Estimation of Dynamic Load Amplification Factors under Various Roughness Indices and Vehicle Classes (주행차량의 종류와 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 평탄성에 따른 동적하중 증가계수 산정)

  • In this study, frequently passing vehicles with two, three, four, and five axles were chosen through traffic volume analysis in Kyung-In Expressway in order to analyze how the road roughness and vehicle speed affect on the dynamic loads for roads in various vehicle classes. Dynamic loads according to chosen vehicles are estimated by TruckSim program. Dynamic load amplification factor is ratio between dynamic and static loads, and it is also determined for each vehicle classes. From the result of dynamic loads estimated by the dynamic load amplification factor, it is shown that for three-axles vehicle, when IRI is 3.5 and vehicle speed is 100km/hr, asphalt pavements receive additional 36% of static loads in maximum. The analysis of the amplification factor according to each vehicle classes also indicates that the amplification factor increases as the distance between the axles becomes smaller and each axle receives more loads.

  • For the design and maintenance of highways and road structures, the statistical data are needed for the vehicle, especially heavy truck crossing. So far, static weighing has been used but it needs fixed station, crews, and it takes a lot of time. Also truck mix and headway distances cannot be obtained. Bridge Weigh-In-Motion system uses the bridge as a weighing scale and collects the axle weights, axle distances. vehicle types and etc. without stopping or slowing down the vehicle. In this study, for the first time in the country, BWIM system is applied on steel I-girder bridge and its applicability is examined. Also data collected in this system is analyzed to get truck traffic characteristics including average daily truck traffic, weight distribution, typical truck configuration and overweight truck status. The results are compared with other data from weighing station and highway toll gates.

Study on Bridge Dynamic Responses under Vehicle Loads (차량하중에 의한 교량의 동적응답특성 분석)

  • The dynamic responses of highway bridges are varying depending on the features of either traveling vehicles or bridges. In this study, the probabilistic characteristics of dynamic amplification factors of highway bridges due to traveling heavy vehicles have been examined through analytical simulation processes. The truck with tandem axle and tractor with semitrailer are selected as the representative heavy vehicles, which are modeled with three dimensional 7-DOF and 12-DOF models, respectively. The analytical results have been compared with the experimental results of dynamic loading tests and the validity of the analytical models has been examined. Parametric studies on the means and extreme values of amplification factors have been performed with various traffic conditions such as vehicle types, vehicle weights, surface profiles, number of loading vehicles, loading positions, etc.

  • 최근 차량의 멀티미디어 장치들이 증가하면서 이 장치들을 네트워크로 연결하여 멀티미디어 데이터를 송 수신해서 사용할 수 있는 MOST 네트워크를 적용한 차량들이 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MOST 네트워크를 적용한 장치들을 제어하기 위한 HMI를 구현하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. MOST는 네트워크 전체를 관리하는 하나의 마스터와 하나 이상의 슬레이브 장치들로 구성된다. 또한 MOST 네트워크에 연결된 장치를 제어하는 컨트롤 인터페이스가 있는데 이를 HMI라고 한다. 일반적으로 HMI는 마스터 역할을 하면서 네트워크의 각 각 장치들을 제어한다. 멀티미디어 장치 중 차량에서 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 장치가 오디오 장치이며 MOST 네트워크에서 사용되는 대표적인 장치이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 MOST 네트워크의 대표적인 장치인 오디오 장치를 제어하는 HMI 인터페이스 프로그램을 구현하였으며, MOST 오디오 장치를 네트워크로 연결하여 구현한 프로그램을 테스트한 결과 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

  • 전기철도차량에는 대용량 추진제어 컨버터/인버터부터 소용량 스위칭 모드 전원장치에 이르기까지 철도차량의 운행에 필요한 각종 동력 및 전력을 공급하기 위한 여러 가지 형태의 전력변환장치가 사용되고 있다. 그 중 가장 대표적인 전력변환장치가 추진제어인버터와 보조전원장치이다. 전기철도차량의 성능평가는 전력변환장치의 성능평가라 할 수 있을 정도로 많은 비중을 전력변환장치가 차지하고 있다. 한국철도기술연구원은 국토해양부로부터 지정받은 성능시험기관으로서 국내 도시철도 및 철도차량의 성능평가를 수행하고 있다. 성능시험은 차량의 제작공정에 따라 부품시험, 구성품시험, 완성차시험, 예비주행 및 본선시운전의 각 단계별로 실시하고 그 시험기준으로 도시철도차량의 성능시험에관한기준 및 철도차량성능시험 시행지침이 적용된다. 성능시험기준을 근간으로 추진제어인버터와 보조전원장치의 성능시험 대한 시험항목과 시험방법에 대하여 소개한다.

