  • The robot is the creation of new markets and various cooperation according to the manufacturing paradigm shift. Cooperative management easy for existing industrial robots, robots work on productivity, manpower to replace the robot in every industry cooperation for the purpose of and demand increases.to exist But the industrial robot at the scene of the cooperation working due to accidents are frequent, threatening the safety of the operator. Of industrial site is configured with a robot in an environment ensuring the safety of the operator to and confidence to communicate that can do the possibility of action.Robot guard system of the need for development cooperation. The robot's cooperation through the sensors and computer vision task within a radius of the double to prevent accidents and accidents should reduce the risk. International protocol for a variety of industrial production equipment and communications opc ua system based on ultrasonic sensors and cnn to (Convolution Neural Network) for video analytics. We suggest the cooperation with the robot guard system. Robots in a proposed system is unsafe situation of workers evaluating the possibility of control.

Automatic Layer-by-layer Dipping System for Functional Thin Film Coatings (다층박막적층법 적용 기능성 박막 코팅을 위한 자동화 시스템)

  • A simple and very flexible automatic dipping machine was constructed for producing functional multilayer films on wide substrates via the layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly technique. The proposed machine exhibits several features that allow a fully automated coating operation, such as various depositing recipes, control of the dipping depth and time, operating speed, and rinsing flow, air-assist drying nozzles, and an operation display. The machine uniformly dips a substrate into aqueous mixtures containing complementary (e.g., oppositely charged, capable of hydrogen bonding, or capable of covalent bonding) species. Between the dipping of each species, the sample is spray cleaned with deionized water and blow-dried with air. The dipping, rinsing, and drying areas and times are adjustable by a computer program. Graphene-based thin films up to ten-bilayers were prepared and characterized. This film exhibits the highly filled multilayer structures and low thermal resistance, indicating that the robotic dipping system is simple to produce functional thin film coatings with a variety of different layers.

  • Even manual materials handling tasks(MMHT) is decreasing by adopt of automatic manufacturing system & transportation supporting machine because of increase of productivity, wage lack of labor, safety, in fact working at inclined & complicated slope such as farm, orchard, harbor loading & unloading, logging place and mining place can't be substituted by machine perfectly. So, workers should do MMHT at this place by themselves, lifting on slope can cause much of hazard, include falling. Keeping balance net to slip can be a reason of low back pain(LBP) by overloaded musculoskeletal system but, there's no enough study about lift on slope. Therefore, In this study, we assessed and analyzed change of center of pressure(COP) when lifting on slope by force platform. The result showed that the length lengthen as increasing angle of slope. Especially, the length extremely increased over 15°. Through These basic result, present proper angle boundary, prevent industrial accidents and give proper data not only lifting but also pushing and pulling on slope someday.

  • Most railroad accidents are due to human errors. In particular, most of the causes of these accidents are faults of an engine driver, such as lack of signal confirmation, insecure braking, driving by guess or force of habit. This paper identifies a problem(s) by analyzing accidents for the past 10 years and also seeks a solution to train good engine drivers in order to prevent railroad accidents. In summary, what is needed are: 1) proper placement of various manpower, 2) proper training of engine drivers, 3) proper legislation for a 2-man on board system, and 4) proper reformation of personnel management.

Development of Shape Determination Program for Suspension Bridge Using Digital Image Processing (디지털 화상처리기법을 이용한 현수교의 형상결정기법 개발)

  • In this paper, it is presented a digital image processing method and the program (Visual C++) to determine the shape of the suspension bridge. To investigate the precision of this method, a suspension bridge is divided into 5, 13 and 19 images, respectively, by using the 6.3M pixels digital camera with 300mm zoom lens. Obtained results of the Kwang-Ahn Grand Bridge by using this method are fairly close to the real precision surveyed data. The accuracy is more improved by increasing the number of divided images of the structure. The total cost, man power and time of field survey by this method presented in this study could be much more reduced and the developed program could be applied with little modification for other structures like cable-stayed bridges, if lens compensation algorithms and program access capabilities are improved.

Precision GPS Orbit Determination and Analysis of Error Characteristics (정밀 GPS 위성궤도 결정 및 오차 특성 분석)

  • A bi-directional, multi-step numerical integrator is developed to determine the GPS (Global Positioning System) orbit based on a dynamic approach, which shows micrometer-level accuracy at GPS altitude. The acceleration due to the planets other than the Moon and the Sun is so small that it is replaced by the empirical forces in the Solar Radiation Pressure (SRP) model. The satellite orbit parameters are estimated with the least-squares adjustment method using both the integrated orbit and the published IGS (International GNSS Service) precise orbit. For this estimation procedure, the integration should be applied to the partial derivatives of the acceleration with respect to the unknown parameters as well as the acceleration itself. The accuracy of the satellite orbit is evaluated by the RMS (Root Mean Squares error) of the residuals calculated from the estimated orbit parameters. The overall RMS of orbit error during March 2009 was 5.2 mm, and there are no specific patterns in the absolute orbit error depending on the satellite types and the directions of coordinate frame. The SRP model used in this study includes only the direct and once-per-revolution terms. Therefore there is errant behavior regarding twice-per-revolution, which needs further investigation.

