugijihwang-tang treatment. Conclusion: This case suggests that Gugijihwang-tang could be considered as a treatment method for patients with mild cognitive impairment.

국회 국토해양위원회 김성곤 의원(민주당 여수갑)이 지난 10월 6일부터 열린 2008년 국정감사에 앞서 '건설하도급업계 위기 원인 진단과 개선방안'이라는 정책자료집을 발간했다. 김성곤 의원은 "건설시장은 아직도 하도급업체에 대한 어음결제 비율이 높고, 건설시장의 구조화된 다단계의 문제점이 존재하고 있다"며 "정부정책에서 중소건설업체와 종사자들에 대한 배려, 따뜻한 정책으로 공정한 시장경제를 이뤄야 한다는 생각에서 자료집을 발간하게 됐다"고 밝혔다. 이자료집은 대한설비건설협회가 건의한 내용을 바탕으로 작성된 것이며, 자세한 내용은 다음과 같다.

국내 최대 책 전시회인 2011 서울국제도서전(www.sibf.or.kr)이 '책은, 미래를 보는 천 개의 눈'이라는 주제로 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 지난 6월 15일부터 19일까지 열렸다. 6월 15일 오전 11시 코엑스 A홀 입구에서 열린 개막식에는 영부인 김윤옥 여사, 윤형두 대한출판문화협회 회장, 박선규 문화체육관광부 차관, 백석기 대한출판문화협회 명예회장, 김재윤 국회의원, 최구식 국회의원 김남수 대한인쇄문화협회 회장 등 정부 및 출판 인쇄관계자들이 대거 참석했다.

이 연구는 의원 간 경쟁이 급성중이염 총진료비와 항생제처방률에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 건강보험심사평가원 2015년 유 소아 급성중이염 평가 자료를 활용하여 기초통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총진료비와 의원 간 경쟁지수는 시 구 군별 큰 격차를 보였으나, 항생체처방룰은 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 의원 간 경쟁은 총진료비에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 의원 간 경쟁은 항생제처방률에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 향후 연구에서 의료기관 경쟁정도가 진료행태에 미치는 다른 요인을 규명하기 위해 재진비율, 방문당 진료비 등에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 19대 전반기 국회의원의 속성에 따른 입법정보 이용행태에 대한 분석을 통해 20대 전반기 국회의원의 입법정보 수요예측과 입법정보서비스의 정책적 함의를 찾는 것을 목표로 한다. 입법정보 지원기관인 국회도서관의 참고질의회답을 분석대상으로 하고, 의원의 정치속성과 관계속성을 독립변수로 하여 분석한 결과 소속정당 선출방식 내향중심성에 따라 국회도서관의 입법정보 이용에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 이와 함께 20대 국회가 여소야대의 국회의원 구성과 3당 체제의 원내구성이라는 점에서 국회도서관의 입법정보 수요가 증가될 것이라고 예측할 수 있었다.
