Stock investment becomes one of the most popular investments in these days, and the ultimate goal of investors in the stock market is to maximize profits and minimize losses, in order to achieve this, investors will select based on investment information. namely, the information about the company which we interest is essential to stock investors. Also, investors are affected by their propensity to invest according to their attitude toward risk. With these situations, this research tried to show the private investors' actual performance of Investment by studying individual investors' propensity and Information explore. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of investors' propensity and information search on investment satisfaction. The questionary method required some sample surveys. The data of the practical analysis was carried out with the on-line researching method. The researching time was from the 1st of Dec. 2016 to the 15th of Dec. 2016. Of the 357 questionnaires submitted, 7 were deemed inappropriate or incomplete; thus, 350 questionnaires were used in the final analysis of the study. For analysis methodology, this research is using SPSS 21.0 along with analytic techniques, such as implementation of basic statistical analysis, reliability, and regression analysis. The practical analysis results are as follows; Among the investment propensities, profit propensity, analytical propensity, and investment propensity has a significant effect on investment performance. On the other hand, brokerage firm information, firm accounting information, private information has a statistically significant effect on investment performance. Finally, we confirmed the mediating role of investment sentiment.

Nowaday, the local governments eager to change their transport system aiming for public transport oriented one. However, it is more important to change the land use system in the catchment areas of public transport in order to enhance its usage sustainably for the long run. This research aims to seek maximal spatial extent of the catchment areas of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway in consideration of its urban spatial structure in order to accommodate the potential users living around the subway stations. For this task the empirical data of the household travel survey for the Seoul Metropolitan Area conducted 2002 were analysed. It was founded that the walking access times to the subway stations, which can represent their spatial extents, are related to their travel times, but differently according to their given positions in the urban spatial structure. The characteristics of subway commuters also affect them with the conditions. It is to be expected that the results of this research can contribute to an enhancement of its usage by applying to land-use policies of the catchment areas.

최근 전 세계적으로 대중으로부터 십시일반 자금을 모으는 크라우드펀딩이 주목받고 있다. 특정한 프로젝트를 위해 다수의 개인들이 소액으로 후원을 하는 크라우드펀딩은 기존의 방식으로는 자금조달에 한계가 있는 다양한 분야와 목적의 자금 지원을 가능하게 하는데 그 의의가 있다. 특히 지분투자형 크라우드펀딩은 창의적인 아이디어나 기술을 가진 초기 단계의 스타트업과 창업자에게 새로운 자금조달 방식으로써 큰 기회가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 크라우드펀딩의 개념 및 특징과 국내 외 크라우드펀딩의 현황을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 지분투자형 크라우드펀딩을 둘러싼 크라우드펀딩 사례, 입법 현황 및 법률적 쟁점을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 창업 촉진을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

This study verifies the diversification effect when non-financial asset such as fractional music royalties investment which is recently get interest from masses, is included in traditional global asset allocation portfolio. From Jan 2019 when Music Royalties index is announced to Jun 2022, compared traditional global asset allocation portfolio and the portfolio included with music royalties. To eliminate the enhancement effect from portfolio strategy itself rather than including non-financial asset, used the four basic portfolio strategy such as buy & hold, constant rebalanced, mean variance, risk parity. As a result, all the portfolios included with music royalties shows less risk with higher returns. This means the sharpe ratio has enhanced and that results the portfolio diversification effect is placed. The empirical analysis of the study found academic significance in that the portfolio included with music royalties investment has diversification effect, and show the possibilities the not only on the music royalties, other non-financial asset can be shown the portfolio diversification effect.