  • 목적 : 최근 들어 여러 가지 디지털 의료장비와 각종 의료정보시스템, 인터넷의 활용에 따라 다양한 종류의 의료정보와 지식이 엄청나게 증가하고 있고, 최신의 진료환경구축을 위해서 이러한 지식과 정보들을 통합 관리하려는 필요성과 요구가 대두되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 요구들은 기존의 종이로 된 차트나 필름 등의 기법에서는 물론이고 여러 가지 독립적인 전산 시스템들 <처방전달시스템(OCS), 의료영상저장전송시스템(PACS) 등>을 통해서도 충족되기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 왜냐하면 기존에 설치된 의료 정보 시스템들은 대체로 독자적인 처리방식과 내부구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 서로 다른 의료 정보 시스템간에 정보를 교환한다는 것이 사실상 매우 어렵거나 심지어는 불가능한 경우가 있기 때문이다. 그러나 이러한 의료 정보들을 최대한 유기적으로 활용하기 위해서는 이상의 여러 가지 의료 정보 시스템들을 완벽히 통합하는 것이 필수적이고 이러한 통합의료정보시스템이 비로소 진료에 있어서의 의사결정 과정에 중추적으로 활용될 수 있는 것이다. 특히 의료영상을 다루는 PACS에서는 다른 종류의 의료정보시스템인 OCS(처방전달시스템)와의 연계가 매우 중요하다. 그러나 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 병원의 전산시스템이 서로 호환되지 않음으로 인해 OCS/PACS 통합은 PACS 도입과정 중에서 가장 어려운 부분으로 인식되어 온 것이 사실이다. 이제까지의 PACS에 있어서는 대량의 영상 데이터를 고속으로 처리하기 위한 기술적인 문제에 주로 관심을 기울였으며 기존의 정보 시스템과의 연계 또는 통합문제는 충분히 고려되지 않았다. 그 결과 PACS를 도입한 병원에서는 기대와는 달리 PACS 운용을 위한 많은 인력소모가 뒤따르거나 운용에 차질을 빚는 등 여러가지 문제가 발생하게 되었다. 따라서 이제까지의 PACS 개발이 기술적인 문제 해결을 위한 방향 접근에서 이루어졌다면, 이제부터는 기술적인 해결을 바탕으로 하여 병원내의 임상운용환경에서 그 효율성을 최대화할 수 있기 위하여 기존 OCS/PACS의 통합 연계성을 주 관심으로 하는 임상적인 접근이 이루어져야 할 시점이라고 파악된다. 이와 같은 OCS/PACS의 통합은 병원 내에서 일어나는 일련의 진료 과정들에 있어서 문자정보뿐 아니라 영상정보까지를 포함하는 모든 진료정보의 관리와 전달을 컴퓨터화 함으로써 진료효율을 비약적으로 형상 시키는 효과를 가져올 수 있으므로 궁극적으로는 모든 병원의 정보시스템이 지향하는 목표이기도 하다. 따라서 OCS/PACS의 통합을 구현하기 위해서는 기존 방식과 OCS/PACS 통합 방식의 차이점이 분석 되어져야 하며 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 차후 병원에 도입되는 시스템이 안정적이고 완성도 높은 병원 정보화 시스템으로 구축 되어져야 하므로 이에 따른 통합 시스템에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다.

Comparing Efficiency of Numerical Cadastral Surveying Using Total Station and RTK-GPS (토탈스테이션과 RTK-GPS 측량을 이용한 수치지적측량의 작업효율성 비교)

  • In the numerical cadastral surveying field, the cadastral surveying would be measured with the Total Station surveying (electronic plane table surveying) system that consist the Total Station for surveying and the computing system for recording and editing the measured coordinates data by the TS. This study would suggest the advanced method, which is used on the RTK-GPS instead of TS for surveying and the computing system for handling the coordinates data and mapping. As a result of this study, although the measurement accuracy of the RTK-GPS and TS surveying make no greate difference, the suggested method reduces the cost of time and work force with the TS surveying. Besides, the new survey method would be more efficient due to directly handling the data and mapping in the field.

Design of Management System for Registering Agricultural Machine Using Blockchain (블록체인을 활용한 농업기계 등록 관리 시스템의 설계)

  • Through the technology of the 4th industrial revolution, agricultural machinery is becoming increasingly intelligent, and the machine is replacing the role of farmer manpower as a whole. However, safety accidents caused by careless use of agricultural machines and theft accidents due to the difficulty of keeping them are increasing every year. Because agricultural machines do not manage the history of events and accidents unlike automobiles, they are often used for crime. There is also no way to cope with the issues if there happens issues on agricultural machines. In this paper, we propose the system based on block chain which can manage the history of the agricultural machinery by registering the chassis number at the same time when purchasing the agricultural machinery. Since this system contains the history of accident and repair information about the owner's agricultural machinery, it is possible to trace back even if a theft occurs. The proposed system also allows buyers to secure transactions by providing reliable data through inquiry of this system when trading in the secondary market in the future.
