카메라폰의 폭발적인 보급은 폰카메라 렌즈모듈 시장의 동반성장을 가져왔고 대부분 일본에 의존하던 기존의 광학렌즈 시장과 달리 폰카메라 렌즈분야에서는 국내 업체가 시장을 장악하고 있다. 그중에서도 (주)디오스텍(대표.박일, www.diostech.co.kr)은 설립 5년 만에 국내 시장 점유율 1위, 세계 시장에서 3위를 기록하는 등 글로벌 업체로서의 면모를 갖췄다. 올해 3월 허두철 사장의 뒤를 이어 박일 사장을 새로운 사령탑으로 맞은 디오스텍은 카메라폰 렌즈시장의 우위를 발판으로 신규시장에서의 '새로운 강자'로 거듭나기 위해 더욱 발 빠른 행보를 보이고 있다.

방하남 고용노동부 장관이 지난달 18일로 취임 100일을 맞이했다. 그간 방 장관은 발로 뛰는 장관, 소통과 커뮤니케이션의 전문가 등의 별칭이 붙을 정도로 집무의 상당부분을 현자에서 보냈다. 직접 사고현장을 찾아 원인을 찾고 대책을 강구한 것은 물론 또 관련 정부부처의 힘을 하나로 모으고, 사고의 우려가 높은 화학 및 전자 반도체업계의 대표들을 한자리에 모아 안전의 중요성을 강조했다. 그리고 각계의 의견을 지속적으로 수렴해가며 쉼 없이 대책을 마련했다. 그 결과 안전을 중시하겠다는 사업주들의 선언이 잇따르고, 멈춤 없이 발생하던 중대 재해도 다소 주춤해졌다. 행동과 실천으로 산재 감소에 앞장서고 있는 방하남 장관을 만나 산업안전 분야에 대한 정책 방향을 들어봤다.

반도체 및 MEMS 재료 및 foundry service 및 반도체용 계측기를 개발 및 제조하고 최근에는 반도체용 농도계를 국내 최초로 개발한 우수한 중소기업 (주)세미로드가 지난 2012년 대구 생태산업단지 구축사업에 뛰어들면서 약 1년간의 연구개발 끝에 사료첨가제를 개발해 축산업분야에 첫 발을 내디뎠다. 생균과 식품추출효소를 배합해 '아제라'를 출시하였다. '아제라'는 닭의 장내 생태계를 유익미생물로 우점하는 환경을 조성하고, 유익미생물의 활동을 촉진시켜 소화흡수력을 높여 농가 생산성을 높일 수 있을것으로 기대된다. 이번호에는 (주)세미로드(대표이사 김홍성)를 소개코자 한다.

It has been 20 years since the gender quota system for expanding women's political representation was enacted. However, the proportion of Korean women's representatives has not exceeded 20 percent. This study examines how the gender quota system, public funding for women candidates, and public funding for women's development, which are the three pillars of the legal system to expand women's representation, have changed systematically over the past 20 years, how they affected women's representation, and what institutional limitations they have. In addition, it explores the im/possible conditions of reforms for expanding women's representation. To reform the legal system for women's representation, it is necessary to understand that Korea's political system is arranged in a gender-based way in a male-dominated structure, while also understanding that the existence of critical actors and mass driving reforms for gender equality in politics is essential.

송대(宋代)에는 상한학(傷寒學)에 대하여 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그 중에 대표적인 의가가 허숙미(許叔微)이다. 그는 자신이 직접 임증(臨訂)에서 경험한 것을 토대로 "상한론(傷寒論)"을 증(證)에 따라 분류하여 변증논치의 발전을 추동하고 가결형식(歌訣形式)으로 편집하여 임상응용에 접근을 용이하게 하였다. 그리고 임상각과(臨床各科)의 제방용약(制方用藥)에 대해서도 조예가 깊어 방제학에 대한 발전을 촉진시켰으며 아울러 독특한 의론(醫論)을 전개하였다. 그의 대표적인 저작으로는 "상한백증가(傷寒百證歌)", "상한발미론(傷寒發微論)", "상한구십론(傷寒九發十論)", "보제본사방(普濟本事方)"등이 있고 후세에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다.

