With the rapid increase of multicultural families in South Korea due to international marriages and the influx of foreign workers, the number of children from these families enlisting in the military is also rising. It is projected that by 2030, over 10,000 recruits from multicultural backgrounds will join the military annually. This influx can help mitigate the issue of decreasing military resources due to low birth rates and enhance the cultural diversity within the military. However, the lack of multicultural awareness and the presence of discrimination in the military can hinder the well-being of these multicultural soldiers. This study aims to analyze the multicultural phenomenon in the Korean military and explore development strategies to ensure the stable service and healthy military culture for multicultural soldiers. The theoretical background of multiculturalism and diversity in the military is examined, along with the analysis of multicultural military operations in other countries. Management strategies for multicultural soldiers, including leadership and organizational culture innovation, multicultural education and awareness programs, and the establishment of tailored support systems, are proposed. Furthermore, policy recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of multicultural policies in the Korean military are presented. Supporting the successful military service of multicultural soldiers will contribute to the enhancement of military combat power and the acceptance of multiculturalism in Korean society.

In terms of population structure, korea military power has entered a serious danger zone, and that birth rate has led not only to a decrease in the population of the nation's economic activity, but also to a decrease in troop resources in our last security bastion, and the trend of "children from multicultural families" joining the army is predicted to soon become a "cultural force" with an average of 8,000 troops expected to join the army between 2025 and 2031. After all, the seriousness of the problem of declining troop resources in the military organization, the nation's last security bastion, and the multicultural army will be added. Therefore, this study reveals how multicultural soldiers are adapting to military service and analyzes them in depth by categorizing a series of processes on military life adaptation.

This Female soldiers today have a child-rearing problem, dealing with the environment and numerous hardships arising from their professional family composition such as working overtime and moving directors due to their characteristics during military service. Also, female soldiers are deepening with the unique duties of the military and frequent training sessions and night shifts, and the hardships of the status quo are continuing, for this reason the heavy responsibilities and stresses of the female military in charge of child care are reaching an extreme. Therefore, this study needs to study institutional measures to ensure the service conditions of female soldiers during the period of child care and to improve child care.

The following study, as the importance of military role in a national disaster is emerging as a part of comprehensive security, there has been a number of elements of social disaster-related support in support of each type of national disaster aimed to improve the military's role towards comprehensive security but there has been no regular study of this topic. The point of this study is to analyze various aspects and hardships during the mission and improve the effectiveness of future support missions by observing and interviewing the military personnel which substituted the role of train drivers in the Seoul Metro in 2016, when the Korean Railroad Corporation [KORAIL] Workers Union was on strike [72 days] which is the longest period of a national disaster requiring military assistance.
