항타말뚝의 지지력 예측을 위한 최적의 인공신경망모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on Optimized Artificial Neural Network Model for the Prediction of Bearing Capacity of Driven Piles)

  • 말뚝의 지지력과 거동을 예측하기 위하여 다양한 연구들이 수행되었음에도 불구하고, 메커니즘에 대한 전반적인 이해가 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. 이는 많은 인자들이 서로 복잡한 연관성을 맺으며 말뚝의 거동에 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 따라서 지반조건과 말뚝조건 및 항타조건 등 과 관련된 많은 인자들 가운데 지지력에 중요한 영향을 미치는 인자들을 도출하기 어려우며, 또한 인자들 간의 복잡한 연관성을 지지력 공식에 적합하게 고려하기란 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 항타말뚝들에 대한 동재하시험으로부터 선단 및 주면 지지력을 포함한 지지력을 예측하기 위하여 인공신경망이 적용되었다. 첫째로, 신경망 모델링에 근거한 민감도 분석를 통하여 지지력에 대한 각 영향인자들의 영향이 검토되었다. 둘째로, 지지력 예측을 위한 최적의 인공신경망 모델을 도출하기 위하여 인공신경망과 유전자 알고리즘으로 구성된 설계기법이 적용되었다. 이를 통해 토사지반에 관입된 항타말뚝의 지지력을 산정할 수 있는 최적의 인공신경망 모델을 제안하고자 하였다. 사용된 설계기법을 통하여 적합한 입력층 조합, 은닉층 노드수과 각 층 사이의 연결구조를 도출하였다. 도출된 인공신경망 모델을 적용함으로써 항타말뚝의 지지력을 간단하며 신뢰성 있게 예측할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

1차압밀과정중의 크리프의 영향을 고려한 연약 점성토지반의 침하거동 해석 (An Analysis of the Settlement Behavior of Soft Clayey Ground Considering the Effect of Creep during the Primary Consolidation)

  • 본 연구는 1차압밀 중의 크리프의 영향과 Yin이 제안한 탄-점-소성 모델에 대한 적용성을 검토하였다. 탄성모델을 이용한 일반적인 압밀이론은, 1차압밀 과정을 표현할 수 있으나 2차압밀을 표현할 수 없다. 이러한 결과는 2차압축을 표현할 수 있는 점성에 기인하며, 때로는 Ladd 등(1977)이 제안한 가정 A 및 B와 같은 스케일효과(실험실 공시체와 현장조건 사이의 점토층 두께의 차이)와 관련되어진다. 통상적으로 1차압밀 중의 크리프의 존재는 많은 연구자에 의해 확인되어졌으며, 가정 B가 잘 맞는 것으로 되어있다. 한편, 대형압밀시험을 통해 가정 A와 B의 중간적인 특성이 Aboshi(1973)에 의한 가정 C로써 제안되어졌다. 본 연구에서는 1차압밀 중의 침하-시간관계에 대한 크리프의 영향을 명백히 하기 위해, peat와 점토에 대해 분할형 압밀시험기를 이용하여 가정 B의 압밀시험을 행하였다. 그리고 Yin의 탄-점-소성 모델을 이용하여 실험결과를 해석하였다. 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1차압밀 종료시에 분할 공시체의 압축은 과잉간극수압 소산속도의 차이에 의해 동일하지 않았다. 또한 분할형 압밀시험기에 의해 측정된 평균변형률과 Yin의 EVP 모델을 이용한 해석치는 잘 일치하였다. 그러나 과잉간극수압의 소산에 대해서는 측정치가 Yin 모델에 비해 빨리 소산되었다.

