This study is to find out the type of relation existed for the career compromise of university students with respect to the career related variables. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey has been implemented for 278 University students in order to measure the level of career compromise, career decision-making self-efficacy, career outcome expectations, workhope, career motivation, and occupational engagement behavior. The data analysis facilitated SPSS 22.0 to administer reliability analysis, basic statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The result of this study is shown as follows. First, career decision-making self-efficacy, career outcome expectations and workhope are all shown to influence on career compromise, and the greater the relative influence of workhope. As a result of detailed look, career compromise has shown the influence, and career compromise has shown the influence, on the occupational engagement behavior. Therefore, university students in Korea confirmed that career compromise is negatively affecting career-related factors. Based on the research findings, it is meaningful to note that it is necessary to help university students effectively cope with the situation of the career compromise in a career guidance and consultation scene.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among major satisfaction, career preparation behavior and career sense maturity of sports-related university students. To achieve the objective of this study 221 students in sports-related university were investigated with convenience sampling method. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS Statistics v21 and SPSS Amos v21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the major satisfaction had static influence to the career preparation behavior. Second, it showed that the major satisfaction gave static influence to the career sense maturity. Third, it showed that the career preparation behavior affected the career sense maturity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a employment career counseling program on university student' by analyzing whether it would bring any changes to the selected. The subjects in this study were 60 university student who were users of A university in the city of A. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 60 university student' each, and a employment career counseling program was conducted in eight sessions, once a biweekly. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program showed improvement in career maturity. Second, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program expressed better career self-efficacy. Third, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program felt less career barriers.

This study examined the effects of perceived career barriers and attribution style on career preparation behaviors of female college students' and the moderating effects of attribution style between career barriers and career preparation behaviors. For this purpose, career barrier test, preparation behavior, and attribution style test were conducted on 485 female college students. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The findings are as follows. First, career perceived barriers by female college students had a negative effect on career preparation behaviors. Second, the more internal and controllable the attribution, the more active the career behaviors. Third, there was no moderating effect of attribution style between career barriers and career preparation behavior. Based on the above findings, implications for career education and career counseling for female college students, limitations of the study, and directions for further research were discussed.

최근 대학의 진로지도는 재학생들에게 산업 현장에서의 경험을 제공함으로써 학교에서 배운 전공지식을 기업현장에 적용하여 전공과 관련된 실무경험을 축적하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학에서의 현장실습은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이며 이를 통해 학생들이 습득하는 산업현장에 관한 경험, 정보와 아이디어가 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 졸업 후 고용획득 뿐만 아니라 창업의 동기로 작용하기도 하는지 확인하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 이에 따른 행동을 이끌어 내기 위한 동기적 측면에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이와 함께 능동적이고 계획적으로 진로를 선택해 나가는 자기주도적 경력태도와 기업가정신에 따라 현장실습경험이 고용가능성과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석할 것이다. 본 연구에서 예상되는 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 현장실습 경험은 대학생이 인식한 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 창업의도에도 직접적으로 영향을 줄 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도적 경력태도는 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 대학생의 기업가정신은 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the major satisfaction and parents' career support on the behavior of career preparation among university students and to presents basic data for making active the behavior of career preparation. A survey was held to the university students in Seoul and Chungcheong cities from April 15 to May 14, 2021 195 copies were in the final analysis for data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression was used. As a result, the factors of affecting on the behavior of career preparation were followed by Economic level, Major category, Motivation of the major, Grade, the major satisfaction and parents' career support. The multiple regression explanatory power was 50.5percent of the total changes in the behavior of career preparation. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic data for the development of education programs through increase the major satisfacton and enhance parents career support in order to the active behavior of career preparation.

The purpose of this study were to investigate relations among family resilience, self-determination(autonomy, perceived competence, relatedness) and commitment to career choice and to examine the meditating effects of self-determination(autonomy, perceived competence, relatedness) in the process by which family resilience affected commitment to career choice. Subjects of the study were 277 college students in the Chungbuk and Kyungpook province. AMOS 7.0 was employed to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, college students' family resilience had a direct impact on college students' self-determination(autonomy, perceived competence, relatedness) and commitment to career choice. Second, students' self-determination(autonomy, perceived competence, relatedness) had a direct impact on students' commitment to career choice. Third, it was found students' self-determination(autonomy, perceived competence, relatedness) was a meditating factor in the relationship between students' family resilience, and commitment to career choice.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether social support perceived by a health science student affects career stress and to provide basic data for counseling using social support as an effective career guidance. This study subject to 307 students from J university in Jeonju. The survey was conducted by questionnaire. The survey content consisted of social support, career stress, and general characteristics of the subject. The study found that the lower the academic stress, the higher the social support score in the high family socioeconomic status group and the higher the academic stress, the higher the career stress in the general characteristics of the subjects. Based on the results of this study, we have confirmed that social support affects career Stress. Therefore, social support may serve as a protection factor for health science students who received career stress by relieving stress and improving satisfaction with own life.

According to the broaden and build theory of positive emotion, positive emotion brings positive results in various areas of life. Based on this, this study focused if positive emotions could improve satisfaction with college life and career preparation among undergraduate students. Futhermore we examined that calling mediates between positive emotion and satisfaction with college life/career preparation. The total of 473 respondents were surveyed in this study. The result showed that positive emotions improve college life satisfaction and career preparation. Also, calling of students played an significant role of mediation between positive emotion and satisfaction with college life/career preparation. Based on these results, we discussed the impact of contact and sense of community and implications of this study.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that stress for getting a job and psychological well-being affect career decision efficacy of college students. In order to accomplish the purpose, survey was conducted on 447 college students in the city of I. The results were first, college students' stress for getting a job, psychological well-being, and career decision efficacy didn't have difference by the distinction of sex. Second, some significant difference was present on college students' stress for getting a job, psychological well-being, and career decision efficacy by grade levels. Third, some meaningful correlation was shown on college students' stress for getting a job, psychological well-being, and career decision efficacy. Fourth, college students' stress for getting a job and psychological well-being have a positive impact on their career decision efficacy. As seen in such results, in the course of career search and choice, stress for getting a job and psychological well-being was shown as positive variables. When college students are making a decision on their career, their career decision efficacy can be an important factor of career counseling.