Recently, intensive research efforts are world-widely forced on the development of sport shoes improving both the injury protection and the playing performance by taking kinesiology and biomechanics into consideration. However, the success of this goal depends definitely on the reliable evaluation of the dynamic responses of sport shoes and human foot, particularly the landing impact characteristics. It is because the landing impact force is a main source of unexpected injuries and influences the playing performance in court sport activities. This paper addresses the application of finite element method to the evaluation of landing impact characteristics of barefoot and several representative court sport shoes in running. In order to accurately reflect the coupling effect between human foot and shoes accurately, we construct a fully coupled three-diemensional foot-shoe FEM model which does not rely on the independent experimental data any more. Through the numerical simulation, we assessed the reliability of the numerical FEM model by comparing with the experimental results and investigated the landing impact characteristics, such as GRF, MIF, acceleration and frequency responses, of representative court sport shoes.

This study analyzes the revision bills of the National Assembly Law in the 19th National Assembly in which the National Assembly Advancement Act was enacted, with the question "who are involved in the revision of the procedural rules, and what motivates them?" The cosponsor network analysis focusing on primary sponsors of the revision bills shows that the network was constructed by party affiliations. A small number of members with high degree centrality attempted to cooperate with each other at the cosponsoring stage, but the legislation did not pass through the related committee. In addition, this study tests the four competitive hypotheses (the committee hypothesis, the distributive politics hypothesis, the ideological distance hypothesis, and the partisan affiliation hypothesis) about the motivation to propose amendments by using the regression models which include newly measured variables. Only the committee hypothesis and the partisan affiliation hypothesis are empirically supported. This implies that partisan consideration is still significant in amending the National Assembly Law even after the National Assembly Advancement Act, and thus party leaders' willingness to seek bipartisan compromises is at the heart of problem-solving.

In this study, the influence of classroom smells (foot odor, hair smell, sour smell, and sweat smell) of male high school and sweat smell and the offensive odor substance (ammonia and butyric acid) on the electroencephalography (EEG) activities of 20 female volunteers, ranging in age from 30 to 50 were studied. The representative response of brainwave index by these smells stimuli was most pronounced on temporal lobes among the brain lobes. By comparison with background EEG activities on temporal lobes, the smells reduced the relative alpha band power (0.04~0.13) and increased the relative beta band power (0.02~0.06) and the relative gamma band power (0.03~0.09). The alpha wave was deactivated, high beta (18~30Hz) and gamma (30~50Hz) waves were remarkably activated. The order of EEG fluctuation caused by the smell stimulus is as follows; hair smell > butyric acid > foot odor, sour smell > ammonia > sweat smell. It means that the classroom smells cause an excessive brain arousal and straining and may be reducing one's attention and learning ability.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence of sports injury and trend of incidence pattern of national judo athletes. The research method was analyzed based on the records of all injuries experienced by national judo athletes during training and competition for 9 years from 2008 to 2016. A total of 20,345 sports injuries requiring physical therapy were 10,768 (52.93%) for women, 9,577 (47.07%) for men, lower extremities 9,688 (47.62%), upper limbs 5,807 (28.54%), and trunk 4,850 (23.84%) and knee-related injuries (27.82%) occur more frequently than other injuries. Shoulders, feet and back were more frequent in male athletes, and ankle, neck and hand injuries were more common in female athletes. Using the binomial trend line, the trend of the decrease of sports injuries in each area was shown. However, infrequent injuries such as hands and hips tend to increase gradually. The results of this study are expected to be used as a training program for judo athletes' sports injury and basic data.

Thesaurus, a well-known form of controlled vocabulary, has been widely used for indexing and searching of information during the last 50 years. There also have been developments of international and national standards to provide guidelines for developing thesaurus in diverse subject areas. In recent years, the revisions of thesaurus-related standards have been made. Among them are ISO 25964 and BS 8723. This article examines the current status of revision of these standards, and discusses its implications. Based on this examination, it suggests functional requirements of thesaurus in the present information environment, and also proposes elements needed for the development of these functions.