Fasting of the Mind and Quieting of the Mind: A Comparative Analysis of Apophatic Tendencies in Zhuangzi and Cataphatic Tendencies in Daesoon Thought

  • 'Fasting of the Mind (心齋, ch. xīn zhāi)' is arguably the most important concept within the practical approach to the spiritual cultivation formulated by the Daoist philosopher, Zhuangzi (莊子). Most scholars have interpreted 'Fasting of the Mind' as an apophatic practice centered around the aim of the 'Dissolution of the Self (喪我, ch. sàng wŎ).' The Korean new religious movement, Daesoon Jinrihoe (大巡眞理會), can be shown to instead consistently utilize cataphatic descriptions of spiritual cultivation based on the 'quieting of the mind (安心, kr. anshim)' and 'quieting of the body (安身, kr. anshin)' with the highest attainable state referred to as the 'Perfected State of Unification with the Dao (道通眞境, kr. Dotong-jingyeong).' While the language used by Zhuangzi and Daesoon Jinrihoe appears quite different on a superficial level, a deeper examination shows that these rhetorical framings are likely negativistic and positivistic descriptions of the same, or at least reasonably similar, phenomena. Zhuangzi, who focused primarily on the body, mind, and internal energy, cautioned practitioners that 'mere listening stops with the ears (聽止於耳, ch. tīng zhǐ yú ěr)' and 'mere recognition stops with the mind (心止於符, ch. xīn zhǐ yú fú).' He therefore encouraged cultivators of the Dao to 'listen with the spirit (聽之以氣 ch. tīng zhī yǐ qì).' The main scripture of Daesoon Jinrihoe states that "The mind is a pivot, gate, and gateway for gods; They, who turn the pivot, open, and close the gate, and go back and forth through the gateway, can be either good or evil (心也者, 鬼神之樞機也, 門戶也,道路也)," and the Supreme God of the Ninth Heaven (九天上帝, kr. Gucheon Sangje) even promises to visit anyone who possesses a 'singularly-focused mind (一心, kr. il-shim).' In both these approaches, there is a sense of what must be kept out of the mind (e.g., external disturbances, strong emotions, malevolent entities) and what the mind should connect with to attain spiritual progress (e.g., spirit, singular focus, the Supreme God). The observations above serve as the main basis for a comparison between the apophatic descriptions of cultivation found in Zhuangzi and their cataphatic counterparts in Daesoon Thought. However, the culmination of this nuanced comparative exploration reveals that while the leanings of Zhuangzi and Daesoon Thought generally hold true, ultimately, both systems of cultivation transcend the categories of apophatic and cataphatic.

국가정책연구포털(NKIS) 현황 및 사례 분석을 통한 운영 개선 방안 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Derivation of Plans for Operational Improvement Based on the Analysis of the Current Status and Cases of the National Policy Research Portal (NKIS))

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 국가정책연구포털(NKIS)의 운영 현황을 분석하여 개선이 필요한 부분과 유사기관의 포털 현황 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 NKIS의 활용성을 강화하고 정부출연연구기관들의 설립목적 달성을 위한 효율적 지원·육성 기능을 실현하고자 함을 목적으로, 4차 산업혁명에 따라 발전하는 정보서비스 기술을 NKIS에 적용하여 소관정부출연연구기관의 연구성과물 검색 및 활용기능에 대한 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 회원 확보를 위해 정책정보에 수요가 있는 대상을 찾아 홍보를 진행할 필요가 있으며, 국민 친화적 정책 보고서 작성 및 인포그래픽, 쉬운 방식의 정보 전달 등 정책정보에 대한 수요를 늘릴 필요가 있다. 둘째, 방문 직업의 비율을 고려하여 주 이용자층의 관심사인 사회문제와 교육주제의 보고서 및 정책자료를 강화하는 방식으로 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 영상자료 서비스의 다양화 및 확대를 위해서 소관 기관에서 보유하고 있는 영상자료의 업로드 독려 및 규정을 설정하는 등 대안 마련이 필요하다. 넷째, 홍보 서비스 전반의 개선이 필요할 것이다. 홍보 서비스 개선을 위해서는 최신내용을 탑재한 NKIS 홍보 웹툰 연재를 진행하거나 최신성 유지의 어려움이 있을 경우에는 현행으로 유지되는 웹툰 홍보를 폐지할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 NKIS에서 진행하는 공모전의 운영 개선 방안 도출과 공모전 이후 공모전 결과물을 기반으로 한 2차 홍보에 대한 논의 등도 필요하다.