  • 차량의 승차감 및 조안 성능을 결정하는 중요한 인자인 현가장치(Supension System) 설계의 최적화를 기하며 실차육성기간을 줄이고 설계 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 각종 차량 특성 인자의 수치화를 통해 여러 가지 해석을 수행하게 된다. 이러한 해석 과정으로는 크게 현가장 치의 기구학적 특성-Kinematic Analysis-과 부시 (Bush)와 스프링 (Spring) 등의 컴플라이언스 (Compliance) 효과 - 쿼지스테틱 어낼러시스 (Quasistatic Analysis)-와 전체차량의 주행 시뮬 레이션 (simulation)을 통한 설계차량의주행안정성 검토-풀 비클 어낼러시스 (Full Vehicle Analysis)- 등이 있다. 이 글에서는 승용차의 현가장치중 대표적인형인 맥퍼슨 스터러트형에 대 하여 1) 기구학적 특성, 2) 부시와 스프링 등의 컴플라이언스 효과, 3) 전체차량의 주행 시뮬레 이션을 통한 차량의 주행 안정성 검토의 순으로 각 단계별 주요 검토 항목과 인자, 그리고 실제 차량에서의 현상에 대하여 소개한다.

  • Overloading of Commercial vehicles have been an important area of transportation as one of the main causes of pavement damage, bridge collapse, severe traffic accident, etc. In this study, we analyzed the effects of overweight prevention by analyzing overweight driving patterns and using weight sensors. First, we analyzed relevant literatures of overweight and surveyed the commercial weight sensors. Then we chose the typical type of overweight vehicles based of overweight enforcement data analysis. MEMs inclinometer weight sensor were installed to 10 test vehicles and data was collected by weight sensors and gps in real time. As a result of gross vehicle weight and axle weight analysis, it was found weight sensor could decrease overweight rate. However, since the number of samples of test vehicles is insufficient to represent the whole commercial vehicle, further studies are deemed possible through the extension test.

  • In this study, truck weight data and load effects of single truck on bridges are analyzed for development of new vehicular load model of the reliability-based bridge design code. Rational load model and statistical properties of loads are important for developing reliability-based design code. In this study, truck weight data collected at four locations are used as well as data from four locations in other studies. Truck weight data are collected from WIM or BWIM system, which are known to give reliable data. Typical truck types, dimensions and axle weight distribution are determined. Probability distributions of upper 20% total truck weight are assumed as Extreme Type I and 100 years maximum truck weights are estimated by linear regression on the probability paper. The load effects of trucks having estimated maximum weights are analyzed for span length from 10 m to 200 m.

  • 자동차가 안전성 및 편의성을 제공하는 다양한 서비스를 제공하게 되면서 차량 부품의 급속한 전자화가 진행 중에 있다. 자동차의 부품에 소프트웨어가 탑재됨에 따라 공통 모듈의 재사용성, 부품 호환성 등의 문제점이 생겨나게 되었고 이를 해결하고자 하는 움직임이 표준화를 통해서 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 자동차 서비스 개발을 위한 대표적인 전장 SW 플랫폼인 AUTOSAR의 표준화 동향 및 적용 사례에 대해 기술한다.

  • Recently, interesting of U-city with ubiquitous computing technologies has increased and u-city services can improve people's quality of life. Among the u-city services, traffice service is actively developed in our lives. In this paper, we propose the business model and business model process in u-car tracking service. To propose the research purpose, we examined the prior business model and investigated u-car tracking information. And also, we draw scenario and used it to identify business model. To efficiently understand proposed business model, we built business model process of u-car tracking service. The results of study, we proposed business model and business model process with stakeholder, benefiter and value model. This study concludes with implications of the study results as well as limitations and future research directions.
