This study was carried out to investigate the availability of sorbitol and maltitol as alternative sweeteners for replacement of sucrose in sponge cake. Physical characteristics of batter such as specific gravity, pH of cake batter and volume, texture of sponge cake were analyzed lst specific gravities of batters contained 10~40% of sorbitol and maltitol were lower than that of the sucrose. 2nd specific gravity of batters showed the same results as the lst specific gravity. pH of the cake batters contained sorbitol and maltitol revealed high value compared to the control. As the amount of replacement increased, pH value showed higher. In terms of cake volume, as the amounts of sorbitol and maltitol were increased, the volume was larger than that of the control. Up to 20% of replacement, the cake contained sorbitol showed higher volume than that containing maltitol, but the cake contained maltitol showed higher volume in above 30% In terms of texture of sponge cake, the control showed the highest in hardness, as the amounts of sorbitol and maltitol were increased, hardness value has lowered compared to the control on the same storage day. In this study, addition of sorbitol and maltitol to sponge cake showed good results.

Effect of baking on the physicochemical and sensory properties was investigated using a model system of sponge cakes incorporated with Ecklonia cava powder as a value-added food ingredient. Ecklonia cava powder was incorporated into cake batter at 5 levels (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%, w/w) by replacing equivalent amount of wheat flour. After appropriate mixing, sponge cakes were baked at ${185^{\circ}C}$ for 20 min in an oven. The baked cakes were cooled to room temperature for 1 hr prior to all measurements. The specific gravity of batter increased gradually with increase in Ecklonia cava powder content. The specific volume of sponge cakes tended to decrease while baking loss increased. Volume of the cakes decreased with higher amount of Ecklonia cava powder in the formulation as indicated by the decrease in the volume index. Sponge cakes became darker and firmer with increase in Ecklonia cava powder content (p<0.05). Color, seaweeds smell, and taste were distinctively classified by the sensory analyses (p<0.05). Finally, correlation analysis indicated that level of Ecklonia cava powder incorporation was well-correlated with all the physicochemical and sensory properties studied except for $a^{*}$-value and sensory firmness (p<0.05, p<0.01 or p<0.001).

This paper deals with the routing and wavelength assignment problem (RWAP) that decides the best lightpaths for multiple packet demands for (s,t) in optical communication and assigns the minimum number of wavelengths to given lightpaths. There has been unknown of polynomial-time algorithm to obtain the optimal solution for RWAP. Hence, the RWAP is classified as NP-complete problem and one can obtain the approximate solution in polynomial-time. This paper decides the shortest main and alternate lightpath with same hop count for all (s,t) for given network in advance. When the actual demands of communication for particular multiple packet for (s,t), we decrease the maximum utilized edge into b utilized number using these dual-paths. Then, we put these (s,t) into b-wavelength bins without duplicated edge. This algorithm can be get the optimal solution within O(kn) computational complexity. For two experimental data, the proposed algorithm shows that can be obtain the known optimal solution.

On the crisis of international economy, the government is making an effort to seek economic growing motivation with the method of overcoming economic crisis and 'low carbon green growth'. Furthermore, to promote maritime vessel traffic service related inefficient energy wastage was revealed and eco-friendly alternative energy was accepted because of high price of oil in the beginning of 2008. In this situation, I'm going to discuss the possibility of eco-friendly energy system in maritime vessel traffic service with the way of cutting the budget and expansion of solar power generation system which was promoted to meet governmental 'energy saving plan for high price of oil'.

The objective of this research is to measure the quality of web accessibility of Tripitaka Koreana websites. To achieve this research aim, three typical websites were selected, and conducted both the system-based evaluation and the user-based evaluation using the six common indicators. It found that no website satisfied with the 95% accessibility level in all six indicators, and users were more likely to respond positively to the high level of web accessibility results from the system-based evaluation (i.e., providing alternate texts, providing titles, displaying the basic languages, performing user requests, and providing labels). We suggested some ideas to increase the web accessibility based on the results of analysis.

Bio-inspired routing protocol uses a principle of swarm intelligence, which finds the optimal path to the destination in a distributed and autonomous way in dynamic environments, so that it can maximize routing performances, reduce control overhead, and recover a path failure quickly according to the change of network topology. In this paper, we propose a bio-inspired routing protocol for mobile ad hoc networks. The proposed scheme uses a function of overhearing via wireless media in order to obtain the routing information without additional overhead. Through overhearing, the pheromone is diffused around the shortest path between the source and destination. Based on this diffused pheromone, a probabilistic path exploration is executed and the useful alternative routes between the source and destination are collected. Therefore, the proposed routing protocol can ensure the up-to-date routing information while reducing the control overhead. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the typical AODV and AntHocNet protocols in terms of routing performances and significantly decreases the routing overhead against the AntHocNet.

지난해 MERS 등의 영향으로 주춤했던 국내 관광산업이 올해에는 정부의 임시 공휴일 운영 및 대체 공휴일 실시 등과 함께 외국인 관광인구 유입 증가 등으로 MICE산업 형태로 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국내 관광지를 찾는 다양한 여행자에게 위치에 기반한 상세 관광 안내 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 다양한 이동경로를 갖을 수 있는 실외 관광지의 다중경로에 대하여 이용자 소셜 위치정보를 통해, 사용자별 맞춤형 관광경로 추천 및 최단경로 안내 방법에 대하여 제안한다.

An Ad-hoc network which is composed of mobile nodes only should be able to distribute the traffic load evenly to the network so that the network could utilize its resources effectively However, most of researches have been concentrated in channel establishment level, not in channel reestablishment level. In this paper, the existing AODV routing protocol has been modified and upgraded to disperse the traffic load more quickly A node which uses the modified AODV routing protocol proposed in this paper broadcasts a control message to adjacent nodes, which announces congestion around the node. In order to verify the performance improvement of the proposed protocol, simulation study has been carried out by using ns2 simulator.

Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) is operating widely in civil and military area. GNSS signals, however, can be easily interfered because its signal is vulnerable to jamming. Thus, a sort of backup or alternative system is needed in order that the navigation performance is assured to a certain degree in case of GNSS jamming. In order to suggest a series of backup or alternative system of regional navigation, in this paper, we introduced a high altitude long endurance unmanned aerial vehicle (HALE UAV) with pseudolites using inverted GPS and transceiver system. We simulated the positioning error of the regional navigation system using HALE UAV with inverted GPS or transceivers concepts. We estimated the position error of HALE UAV calculate user position errors based on the position error of HALE UAV and general pseudorange error.

Cherry tomato was packed with several plastic films, and investigated the quality characteristics such as gas composition, weight loss, microbial load, soluble solid content, total acidity during storage at 12$\^{C}$. Cast polypropylene(CPP), low density polyethylene(LDPE), polyolefin(MPD, PD961) and perforated polyolefin(PY85) were used as packaging film. Oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration inside packages generally showed a stabilized levels after 10 days, but those of CPP and PD961 changed throughout the storage. Weight loss of PY85 was 25.6 % after 20 days, while others maintained around 1.0%. Total microbial count showed a increase pattern similar to yeast and mold, and CPP maintained the highest microbial load after 10 days. MPD retarded the decay of cherry tomato to 5.3%, while others showed above 20% after 20 days.