비상장기업의 코스닥시장 상장방법 선택: IPO와 SPAC 비교 (A Study on the KOSDAQ Listing Methodology of Unlisted Companies: Comparison Between IPO and SPAC)

  • 본 연구는 비상장기업이 코스닥시장에 IPO로 상장한 기업, SPAC과 합병을 통해 상장한 기업 등으로 양분하고 상장 지위 획득에 효과적인 방법 선택 유형을 발견하기 위하여 패널로짓회귀분석 하였다. 연구표본은 2010년 3월부터 2017년 12월 말까지 8년 사이 코스닥시장에 IPO로 상장한 기업 79개, SPAC과 합병을 통해 상장한 기업 46개 등 양 유형의 125개 기업이다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비상장기업의 자산규모가 작을수록, 비상장기업의 업력이 짧을수록 SPAC을 선택하고 있음을 발견하였다. 둘째, 비상장기업의 부채비율이 높을수록, 비상장기업의 매출액영업이익률이 낮을수록, 매출액증가율이 낮을수록 SPAC을 선택하고 있음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 비상장기업의 최대주주지분율이 높을수록 SPAC을 선택하고 있음을 발견하였다. 넷째, 비상장기업의 R&D집약도가 낮을수록 SPAC을 선택하고 있음을 발견하였다.

개인보호구 실습교육의 반복학습 효과와 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Personal Protective Equipment Practice Education on the Effectiveness of Repeated Learning and Satisfaction )

  • Objectives: This study conducted practical training to improve the proper usage of personal protective equipment(PPE), which greatly impacts workplace safety and health management. Personal protective equipment education was conducted through active participation, without theoretical modules, and aimed to identify the effects of repeated practical education and determine ways to increase participant satisfaction. Methods: Study data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics ver.29 software. First, participants' general characteristics were analyzed with frequency analysis. Second, the normality and equality of variances (Leven's test) were tested for the dependent variables prior to statistical analyses to determine the use of parametric tests. In general, normality is assumed when the sample size is 30 or more per the central limit theorem (Park et al., 2014). As our sample size of health management workers was 43, normality can be assumed. However, to ensure rigor of the study, we examined skewness and kurtosis. The results confirmed that the data were normally distributed. Third, the effects of repeated PPE training were analyzed using paired t-tests. Fourth, differences in satisfaction with PPE training according to the safety and health job position and safety and health certification were analyzed with t-test and Welch's t-test. For parameters that did not meet the assumption of equal variances, the Welch's t-test was performed. Results: Repeated PPE training improved the educational outcomes, and the improvements were significant in the 1st and 2nd respiratory PPE and safety and hygiene PPE training evaluations (p<.001). In terms of safety and health job position, repeated training led to improvements in educational outcomes, with significant improvements observed among supervisors and specialized health management institution workers in the 1st and 2nd training evaluations (p<.005). In terms of safety certification, repeated training led to improvements in educational outcomes, with significant improvements observed among both certified and non-certified individuals (p<.005). Regarding satisfaction with PPE training according to safety and health job positions, specialized health management institution workers showed greater satisfaction than supervisors, with significant differences in the satisfaction for expertise of lecture, work relevance, and lecturer's attitude (p<.001). Regarding satisfaction with PPE training according to safety and health certification, satisfaction was higher among certified individuals, with significant differences in satisfaction for work relevance and lecture attitude (p<.05) Conclusions: PPE education should be recommended to be provided as practical training. Repeated training can enhance educational outcomes for individuals with inadequate knowledge and understanding of PPE prior to education. For individuals with high levels of pre-existing knowledge and understanding of PPE, the results show that various training experiences should be provided to enhance their satisfaction. Therefore, it suggests that the workplace should actively seek educational media and methods to acquire expertise and skills in wearing personal protective equipment and improve the ability to use

고양시 독서문화진흥 종합계획 수립을 위한 독서문화 환경 분석 및 관련 사업 성과 평가 연구 (Promoting Reading Culture in Goyang City: An Analysis of the Reading Environment and Evaluation of Related Projects)