본 연구에서는 기존의 대중교통 통행배정모형이 고려하지 않거나 미흡하게 반영하였던 차량과 노선의 용량제약을 고려한 모형의 구축을 시도하였다. 일반적으로 대중교통 통행배정에서 수요와 공급의 관계는 수요가 증가하는 것과 무관하다고 받아들여지고 있으나 용량 초과는 통행자들의 경로선택 및 수단선택에 영향을 끼친다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 용량초과에 의한 혼잡을 반영하기 위해 용량제약식을 포함한 모형을 개발하고 실용운행회수라는 개념을 도입하였다. 또한 기존에 제시된 용량제약을 고려한 모형들이 실제적인 현상을 정확히 모사하는 데에는 한계가 있을 뿐 만 아니라 현실과 다소 거리가 있는 가정이 내재되어 있는 반면 본 연구에서는 가능한 한 최대로 현실 여건을 반영하는 모형을 정립하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형은 동일한 기종점 사이를 운행하는 경쟁노선이 많은 대도시에서 통근·통학을 위한 통행자들이 많은 오전, 오후 첨두시 대중교통 수요를 분석하여 대중교통의 운행관리체계 개선 및 투자계획, 서비스 개선을 위한 수요예측을 하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 기존의 대중교통 통행배정의 결과가 현재나 장래의 잠재적인 수요(demand)를 예측하는 방법인데 반하여 본 연구에서 정립된 모형은 주어진 네트워크에서 실제로 통행하고 있는 수요(flow)를 예측함으로써 교통 계획가나 대중교통 운영자의 계획 및 운영정책수립에 합리적인 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한 현재의 대중교통 시스템 하에서의 통행배정 뿐만 아니라 다른 형태의 용량과 운행특성을 가진 교통 수단이나 노선이 도입되었을 때 공급이 제한적인 경우의 수요 예측에 적합한 모형을 개발하였다.에 대한 규제가 초국가적 차원으로 발전되는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 향후, 담배규제협약안의 세부사안들에 대한 합의과정에서 각 국별로 상당한 이견과 반발이 예상되고 있지만, 협약안의 전체 회원국 투표에서 승인될 경우 각 국가들뿐만 아니라 담배산업과 담배기업들에게 미치는 파급효과가 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. 대부분의 국제협약들이 그러하듯이, 담배규제협약도 그 적용 범위와 수준이 어느 정도로 결정되는지에 따라 각 국가와 기업별 이해관계가 크게 달라지게 되기 때문에 신중한 대응전략이 요구된다고 하겠다.의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군

일반적으로 원자력 관련 연구개발은 타 산업 및 사회에 미치는 파급효과가 크고, 참여 연구원 및 대중 안전에 대한 위험도가 높으며, 대규모의 투자비용이 요구되는 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 이유로 원자력 산업은 일찍이 품질보증 개념을 도입하여 원자력 시설의 안전한 이용을 도모하여 왔다. 최근에는 원자력 연구개발 분야에서도 연구결과의 신뢰도 확보 및 안전한 연구수행을 보장하기 위하여 품질보증 적용의 필요성이 강조되고 있다.(중략)

연구개발의 목표는 헬기의 운용 능력을 향상시키는 데 두어야 할 것으로 본다. 다시 말해서, 헬기 운영유지비 절감, 경제성(비용 대 효과) 및 전천후 비행 능력 등을 포함한 헬기의 제한사항 개선, 소음 및 진동 발생수준 개선을 통한 일반 대중으로부터의 호응도 향상, 비행안전 향상 등을 위한 연구개발 분야에 집중적인 투자가 요망된다. 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 향후 헬기의 국내개발 계획 추진을 대비하는 차원에서 산.학.연 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요망된다

최근들어 성공한 벤처인들은 연예인 못지 않은 유명세를 타고 있다. 아직도 묵묵히 자기 자리를 지키며 일에 열중하는 벤처인들이 있기에 테해란 밸리는 그 생명력을 유지하고 있는 것이다. 퓨처테크의 이상원 사장도 그 중 한사람. 일부에서는 졸부처럼 돈을 쓰는 밴처기업인을 비판하지만 그것도 일부일 뿐 묵묵히 일하고 성실하게 살아가는 밴처인들이 아직도 테해란 밸리에 자리를 잡고 있기 때문은 그러한 생각은 기우에 지나지 않는다. 몸에 밴 근검절약과 , 대중교통을 이용하는 이상원 사장을 보면서 떠도는 소문에 대한 걱정을 잠시 잊을수 있다. 근검 절약이 몸에 밴 이사장, 하지만 근무환경이나 직원들의 복지 향상을 위한 일에는 투자를 아끼지 않는 다는 것이 직원들의 한결같은 평이다.

해상교통관제는 선박통항의 안전과 항만의 효율성 증대 및 해양환경의 보호에 막중한 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 시스템과 설비에 대한 투자와 관심의 집중에 비하여 인적요소에 대한 연구와 교육이 다소 소홀하기 쉬운 것이 사실이다. 이에 우리에게도 이미 익숙하고 대중적인 책인 '어린왕자'를 통하여 VTS와 VTS운영자에 대한 인적요인에 대한 접근을 시도함으로써 해상교통관제사가 범하기 쉬운 오류 유형을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 아울러 해상교통관제사에게 필요한 업무적, 사회적 기술을 도출하여 보았다.

Social Media has been vitalized according to development of technology, it make the crowd-funding which have a form of new donation culture. The crowd-funding has been known as form that is supported for getting investments of ongoing or new project by much public in area of cultural art. Nowadays it receive attention from the movie content production. There are so many successful case such as , in abroad while it is hard to find distinct case in Korea' the movie content production market. Since the movie <26 years> informed public of 'the crowd-funding', recently was successfully complete first and second fund-raising and third fund-raising is in progress. It is upraised as a representative successful case.