  • 본 연구는 고양시 제2차 독서문화진흥 종합계획 수립을 위해 그동안 고양시에서 시행해 왔던 주요 독서문화 진흥사업들의 추진 성과를 평가·분석함으로써, 고양시 특성을 반영한 독서문화 진흥정책의 주요 방향을 제안하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 연구는 각종 문헌 및 통계자료를 토대로 고양시의 독서문화환경을 분석하고, 2017년에 수립된 '제1차 독서문화진흥 종합계획c 및 해당 계획에 따라 수행된 주요 사업들의 추진 여부 및 주요 성과를 파악한 후, 추진 성과 평가를 위한 설문을 구성하여 고양시 사서들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 앞서 수행된 고양시 독서문화 환경 분석 결과 및 사서 대상 설문 조사에서 도출된 독서문화진흥 사업 성과를 평가한 결과, 그리고 이전의 관련 선행연구에서 고양시민들을 대상으로 수행되었던 독서실태조사 내용 중 독서진흥사업과 관련한 의견수렴 항목의 결과 등을 종합하여 향후 제2차 고양시독서문화진흥 종합계획 수립을 위해 고양시 도서관에서 고려해야 할 여섯 가지 주요 정책 방향을 제안하였다.

한국불교에서 본 대순사상 - 미륵사상과 삼교회통(조화)사상을 중심으로 - (A Study on Daesoon Thought from Korean Buddhist Viewpoint: With Emphasis on Maitreya Thought and the Interpenetration(Unity) of the Three Teachings)

  • In this paper, I will study the common point between Korean buddhist thought and Daesoon thought. In 2 chapter, I will illuminate Kang Jeungsan to be familiar with buddhist culture. Daewonsa(大院寺) was the place Kang Jeungsan's to enlighten Path. Kang Jeungsan said Śākyamuni to the people to follow himself. And Kang Jeungsan burned Thousand-Hands Sutra(千手經) as one of Chenjigongsa(天地公事). In 3 chapter I study the unfolding of Korean Maitreya thought and the interpenetration of the three teachings. In 4 chapter I study the idea of Maitreya Buddha and the unity of the three teachings in Daesoon thought. Maitreya has the origin in India. Korea accepted this Maitreya via China. In Silla era, the people accepted Maitreya in relation to Hwarang(花郞). In Unified Silla era, Beopsang jong(法相宗) accepted Maitreya devotion positively and the typical person is Jinpyo(眞表). In Goryeo era, Beopsang jong devoted Maitreya, on the other hand Maitreya devotion changed the popular devotion. In Joseon era, Maitreya devotion changed the popular devotion more and more. In this background, Kang Jeungsan accepted the idea of Maitreya Buddha. And Kang Jeungsan insisted that he is the existence to give Heaven's decree to Choe Jeu(崔濟愚) of Donghak and to combine Jesus of Christianity. The interpenetration of the three teachings is one of the stream of Joseon era's buddhim. We can read this in Hamheo Deuktong(涵虛得通)'s Hyeonjeongron(顯正論) and Yuseokjiluiron (儒釋質疑論) to pretend Hamheo Deuktong and Cheongheo Hyujeong(淸虛休靜)'s Samgagwigam(三家龜鑑). This interpenetration of the three teachings of Joseon era influenced Daesoon thought. The unity of the three teachings in Daesoon thought is divided into three. The first is the unity of the three teachings of Gwanwang(冠旺)'s standpoint, the second is the unity of the three teachings of Sungyo(仙敎) superior standpoint, the third is the unity of the three teachings of Jinmuk(震黙)'s anecdote. The interpenetration of the three teachings of Joseon era is connected with the unity of the three teachings of Jinmuk's anecdote. Thus Joseon era's buddhist thought and Daesoon thought have the common point in the idea of Maitreya Buddha and the interpenetration(unity) of the three teachings.

산업재해분석을 통한 안전관리전문기관의 역할 (The Role of Safety Management Professional Organizations through Industrial Accident Analysis)

  • Since last year, the government has enforced the 'Act on the Punishment of Severe Accidents, Etc.' (hereafter referred to as the 'Serious Accident Punishment Act'), which punishes business owners and business managers who fail to fulfill their duty of safety measures with 'imprisonment of one year or more' and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Based on this, various occupational safety and health policies were developed, including the operation of a system related to entrusting the work of safety managers. Despite these efforts, the effect of implementing the Severe Accident Punishment Act is a groundbreaking change in the current disaster prevention policy, which has increased by 0.02%P and 0.03‱P, respectively, from the previous year to 0.65% of the total accident rate and 1.10‱ of the death rate per 10,000 people as of 2022. As the need emerged, attention was paid to 'collaboration and governance with safety management institutions' in the 'Severe Disaster Reduction Roadmap' announced by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in November 2022. In this study, a meaningful result was derived by comparing and analyzing the industrial accident status of workplaces entrusted by "A" safety management institutions with the national average based on the industrial accident survey table, and the types of industrial accidents that occurred in consigned workplaces were selected as intensive management targets. The policy direction for industrial accident prevention was established. It is necessary to develop safety management work manuals based on the results of this study, expertise, discover best cases of risk assessment and develop guides, and educate and train consigned workers. In addition, it suggests that the government's guidance and supervision are needed to advance the professionalism of safety management entrusted tasks, and that safety management institutions should strengthen their roles and functions for preventing and reducing industrial accidents. However, due to difficulties in disclosing information of specialized safety management institutions, the limitation of the provision, collection, and viewing of research-related data to "A" specialized safety management institutions remains a limitation of the research. It seems likely that more thorough research will be conducted.

A New Challenge to Korean American Religious Identity: Cultural Crisis in Korean American Christianity

  • This paper explores the relationship between Korean immigrants to the United States and their religious identity from the cultural point of view. Most scholarly studies on Korean immigrants in the United States have been dominated by sociological approach and ethnic studies in examining the social dimension of the Korean immigrant communities while neglecting issues concerning their religious identity and cultural heritage. Most Korean immigrants to America attend Korean churches regardless their religious affiliation before they came to America. One of the reasons for this phenomenon is the fact that Korean church has provided a necessary social service for the newly arrived immigrants. Korean churches have been able to play a key role in the life of Korean immigrants. Korean immigrants, however, have shown a unique aspect regarding their religious identity compared to other immigrants communities in the United States. America is a nation of immigrants, coming from different parts of the world. Each immigrant community has brought their unique cultural heritage and religious persuasion. Asian immigrants, for example, brought their own traditional religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism. People from the Middle Eastern countries brought Islamic faith while European Jews brought the Jewish tradition. In these immigrant communities, religious identity and cultural heritage were homo genously harmonized. Jewish people built synagogue and taught Hebrew, Jewish history, culture, and faith. In this case, synagogue was not only the house of worship for Jews but also the center for learning Jewish history, culture, faith, and language. In short, Jewish cultural history was intimately related to Jewish religious history; for Jewish immigrants, learning their social and political history was indeed identical with leaning of their religious history. The same can be said about the relationship between Indian community and Hinduism. Hindu temples serve as the center of Indian immigrantsin providing the social, cultural, and spiritual functions. Buddhist temples, for that matter, serve the same function to the people from the Asian countries. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Tibetans, and Thais have brought their respective Buddhist traditions to America and practice and maintain both their religious faith and cultural heritage. Middle Eastern people, for example, have brought Islamic faith to the United States, and Mosques have become the center for learning their language, practicing their faith, and maintaining their cultural heritage. Korean immigrants, unlike any other immigrant group, have brought Christianity, which is not a Korean traditional religion but a Western religion they received in 18th and 19th centuries from the West and America, back to the United States, and church has become the center of their lives in America. In this context, Koreans and Korean-Americans have a unique situation in which they practice Christianity as their religion but try to maintain their non-Christian cultural heritage. For the Korean immigrants, their religious identity and cultural identity are not the same. Although Korean church so far has provides the social and religious functions to fill the need of Korean immigrants, but it may not be able to become the most effective institution to provide and maintain Korean cultural heritage. In this respect, Korean churches must be able to open to traditional Korean religions or the religions of Korean origin to cultivate and nurture Korean cultural heritage.
